Urban Heroes got me to love training again. It's in a central location perfect to just go afterwork or during my lunch break. The 45-Minute sessions are really effective and the trainers know how to motivate. All of that is topped of with a great community and great spirit.

Lovely place, nice gym and workout facilities. The cryo therapy session was a blast!! Lovely welcoming staff! Highly recommended (25 € per session) which is very good!

Amazing work out ! I was in town from London for work and found Urban Heroes as a good friend recommended the place. For me it was an amazing work out , facilities were banging, staff were awesome and the cryo …. The cryo !! Incredible . Defo go back.

Get in shape with professional trainers, who make the most out of a workout. They are true trailblazers in the industry and you get to make new friends while getting in shape. Urban heroes is a place like no other.

The Trainer was amazing, definitely created a great atmosphere! The training was very challenging, but also very diverse. Additional huge plus: whether it’s the locker-room or the Proteinshake, every single thing was so high quality - you definetly get your moneys worth!

Great workout/club atmosphere! Holly did a great job hyping us up. You can choose your own intensity in a given range so it’a also fine to go slower if necessary. Love it! Also the Abs-presso shake is awesome - can recommend :)

It's a real blast! Although it is very hard you have a great time because the instructor motivates you a lot in training and you do sport with a very motivated group.

Contagiously fun. Time efficient. A 1 hour workout that would be otherwise unbearable, made enjoyable by a high end sound system, with loud curated beats to the sprints of the workout. And, of course, the instructors are amazing.

Tolles Training!!!! This training is effective and fun. They have a very cool atmosphere compared to a traditional gym. All the trainers I've met so far seem sensational to me. The reception and management staff are also super friendly.

My first experience was beautiful, people were respectful, we cheered on each other. They implemented safe techniques and motivated me to go at my own pace. Thank you!

Urban Heroes is definitely one of my best experiences that I have doing sport. The trainers are very motivated and they put very good music. The trainings are hard, however you have a lot of fun doing sport with a very motivated urban heroes team. I definitely recommend this great experience.

Very fun classes, high intensity and great atmosphere with coordinated lights and music. During the running part, the teachers will usually give 3 speed levels (beginner, hero and superhero) so you can do what feels better.

The best place to push to your limits and beyond with a guaranteed endorphin boost. The team is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcomed and as part of the hero family. 100% recommendation. Warning: High addiction potential!

Simply the best place in Frankfurt to get a smile on your face after a bad day. A sports class where you are pushed to your limits while simply having fun. Besides that the team is super friendly and the facilities are beautiful and clean.

The concept is great, the HIIT trainings are hard but rewarding and everything is clean and there's a lot of complementary services (fresh towels, champoo, conditioner, bath gel, water) and they have a nice newbie package, however the price is way too high, so only something for the banker of Frankfurt, which is a pity.

UH frankfurt is still amazing! I love spending time there - red zone, recharge, cyro, shakes as well as staff/service are great! Sooo much fun! I can highly recommend everyone to join - come on!

The red zone and cryo are absolutely amazing. I archived the hero challenge and lost a big number weight in 30 days. Highly recommend Gabi‘s session. She is the best motivator ever!

Perfect for a early morning HIIT. I’d arrived from 🇬🇧 and was looking for something different that I could fit into my day. Even as a non member I was well received by reception and integrated into the class by bob who made sure I could follow and enjoy the class. The 50 minute class ended with a quick freeze in cyro chamber and a blueberry protein shake. Recommended

Wow wow !! Went to HIT class today with Gabi for the first time, amazing vibes !! Amazing trainer , it fits also to someone who’s not advanced, the place is very inviting and modern, would definitely be back soon💪🏽

DAS Workout schlechthin.Vor lauter Spass vergisst man die Anstrengung und man geht mit einem Riesengrinsen (und weichen Knien) aus der Redzone. Das Team ist super motivierend und unglaublich nett. Egal welchen Trainingsstand man hat, man kommt super mit und wird einfach mitgerissen von der tollen Stimmung. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber. Corona Sicherheit wird sehr ernst genommen. MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE SUPERHERO TRAINING. Kommt bitte ganz bald nach Berlin!
