Great concept but absolute lack of customer orientation in special situations. Happily charging no-show fees even if absence due to special circumstances (snow & sickness) was communicated upfront. Absolutely no signs of goodwill, this is not how well-paying customers should be treated at all

Great boutique concept but sometimes the locker rooms and change rooms are not replenished with supplies… the shower room floor was slippery with slime and was presented unwelcoming \unhygienic state..

We love Barry´s! Great workout, great atmosphere, and it´s different each time, different exercise, music, mixing it on the tread with inclines, no inclines, longer runs, etc, so you never get bored :) So far we trained with 7 different coaches and all of them very amazing and have a different style. I also love the locker rooms, with all the different types of products, adds some more wellness factor to the after workout high. Thanks Barry´s team! We love to sweat with you guys!

Very clean, organised, spacious workout studio in the heart of Frankfurt a stone’s throw away from the shopping street. Ive been to Barrys in Singapore, Australia, US, & London and this is the best one ive visited! Lovely staff as usual, and great energy from the lovely instructors!
