The service is really not good enough. When we entered restaurant, waiters are talking to themselves no one asked us and kept we waiting for a few minutes. Waiter and waitress made me feel „cold“. And the food is not worth to the price. BTW WI-FI NOT WORKING

I liked this place, not the best sushi but good. The food is fresh and delicious. Ofc it’s more on the pricier side but it’s also in the heart of the city next to the most expensive street… what do you expect? Drinks are delicious. Service was good I can totally recommend the drink Bianco de Verde I don’t agree with all the negative reviews.

Wondering if they even have manager at all. Waiter without basic service mind. Waiting one hour for sushi is disapointing enough. But with their waiter blaming it's the kitchen's fault that food is slow was just ridiculous. And sushi doesn't even deserve the price and the time waiting. With such management level, I won't recommend it. It's the worst experience ever.

This looks perfect from outside with lights in the evening, heaters, full of clients. We saw they have heaters around the tables and sat down for hot drinks and hoping heaters are efficient. When we asked to turn on the heater This is the second restaurant trying to turn it on, being unsuccessful due to lack of heater gas and replying, sorry no gas, I started to believe this is a way of attracting Clients in cold weather but not turning them never on. We Ordered coffee, it was cold, we politely asked to bring hot ones, the second ones were colder, we informed about the problem when we paid, waiter said “sorry” looking like having real fun… the problem could be solved with a sincere apology when we were leaving the restaurant, the waiter decided to be impolite….

The food was all pretty bad. The food that was supposed to be hot was barely warm and seemed frozen. The waitress dropped our food next to our table and never bothered cleaning the floor. We told the waitress that the tempura was cold, she took it somewhere and came back with the same cold tempura.

Good food bit pricey, but they messed up the whole order and did nothing to correct it. Also very bougie decor.

Really disappointing service & absolute chaos. Service was pathetic. Passable drinks and food was not prepared well. It took almost an hour to serve and they forgot to serve one of the dishes, and after so long wait we were served wrong dish. Won’t go again. Location and decor is attractive.

Best Sushi in town. However, service was too slow. It took 20 min to order and another 25 to be served. The wait for the bill is another chapter. At the end the waiter who ignored us all the while had the audacity to ask if we wanted to include tips in the bill. Really?🤦🏻

Read the reviews but only experienced lovely staff, ready to help accommodate us. We Had the club sandwich & chicken skewers and both were very good. Large portions as well as wonderful wine selections. Totally recommend coming here. 👍

Sushi was fine but nothing special. A bit pricey for mediocre quality. The service staff is inattentive. And there was little effort to give the guests a restaurant experience that meets the price level.

Food was good... loved the ambiance.

Well, lack of customer caré. One Dish did not come with the rest of the food and it took so long to bring it to us. If You come get ready to wait over 40 minutes your food plus the time you need to choose it.

Disaster. 20 minutes waiting for the menu, additional 20 minutes waiting for a waitress to take the order. Then another customer came and the waitress took his order first. No clue about service, I will never came back.

Absolutely loved this place. Amazing shisha, the best cocktails and delicious food. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and make sure everything is perfect. You can sit inside and outside. The vibe is really good, with nice music. We will definitely come back

Very good! The bowls were actually great!

Monchos location is superb. The food was okay. Ordered a beef bowl and the meal came with a soup. Great ambience. Especially in summer, one can sit on the terrace outside and enjoy the nice weather.

Came here for shisha and they have amazing shisha. The flavour was strong and last all night. Worth the money. Had the best shisha and tea on the side at night.

Nice service and atmosphere. Not suggesting having sushi. 10 euro got 2 pieces of sushi. And they taste not good, like ' raw fish' had to use wasabi and soy sauce to mask it. ( From a Hong Kong person who visited Japan more than 10 times)

Cool friday evening concept with good music and a dj. The food was very good, we tried the udon noodle soup, the beef bowl and the gyoza.

Good Service, the Sushi was okey , fair prices and i loved the Music.

Asked water, they charged me extra 8€, it’s ridiculous. Waited my food forever, then waited for receipt even longer. The food was not good, I ordered poke bowl and what they brought me didn’t have any greens. The waitress did not bring receipt and just asked cash, no one speaks English.

Worst Shisha bar and worst service, rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. We have been waiting for long time to get Shisha and then it tastes so bad.

Excellent service and very friendly. I will make this a regular stop.

I love it. It was really delicious specially "churros" for 6€. I recommend it. Good music and nice place.

Bar seems to be really great, but they said only women's were allowed our group felt really insulted and it seems very sexist, although the bar was not that full. In addition prices were quite expensive. But the sexist part deserves one star.

I was with my mom and a friend and it was our last night in Frankfurt. It was perfect, we had some good sushi, one of the best cocktails and some sisha. Never knew it would the perfect combination! The people were so relaxed and so nice, the atmosphere was really good and I really enjoyed the music. Im a 90s RnB type woman, so I really enjoyed it. Thank you for this fun night out 💛. (Even my mom enjoyed it, she normally doesnt like shisha places).

Decent Cafe in downtown Frankfurt. Large patio with heaters for the cooler seasons. Large portions.
