Wir waren mit 4 Personen zum Abendessen und hatten zunächst 2 Vorspeisen die vielfältig und lecker waren. Dann kam recht schnell das Hauptmenü für alle . Es hat uns allen geschmeckt . Erwähnen möchte ich noch das das Omonia Restaurant direkt an der UBahn Linie U5 liegt , was sehr praktisch ist da im Umfeld kaum Parkplätze vorhanden sind und zusätzlich ein Anwohnerparken eingerichtet ist . Reservierung zum Abendessen ist zu empfehlen.

Cozy place, broken down into a restaurant and bar area. Both serving food. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the decoration is very welcoming. Tables are small are somewhat small, but it's nice as you get to interact with your neighbors a lot this way. Food is very good with a great variety of options at a reasonable price with very good portions (often too much to finish), servings are, as they will tell you Greek for two. All in all, I would very much recommend a visit and make sure to try the entire platters, but be careful not to get too full on just that.

The Restaurant is very beautiful and offers a nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the portions of good size. The service was extremely kind! Prices are rather expensive.

Beautiful experience, we went here with the company so I don't really know the prices but food seem expensive, portions were small and it didn't have anything in special to be honest. Apart from that the way they decorte the plates and how the waiters treat you, is awesome!

The food at Omonia was very delicious and prepared very beautifully. We enjoyed a very delicious mixed starter plate which was very generous, the small one was enough for 4 of us. The main dishes were delicious and quite big portions. I really enjoyed the greek beer that went along and the Ouzo in the end. What really sets Omonia apart from others is their service - all of them are really funny greeks, really caring for your wellbeing and constantly joking around. Totally a recommendation for greek food in Frankfurt!

Wir wählten den gemischten Vorspeisenteller, allerdings auf Empfehlung des freundlichen Kellners zur 1 Portion für 2. Das war auch gut so, denn er fällt sehr üppig aus und schmeckt köstlich. Als Hauptgang bestellte ich den Grillteller, mein Partner die Moussaka. Beides schmeckte ebenfalls vorzüglich. Ich kann dieses griechische Restaurant daher nur sehr empfehlen.

My friends, who live in Frankfurt, rate this as one of the best Greek restaurants in Frankfurt. Having dined there last week I agree! The food was excellent, the service friendly, efficient, and with a nice element of humor. If you live in, or visit Frankfurt, you really should try it!

The food was okay (at least the starter that we got), but the service was terrible. They forgot about our main courses and an hour after told that both of them are not in stock in the kitchen. We asked twice for bread and never got it. They charged it nevertheless in the bill. Menu took ages, bill as well. Highly unrecommended.

Das Restaurant liegt mitten im belebten Nordend und ist sehr gut zu erreichen - auch mit der U-Bahn/Tram. Einziger Punktabzug kommt aufgrund des defekten Heizstrahlers; war dann doch irgendwann etwas kalt. Der Service ist sehr gut und unterhaltsam. Das Essen schmeckt richtig gut - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen und spielt im oberen Bereich, ist aber definitiv nicht überteuert. Tolle Menschen, super Essen - einfach empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank

We had a very unwelcoming experience there. We ordered starters plate for 2, and got an embarrassing amount for a 28 euros price tag. It also came with bread. The Gyros had a quality of a cheap Döner. When we order the bill, we saw that they added the bread to it, which we assumed was part of the starters plate. If it's the restaurant's way of earning a few more cents, I find it quite lame. When we mentioned it to the waiter, instead of apologising, he just said that we ate it. Again, we assumed it was part of a tiny 28 euros dish. On top of it, he said that we only ordered one main dish, and that next time they will not reserve a place for us for that reason. Now, I need to mention that we paid a bill of nearly 70 euros, it's not like we only ordered water, so this comment is absolutely unacceptable. Besides, the person that came with me was vegetarian, and the main dishes didn't have anything that is not fish or meat in it. I wouldn't go there again, and recommend you warmly to stay away for this place, there are much better restaurants in Frankfurt, better food, better service and better prices.

Yesterday we tried to have a dinner here, we just ended up having wine.. Even we reserved a table and we were there on time we had to wait around 15 minutes to get a waiter showing our place. Later we were served quite quickly with the drinks and two of the older guy waiters said that they have a big group of people in the restaurant and if we want to eat it will take them two hours to serve us. (They told us didn't apologies or anything like that.) Couple minutes later an other older waiter came and he was basically mocking us saying that he will make couple thousand of euros serving the group and doesn't really care about us.. That's when we decided to leave and not order food. I must also say there was a younger girl serving our drinks and she was super nice and apologetic about the situation.

Very overrated place. Prices are so high for such an average taste, the Greek people would not even enter door here. Only three different seafoods 👎🏼👎🏼. The waiter was simply bad. No smiles at all and he was very rude😒😒😒.

I like this restaurant, been there 3 times in the past 2 months. However I have to mention some of the problems that I've encountered there. First time my friend got the wrong dish, second time I got the wrong dish, after questioning them, they said no it's correct, then I asked another waitress, she said she will ask for me in the kitchen, but didn't come back, before paying I asked her again, she said oh yeah she asked, they didn't have what I ordered anymore so they just gave me something else instead. (I ordered the Steak with Tomato-Kaseri sauce, instead got steak with mushrooms). Third time I had the fish, 2 pieces, the first piece was perfect, crispy, tasted amazing, surprisingly the second piece tasted like old fish and was very oily. I would also stick to beer or soda since the wine there doesn't taste good. If you want to sit outside in summer then you have to reserve a table at least a couple of days in advance. The service is fast and the staff is friendly.

