Another “hidden” gem! You’re always greeted with positivity, friendliness and beautiful people & smiles! They’re constantly going around the gym sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash and refilling disinfectant wipes. Bathrooms always stocked and gorgeously clean. Plenty of stair masters! Lotttts of cardio machines! Affordable prices for what you get! Their kids club is amazing and staff are just wonderful! Their steam room is by far the best steam room I’ve ever been in! It’s huge and works so well! They’ve got tanning, hydro massage, infrared saunas, cinema room and steam room!

Parking lot not safe, full of thieves. In the middle of the day. Scouting what cars to hit all while other customers are parking. No form of parking lot security here. I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Management needs to install deterrent from police department. Its a small trailer with a light pole and cameras that record.

The people who work here at so welcoming and nice!! I feel super comfortable dropping my son off here at the Kids Club because I know they look out for them. There is something for everyone here and the staff is also super helpful at any questions you may have about your fitness journey.

This place is a mess. It’s been under construction for a year. Shouldn’t take this long. Once stair case has been half finished for 6 months. I manage buildings, it shoulda took 3 weeks tops

Tried to cancel my membership March 1st when my billing cycle is for the 5th of every month. They advised they would need to charge me for March because payment processing start 10 days in advance and there’s no way to stop it. The member I spoke to I think his name was Rafael told me that his manager was in a meeting when I asked for a manager and that she would call me back her name is Jenny. I said what time will she call me back he said she told me not to go back in there since they’re having a meeting. I told him I would like to know when I can speak to her and I’d wait to speak to her and he said yeah and hung up. I already put a stop payment but this is bogus.

Pros r workers cleaning. Some cool areas. But also some very hot areas. Super humid upstairs and in all small rooms. Best part is the steam. No wipes upstairs. No way to get to other side. Nothing connected or synergistic. Really bad. Extreme construction inside. LOUD NOISES! No air inside. Felt like i was getting the air sucked out of me. Def cant breathe. The machines suck its slanted almost fell out of my seat doing lat pulls. All seats way to low to the ground. They are also not cushioned. Everything is spread apart. No way can you get any gains here. Super clustered. Claustrophobic af. RR is decent. Will see sauna next. But damn that hallway upstairs is so narrow and there was some damn stinky mfer there stunk up the whole gym. Like old rotten blue cheese. Damn this gym is beat. Edgar central Location is good only thing it has for me. Just need more hours.

I love coming to this gym. The staff is friendly and they have most of the strength training equipment I need. A majority of the people will wipe of the equipment after use and wipes are readily available throughout the gym. Since it is a good value, at times it could get crowded. There are 7 squat racks in total and is where I find myself waiting most often. Although I don’t do cardio 😅, the cardio equipment is never fully occupied and you should find the machine you are looking for. Way to go ChuzeFitness!

Karina was super kind helping me out! They are currently remodeling as of May 2023 but I look forward to the new set up! One recommendation I would have would be if y'all could be a little more attentive with the movies upstairs. Movie had ended for over 1hr and we were waiting for the next one. Luckily the silence in there was nice too. Hope the movies next time stay on schedule. Loved my experience! And look forward to more!

I used to like this gym a lot, but now I will avoid it because they don't enforce the Covid19 safety procedures. I went today and found many people not wearing masks.

All i needed was to cancel my kids club plan. Two times i missed the cut off by 1 day and would not be able to cancel my kids club plan. I thats $60 that went out the window. So i decided to cancel my memebership, which they said they would still charge me for my kids pack but would cancel mine. Which meant i would be only paying for my kids...but i cant just leave my kids there (nor would i). So they can still process my kids...and gladly cancel mine. I had to pay an additonal month to cancel. And i wont be able to go to the gym for the next month. Another 50 dollars out the door. If they didnt have such black and white policy on the kids, maybe they would still have me as a loyal member. As of now, ill be looking for another gym. I was there for over one year. Terrible policy that resulted in terrible customer sevice.

This gym has enough machines, you don't have to wait for one. The staff is very respectful and friendly. The only bad thing about the facilities is the cinema area: It is small and therefore there are not enough machines.

Got told today that gym bags aren’t allowed on the gym floor and that if they allow it for me they have to allow it for everyone. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ve seen the people at the front desk that know gym goers have their bags on the floor and as I left I saw 3 others with there gym bags. Luckily I was just about to leave but the hypocrisy is astounding.

On a free 7-day pass at the Fullerton Chuze. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Has all the equipment needed for a great workout. Even with the after work crowd, one can get a good workout in, if you're a little flexible and patient.

I’ve always came here for a long time now even before I had little ones. I just wanna give a shout-out to morning day care crew for always being super helpful in trying to hold out on my little one when he gets fussy just so I can get a little workout to myself. This location was bright and welcoming. All the recent construction and remodelling stuff was well worth it the wait! Gorgeously redone/upgraded. The staff at this location has always been exceptionally welcoming and friendly, often above and beyond a standard greeting. They are approachable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to which made me feel way less intimidated than I have been at other locations. The atmosphere just radiates positivity and fun. By far my favorite location.

