Nursing staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Discharge report does not match services provided. Probably text modules. So the doctors are actually not well informed about the patients. But the worst thing is the cleanliness. Floor in the patient room full of hair like at a hairdresser and not mopped. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. The cleaner only wiped when asked. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable in a hospital.

Make us wait sick for more than 5 hours. Being told it's almost your turn, 3 hours later you're still waiting. We ask, they don't even know we're still there. Organization =0 No recommendation, it's better to go to the university clinic.

I've been hospitalized there 4 times and I can say all the doctor and the urology team are great, trust me....everybody could be safe in their hands. Special thanks to Dr. Schmall, Dr.Daniel Tausch and to Dr. Zeifert. God bless you all guys🙏🏼👍❤

Very nice hospital. They take care of patient really good. Pays lot of attention. Their Urology department is the best in frankfurt. Doctors are vary friendly, helpful. Almost everyone speaks english. Did not face any problems and very satisfied with service and assistance they provide. Recommended!

I had an appointment today at 1:00 p.m. at the Cardio Vascular Center. Last Friday I got a new appointment for 11:00 a.m. When I was there at 10:30 a.m., no one knew anything about the call and the appointment being changed to 11:00 a.m. Then they wanted to examine my heart even though I had pain in my thigh, and I was sent back to the waiting area. After waiting for over 90 minutes even though there was nothing going on, I had my referral returned and left without any treatment/examination. Unfriendly and rude staff I will never enter this hospital again

After a suboptimal operation, another hospital stay was required. Head doctors still tried very hard. Lots of nursing staff from all countries. Eating couldn't be worse. The hospital is in dire need of renovation. Outdoor facilities unkempt. Incompetent administration. The terminal, on which the television, radio, telephone and lighting controls were hung, was down for days.

I recently had my second successful urological operation (after 15 years). I experienced very focused diagnostics, perfectly organized and carried out surgery, supervision while waking up, appreciative, attentive and friendly care. In short: professional, efficient, friendly and competent, always friendly, confident and calm. Food: Above average for hospital standards, my heartfelt thanks to the kitchen. The operation that took place opened up a new perspective on life for me. I am extremely grateful to the entire team for the success and wish them continued success, good luck and longevity.

Super great hospital! Very nice and helpful nurses and doctors with a very good and high level of professional competence. In general everything is very well organized. I felt very well looked after and am glad to have been treated at St. Katharinen Hospital 👍🏽

Nice hospital

Very competent and friendly doctors work here. The two star review is based solely on the way the reception staff treat the incoming patients. Here, to my shock, I witnessed several times how people were treated in a derogatory manner based on their appearance and the staff's current mood; An example: a normal man speaks at the reception and describes his concerns, whereupon the gentleman at the reception looks at him disparagingly and says: There are no pills here. The other patients were shocked, but this didn't bother any of the staff present, which is why I assume that this is a daily routine here. To clarify again: the treatment of the doctors and nurses cannot be complained about. However, it is not a pleasant feeling when you are received like this when you are looking for help

After being admitted to urology on time, the operation was carried out on the same day. Here you could already see a sense of humor and very friendly treatment that went above and beyond the norm. We were once again very well and comprehensively informed about the procedure. After the O.P. first in the recovery room and later in the room - you always felt safe and in good hands. The friendliness, humor and good mood of ALL the nurses and carers on the ward were also really contagious. At no time did you feel like anything was too much for anyone. Really good. The competent final examination rounded off the picture perfectly. Nobody likes going to the hospital - but your stay here was made as pleasant as possible. Big praise and above all THANK YOU again FOR EVERYTHING

I went to the emergency room and from there to the isolation ward because of food poisoning. Both the doctor, the cardiologist and the nurses were absolutely friendly and helpful. I was really in good hands there.

I was hospitalized for 2 nights in St Katharine. The medical staff and the nurse (especially Frau Annaliska) are attentive and friendly even I did not speak much German. Overall the experience was good and peaceful. I wanted to thank the Chirurgie team and all the hardworking nurses who took care of the patients with their professionalism.

From registration to the emergency room, everyone was there with heart

I have been to this place two times already and the experience was quite good from the Reception to meeting the doctor and all the processes between that. All the staff was super friendly, most of them were speaking in English so it was quite easy for me.

I had my ankle fracture (Weber B) treated here at Katharinen KH in 2022/2023. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to write one here! The doctors, nurses and administrative staff were super nice and helpful. The fracture healed extremely well and a lot of attention was paid to keeping the scar as small as possible. The physiotherapist was amazed and said he had rarely seen such a great seam. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at St. Katharinen Hospital. I hope I don't have to come back soon, but if it ever comes to that again, I'm happy to know that I'll be in good hands there. Thank you. 🙂
