Die Terminvergabe erfolgte zeitnah und unkomplziert über die Chefarztsekretärin Frau Davorka Rimac.Diese Frau ist einmalig,ein Organsiationstalent.<3 Dank des hervorragenden chirurgischen Könnens von Frau Dr. Ermis war ich bereits am Abend nach der Operation sehr erleichtert und sogut wie schmerzfrei und glücklich über das Operationsergebnis.Die Emphatie seitens Dr. Ermis und ihrem gesamten Team inkl. der Schwesternschaft,ist vorbildlich und vertrauendbildend. Wenn man schon ins Krankenhaus muss, ist die Rotkreuz-Klinik eine gute Wahl. Zwei Tage nach einem nicht unkomplizierten Wechsel der Hüftprothese durch Dr. Tusk und sein Team stand ich wieder auf meinen Beinen. Das Pflegepersonal habe ich immer freundlich und nie gestresst erlebt und - zu meiner Überraschung - hat auch das Essen geschmeckt, weil es frisch gekocht war. Ich war vom 15.02-17.02.2023 in Stationären Behandlung 3A. Am 15.02.23 war die OP ( Hüftgelenkarthroskopie) beim Prof. Dr. Heyse. Ein großes Lob an der Organisation, Pflegepersonal, OP Team, Reinigung und die Küche. Bin immer voll zufrieden wenn ich im Rotkreuz Krankenhaus bin und das war schon öfter, hatte schon einige OPs im Rotkreuz Krankenhaus und kann es nur empfehlen. Meine Rettung für die Entfernung meines sehr großen Myom's in der Gebärmutter. Mein Wunsch war eine organerhaltende OP. Ich habe mich in vielen Kliniken, bei vielen Ärzten vorgestellt. Keiner machte mir Hoffnung dieses große Myom organerhaltend zu entfernen. Auf Empfehlung habe ich mich in Frankfurt vorgestellt und war schon beim Empfang im Sekretariat sehr über die freundliche und herzliche Begrüßung überrascht. Es folgte die Untersuchung und Beratung. Wurde das vierte mal ( Knie Operation, Kniegelenk Ersatz, Schulter - OP ) als Patientin aufgenommen. Das Pflegepersonal auf Station 3A war wie immer sehr nett und wirklich sehr bemüht mir den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Schwester im Vorbereitungsraum zur OP, hat sich super um mich bemüht. Zu den Ärzten kann ich nicht sehr viel sagen. Bin immer bei meinem Prof. Heyse in Behandlung, der sehr kompetent, zuverlässig und fürsorglich ist. Sonderwünsche werden im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten erfüllt. Die Verpflegung ist für meinen Geschmack super und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der WLAN Empfang, auf Station ist mittlerweile sehr gut. Fernsehen ist kostenfrei. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser stehen den Patienten den ganzen Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung. Als Patient/in ist man, Fallspezifisch auf jeden Fall hier sehr gut aufgehoben. 👍

