Bought
a
Groupon-
3
classes
in
and
I
am
already
hooked.
I
was
intimidated
at
the
idea
of
coming
to
a
place
like
this
where
I
thought
they
might
not
take
the
time
to
teach
technique
but
my
experience
has
been
the
opposite.
I
arrived
20
minutes
early
to
to
my
first
class
because
I
didn’t
want
to
be
rushed
and
immediately
was
greeted
at
the
front
desk
with
a
huge
smile
and
a
big
thank
you
for
arriving
early.
I
was
assured
that
someone
would
walk
me
through
the
bike
set
up,
that
my
first
shoe
rental
was
free
($4
after
that),
and
that
I
was
free
to
ask
as
many
questions
as
needed.
My
review
is
lengthy
because
I
thought
it
best
to
try
as
many
instructors
out
as
possible
in
my
first
few
weeks
to
make
a
well
informed
decision
once
my
Groupon
is
up
about
whether
or
not
I
want
to
continue.
Cirilo
(cool
name-
not
sure
if
I
am
butchering
spelling)
got
me
set
up
on
the
bike
and
explain
clipping
in
and
out
as
well
as
encouraged
me
to
push
myself
within
reason,
and
explained
the
FTW
or
FPW%.
First
timers-
don’t
let
the
nerves
get
in
your
way
of
soaking
in
everything
they
explain
to
you
on
your
first
day
because
this
stuff
literally
dictates
your
experience!
I
had
a
bit
of
difficulty
hearing
Cirilo
during
the
class
but
enjoyed
his
playlist
and
just
focused
on
getting
the
swing
of
the
bike
and
less
on
the
extra
moves
they
add.
2nd
class
was
with
Ben
and
it
was
a
CWS
class
at
6am-
I
STRONGLY
recommend
that
newbies
like
myself
all
make
the
effort
to
give
these
classes
a
shot
because
they
focus
specifically
on
various
areas
of
spin
like
speed,
endurance
etc.
Ben
is
a
professional
biker
so
I
LOVED
that
he
started
the
class
with
telling
us
all
what
every
single
part
of
our
body
should
be
doing
from
the
head
down.
This
is
when
I
learned
about
2
KEY
MISTAKES
I
made
in
my
first
class:
1)
I
had
bee
pedaling
with
my
toes
instead
of
pushing
down
with
my
heels
(that
explains
the
numbness
in
my
foot!)
and
2)
You
not
only
push
down
but
you
also
need
to
pull
the
pedals
UP
also
so
you
should
feel
pressure
on
the
top
of
your
foot
as
well.
This
changed
my
entire
experience!
This
class
was
more
mental
than
the
other
2
classes
and
I
admit,
I
nearly
tapped
out
30
min
in
but
then
the
magic
happened.
Ben
put
on
this
short
2
min
film
on
a
Peleton
group
(team
of
cyclists)
that
emphasized
the
endurance
needed
to
do
these-
then
split
that
class
into
2
teams.
The
music
he
played
during
this
made
this
the
most
mental,
intense,
and
therapeutic
part
of
the
class
and
this
is
where
I
dug
down
deep
and
finished
strong.
Instructors
like
this
are
one
in
a
million.
I
am
NOT
a
morning
person
but
I
might
need
to
become
one
to
make
it
to
2
of
these
6am
classes
a
week.
This
guy
is
the
real
deal.
3rd
class
was
with
Jessica.
Super
high
energy
and
very
positive
and
motivating
instructor.
She
incorporates
weights
into
a
small
portion
of
the
work
out
which
was
a
nice
change
of
pace.
She
is
quick
to
get
off
her
bike
and
come
over
if
she
sees
that
you
might
be
having
a
hard
time
setting
up
your
bike
or
if
you
drop
anything
-
very
attentive
in
that
way.
Eager
to
answer
questions
after
class
and
just
overall
felt
really
warm
and
approachable.
Would
definitely
make
the
effort
to
some
back
to
her
class
as
well.
My
next
2
classes
are
with
Andrew
and
Jennifer
who
I
hear
are
also
great.
Will
update
this
review
soon.
Seems
like
this
place
is
a
real
gem.
These
people
really
love
their
jobs
and
care
about
welcoming
EVERYONE
into
the
world
of
spin!