A restaurant with polite staff and good atmosphere ! As a starter we had Greek salad and Saganaki (13€ for each plate, was overpriced) and they were tasty. Unfortunately, the portion (7-8 slices) and taste of the fried zucchini are not recommended. For the main dishes we had mixed grilled meat, it was nothing special and not well cooked (dry and not tasty, especially the bifteki). We ordered a salad with squid as well, but in the end we received a salad with chicken...and their comment was that today they did it like this... Overall, nice place with lots of options, middle class quality of food with overpriced dishes.

Divinely delicious food, very quick serving, polite and friendly staff, cute vibe, this place is easily a 100% recommended restaurant. They are usually very full so Booking ahead is also recommended! Try their lamb fillet with cheese sauce, and you will thank me ;)

This is a great place of you are in the mood for some Greek food, right off the U Bahn line. The place is pretty massive with indoor and outdoor seating and the service is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is great too, a lot of options to choose from (the calamari was my favorite). There are some good vegetarian options in the small plates and salads but for main course, there was only 1 on the menu. We ordered a lot of small plates to share and that was a good way to try more stuff. Overall, would definitely recommend this place, though if you do end up ordering all 3 courses with drinks, it can get a bit pricey.

Good food, service (which is hard to find in Germany) and atmosphere. It's definitely a good option to go. My main dish was simply delicious. The dessert wasn't my favorite, but it was ok.

This is a perfect place for dinner after long day work. The service here is impeccable. The gentlemen who serve here are very sweet and have a great sense of humor. I was impressed with everything from the appetizers to the main course. Love this place and want to share with everyone :)

Wir haben lange nach einem Restaurant für die Feier mit unseren Freundinnen gesucht und freuten uns, ein griechisches Restaurant mit ausgezeichneten Bewertungen ausgewählt zu haben. Allerdings wurde unser Eindruck durch das unfreundliche Verhalten des Personals getrübt. Obwohl wir einen Tisch von 6 bis 8 Uhr reserviert hatten, erinnerten die Kellner uns ständig an die Zeit, was eine gehetzte Atmosphäre schuf und den ganzen Abend verdarb. Zusätzlich brachten sie uns einfach grob die Rechnung, obwohl wir nicht danach gefragt hatten. Als wir unsere Unzufriedenheit äußerten, antworteten die Kellner unhöflich und zeigten kein Verständnis. Ihr unfreundliches Verhalten gegenüber den Kunden lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht zu empfehlen.

This is a great Greek restaurant in north Frankfurt. I stopped by unannounced on a Sunday for lunch and was immediately accommodated by a friendly and professional staff. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out, and even in inclement weather, you can still enjoy outside seating due to the heaters and tents that are set up. The staff seem to all be actual Greeks so you know the place is authentic. The food was all super fresh and tasty, and it was all very promptly delivered even though the restaurant was pretty full during my visit. I sampled a few appetizers and a main, and everything i would order again. If you're in the neighborhood and looking for a tasty bite to eat, either lunch or dinner, do not hesitate to stop by here. You will not be disappointed.

The food was great and the atmosphere was also very lively and nice. They brought a wrong wine which was actually good at the end.

We have been to Omonia several times and have left fully satisfied and thrilled with the food and service! This time we had the lamb shoulder, dorade filets, and octopus entrees. All were delicious, and the lamb was so tender you almost didn't need your teeth for it! The grilled calamari and gigantes appetizers were also fantastic! We are already looking forward to our next visit, and can definitely recommend it for a casual night out or a family event dinner. Wonderful!

Omonia has a great vibe, decent food, standard Frankfurt prices. Overall I'm a big fan of ordering a bunch of sides/ the small portions as it offers great variety. The personell is super friendly and welcoming.

The food and service was amazing. Was fortunate to have a fellow Greek native friend along with us for dinner which made it easier to order the food. I wish I remember what I ordered but either way the food was cooked to perfection and had enormous bursts of flavor in each bite. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic as they were very friendly and even provided a round of shots on him at the end which was very sweet. Would highly recommend omonia if you'd like to have authentic Greek cuisine in Frankfurt.

Had the sweetest dinner with my mama at Omonia! Ended up there by chance, and I was positively surprised. I never eat fish in Frankfurt, but I decided to give it a try, and the sea bream didn't let me down!! It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I would've just liked to have some salad and fresh bread with it - given the price was a little high, although not crazy compared to other good restaurants in ffm. The wine (Riesling) was also a very good choice, and the service was impeccable and very sweet.

Generally a nice place, however not one vegetarian main dish on the menu and the waiter made a couple of misogynistic comments ('beer for the men'). Maybe need revising what year we live in. Food otherwise is good and the atmosphere is nice as well!

Fish is the star of the restaurant. But the drinks are also very very well prepared and good. The atmosphere is quite young and cheerful. Is good to be there. Make reservation in advance it’s usually busy. It is located in a nice corner where you have 4 different restaurants and a metro station right there.

Payed 67 euro for 2 meals (Gyros + seefood) and water. The gyros was to dry, the price was not equivalent to the quality of food. the Tzatziki potion was to smal to enjoy the whole meel with it. You have to pay extra if you want more Tzatziki. The seefood with a price of over 30 euros had only 3 Shrimps. In greece water is free, here you pay 7.90 Euro for a bottle of water.