My favorite gym location! The gym has always been so clean, even pre covid. & Their staff is really friendly& welcoming! I would, however, recommend coming during the less busy hours (especially if you experience some gym anxiety). It can get a little crowded.

I tried the 7 day free trial ! I usually workout at Planet Fitness but I was looking into other gyms, I needed something different, and I needed more options of workout equipment. Chuze gym is on a whole other level ! I love it ! I ended up becoming a member. Although it does get really busy it’s a really nice facility, clean, friendly staff, and spacious !

My partner and I came in for a visit and were welcomed by Brighton - what a formidable young man! He was very knowledgable and showed us around the gym. The gym is awesome! Lot's of different machine, friendly people, a gym cinema and sauna. I highly recommend this place. PS: Thank, Brighton!

Of course, a lot of people in the gym for that low price. But also plenty of equipments available and if you avoid the busiest time this is a great gym, for that reason, still, 5 star you can not expect a few people in the gym and extremely clean. This place is CRAZY!! Different than any gym I've ever been in (in a good way). Check out the Chuze theater upstairs when you go. It's a full-blown movie theater with cardio equipment

I love everything about chuze except their opening hours. I start work at 4:30 am and I would love to have a gym that opens at 3:00 am to have my morning workout before starting my day. Now that would be excellence!!!!

Probably the best gym I’ve had in a while. A lot of good equipment. Very easy to access. I just don’t like that everything is with virtual pay or card. They don’t accept cash for some odd reason.

Best gym in the world. Great customer service and awesome variety of equipment to suit the needs of beginners and more advanced gym goers. Classes available for those who life group exercises. I like the availability of heavy dumbbells and free weights although those get busy because of demand. Welcoming and not intimidating.

The gym itself is nice. Friendly staff and clean facility. I love using the hydromassage after a heavy workout in the morning. I do have a few complaints though. First off i hate that you cant make any noise when trying to squeeze out that last rep. Sometimes you need a grunt to help push through it. Second the people who come here dont seem all that serious. They are on there phones alot and talking and quite frankly not putting up or trying to lift heavy. Kinda a bummer. Sometimes you need that enviroment to motivate you.

I like the fact that the staff is always down rounds threw the gym to see and making sure it’s clean it not all gyms do that like 24 hr fit some are dirty and machines are not fixed. I think they shouldn’t close chuze

This was the first gym I've ever been to, much less had a membership to, and I have been incredibly impressed from day one! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and it's a joy to walk into because of this. I always get a warm reception. The facility's environment is welcoming and the equipment is plentiful. Being a 24 hour establishment is huge for me as I work odd hours. Can't wait to try some more of the amenities. Chuze in Fullerton has set the bar high for me as far as both gyms and customer service go!

Love it. Super large, very clean, great staff (Eli signed me up, super nice guy), cinema cardio room is neat, gets a little busy at certain times, but thats pretty inescapable for most large gyms. Best gym I've been a member of so far, and ive done Golds and LA fitness.

I was a member here for around a year. The facility is awesome. The people who work at the facility are awesome. The people who worked out here were awesome. Corporate is AWFUL and I would rather give my money to any other $10/month gym rather than Chuze after dealing with corporate. They're treating their customers poorly during the pandemic with a customer is wrong mindset. I e-mailed Chuze when it reopened that I was uncomfortable coming to Chuze because of the pandemic and I would like to freeze my account. Chuze replied that they were happy to freeze my account. 4 months later, I notice that they've been charging my account every month and they also charged the yearly $49 fee while my account was supposed to be frozen. Contacted Chuze - they won't do anything and it is my fault. You chose 3 months of income over a customer that loved your brand and would have paid you $22.05 a month for decade.

Clean and very friendly place. After being a member for 8 months now I can say it’s the best gym in Fullerton. It’s got all the equipment you need for a low price that others can’t beat.

Chuze fitness is absolutely the greatest place to workout at. Friendly staff, a variety of workout equipment and the cardio cinema are great reasons to workout here. They are constantly cleaning and disinfecting to ensure safety as well. Overall great place to workout at. They offer a service that is hard to come nowadays. I am extremely appreciative of them for that.

They tried to get me locked up for a lie claiming that I was going asleep. Which tried to keep harass me for a lie, the individual that saw did escort the cop the sauna area like instructed. When needing assistance no waste the front desk. Tried use QRC SCAN CODE get into the sauna did work. Was able to get after one of the employees that saw early. Some person to person arrest is inconceivable because you are in a gym. Two, I'm suppose to get a copy of sect document so I can know who my accuser is

If you are looking for a gym that is open 24 hours that is clean with a lot of machines this is the gym for you.

the staff is great and friendly, the machines look new and kept clean. I see staff fixing machines all the time when they're broken. the place is bright, audio and visuals are great. hours are great. the only downside is a lack of pool, but that shouldnt take away a star imo.