Die Aufnahme war fix fertig, vorher noch Covid-Schnelltest, ging auch schnell. Dann durfte ich auf Station 3A (super Station, mega nette Krankenschwestern!!!), meine Unterlagen abgeben. Im Vorfeld hatte ich ziemlich Rennerei mit den ganzen Unterlagen: Röntgen, MRT, Labor, EKG Anästhesie (paar Tage vorher, der Anästhesist war auch sehr nett, einfühlsam, hat mich beruhigt und alle meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet, großes Lob an dieser Stelle!!) und das alles als berufstätige Mutter. War schon stressig. Doch der Aufenthalt hier war von Anfang an entspannt und unkompliziert. Zeitnah wurde ich für die OP vorbereitet und von 2 sehr netten Pflegern in den OP-Saal geschoben, die mir noch mit lustigen Sprüchen Mut gemacht haben. Auch die dortige Anästhesistin hat nett mit mir geplaudert, wir waren sogar mal im gleichen Krankenhaus tätig. Auf meinen Wunsch, einen Talisman am Knöchel zu tragen, wurde sogar eingegangen. War mit meiner Ärztin auch besprochen. Die Narkoseeinleitung war bisschen unangenehm, ist aber halt Narkose. OP verlief problemlos. Meine Ärztin Dr. Mokhtare hat mich im Vorfeld sehr gut darauf vorbereitet. Menschlich und fachlich kann ich sie nur empfehlen. Hört einfühlsam zu, wägt ab, was muss oder nicht. Beantwortet wirklich jede noch so seltsame Frage, ich hatte viele davon. Ganz großes Lob!!!! Sogar meine Zimmergenossin wollte spontan zu ihr wechseln. Im Zimmer gab es 2 Fernseher (bitte Kopfhörer mitnehmen, aber man bekommt auch welche), es lagen 4 Patientinnen drin, Bad war sehr sauber. WLAN Passwort haben wir ganz am Anfang bekommen. Auf der Webseite stand zwar, dass es was kostet, hat es aber nicht. Toll. Die Krankenpflegerinnen waren super nett, zuvorkommend, auch nie genervt. Haben auch bisschen mit uns geplaudert. Es war eine sehr angenehme Stimmung. Nach der Narkose war mir leider schlecht, aber dafür kann das Krankenhaus nix. Es hat lange gedauert, bis ich dieses "dusselige" Gefühl weg war und einen komischen Geschmack habe ich immer noch. Ist aber normal und gibt keinen Punktabzug, weil jeder Körper nun mal anders reagiert und das Krankenhaus wirklich ne ganz tolle Arbeit getan hat. Lieben Dank an alle! Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt bei euch und kann den Aufenthalt nur mit "Spitze" bewerten. Habe nix Negatives finden können. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Kein Besuch erlaubt. Aber ganz ehrlich, ich hab es nicht vermisst, da die Betreuung wirklich ausgezeichnet ist (tolle Station 3A). Durfte am nächsten Tag auch schon wieder heim, ohne irgendwas zu unterschreiben. Entlassungspapiere und AU wurden mir mitgegeben. Frau Dr. Mokhtare hat mir noch das Procedere erklärt, ja und dann war ich auch schon auf dem Weg nach Hause. Nochmals lieben Dank an das ganze Team, jeder einzelne war echt spitze!!! Sehr menschlich, sogar die Security. Immer ein liebes Wort parat. So soll es sein. Was Witziges am Rande: Wundert euch nicht, es kann nachts mal sein, dass ihr Elefanten (oder sonstige Tiere) hört. Das Krankenhaus liegt ja nahe am Zoo. Erstmal das Positive : Der Herr an der Rezeption von der radiologie war sehr freundlich und die Terminvergabe hat auch super geklappt. Ich hatte eine Röntgenuntersuchung und war in der umkleide Kabine als wir fertig waren, da hörte ich wie die Radiologischen Assistentinnen und der Arzt sich darüber lustig gemacht haben welche Diagnose mein Arzt auf die Überweisung schrieb. Verharmlosung meiner Diagnose fand statt und alles wurde nach dem Motto „bei ihrem Alter“ „sie ist ja 1998“ geboren was soll das schon sein. Das fand ich persönlich sehr schade und ich habe mich anschließend auch sehr unwohl gefühlt. Schade

Danke an die Station 3A für die tolle Behandlung und die Freundlichkeit immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und ein gutes Wort ob Schwester, Ärzte oder Reinigungskraft, tolles Essen, ein Lob an die Küche. Dankeschön!!

Ein gutes kardiologisches Haus in Frankfurt. In der Notaufnahme hat mich Doktor Yadnya mit viel Geduld und Kompetenz behandelt und meine Beschwerden ernst genommen. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem netten und kompetenten Team im Haus.

Vielen Dank nochmal an das ganze Team des Myom-Zentrums der Rotkreuz-Klinken. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Äußerst kompetent, fürsorglich und herzlich macht die Gynäkologische Abteilung dort einen sehr guten Job. Bereits nach einem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt bin ich auch schon entlassen worden. Ich hatte als OP eine Gebärmutterentfernung wegen mehreren Myomen , sprich Lapraskopische Hysterektomie, und hatte wider Erwartens so gut wie gar keine Schmerzen. Besser geht nicht!

Der stern ist für tolle Mitarbeiter am Empfang& Büro alles anders nicht empfehlenswert, da die Aerzte nicht bereit sind oder klinik Philosophie ist, dass an Hand der Anamnese erst mal operieren da es sich sonst nicht wirtschaftlich für Klinik rentiert. Bitte immer mehrere Meinungen einholen& sich nicht im Klinik überreden lassen. Mich versuchten die Aerzte erst manipulieren um zu operieren, dann in direkt bedrocht. Etwa: entweder OP oder sonst werde ich entlassen& die Konsequenzen tragen ich.😱 OMG ich bin sehr entsetzt& enttäuscht!
