    Thoroughly enjoying the training with Darren. Exactly the motivation I need to help reach my fitness, health and nutrition goals. Already noticing a difference after a short period! Darren is super friendly, is passionate about what he does and is committed to helping others achieve their personal goals across many levels.

    Darren is a really nice approachable guy! His fitness small group program has a lot of potential for people who wants a more personal program and at the same time to train in a group, which is also a plus for motivation 😊 I love that he trains you but doesn’t pressure you like many other fitness trainers. Will definitely continue to recommend him 💪🏽

    Not having exercised for a long time I was edgy but when I met and got to know Darren I knew that he was the perfect trainer for me. He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a plan, and most significantly, holds you accountable to yourself.

    I started training with Darren a few weeks ago and I would highly recommend his services! Very balanced approach yet fun and professional at the same time. Top quality personal training with attention and dedication in his various methods which is also inspiring and gives you lots of motivation to pursue your goals in fitness and training

    Really enjoy training with Darren so far! I love the social aspect of the semi-personal sessions and the competitiveness it brings too. It has been great for keeping me accountable with my training as I'd previously struggled with staying consistent since starting work full time. The flexible timetable also really helps with that. Darren is able to tailor each session to the individuals needs so it doesn't matter what level you are at, the session can be adjusted to suit, whether you are a complete beginner or advanced gym goer!

    Darren is a fantastic coach and a great guy. I've been training with him for a couple of months now, and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have a history of returning running injuries, but with his detailed workouts I've been steadily building-up power again, allowing me to again run pain free. Apart from that, his tailor-made workouts have been great for my overall fitness as well. Can only recommend!

    My partner and I started training with Darren 3 months ago and I can highly recommend him to anybody considering starting or building on their personal training experience. After coming back from a long-term injury, I was hesitant at first about starting almost from scratch. Darren created a very positive and supportive environment and adapted the training and nutrition programme to suit my individual needs. In 3 short months, I already feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier. Darren’s professionalism and dedication to helping each and every one of his clients achieve their health and fitness goals is incredible. Starting my health and fitness programme with Siggins Training was one of the best decisions and I am excited to continue the journey!

    Darren loves what he does, and this is very evident when you work with him. He is passionate about health and fitness and is without a doubt one of the most experienced & committed trainers in Frankfurt. Another huge plus is that he is a native English speaker! There is no cookie cutter approach with Darren, he tailors programs to suit your individual needs and capabilities and is flexible when something isn’t working for you. Every session is challenging but also fun and he is very motivating and encouraging! I would highly recommend Darren and Siggins Training to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

    I highly commend Coach Darren as your one stop - go to- Personal Trainor. First, you will have a discussion with him about your personal health goal and what do you want to achieve. This kind of rapport will help the guys like me to understand my fitness progress. And for me, I did my 6th Week Fitness Kickstart training with him, and with the help of his personalized Siggins Application which we can monitor our fitness development throughout the sessions. And what I like about this program, he is accommodating to all your queries and concerns about your training- he will discuss any facts about your fitness exercises, it’s importance to your body, and he will assure that the training is suited to your capabilities but with the same intensity according to your present situation like if you have any injuries or any concerns to your body. His light-mannered training approached will really help us to improve our fitness strengthening. In addition to this, he will send you an e-Mail guides of his nutrition program and his expertise and knowledge in Nutrition Information is undeniably good. Again, Kudos to Coach Darren and looking forward for more sessions with you!

    I’ve really enjoyed training with Darren so far. The semi-personal training sessions have a great atmosphere and I look forward to every session. Darren always provides helpful and clear instructions to make sure we are getting the most out of every session. After just a few weeks i’m already feeling stronger and i’m finally feeling motivated to workout and stay consistent. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a supportive and encouraging workout environment!

    Darren has been incredible with the training sessions. He is able to adjust the exercises for all levels and impediments of people. The semi-personal sessions are perfect to know new people and to push further with each other. I haven't had a single regret since joining and look forward to following the growth of this gym.

    Have known Darren for years but have only started training with him recently. He is a fantastic trainer and is so knowledgeable in regards to his industry. As for the uplift gym, it is a brand new facility with all brand new equipment, it has everything you need at unbeatable prices. Couldn't recommend Darren and uplift any more

    I have been training with Darren for a couple of months now, and he is a great personal trainer supporting my trainings goals. Darren makes the training fun and enjoyable, sometimes hard :) but hard is what make progress. He always encourage and motivate me during the session, and ensure that my techniques are always correct. Darren is reliable, always on time and flexible to choose the time suite me for training. Darren is a professional trainer that I highly recommend and I am looking forward to continue my journey with him.
