After my 1st appointment I was not thrilled with the outcome so reached out to the owner Ronni with feedback. She was very communicative and handled the issue Very well. Awesome customer service. Went back in to redo the service with Abbi, and I love my lash lift. Great job, ladies.

Abbi is the ONLY person I trust with my brows! The shape is always exactly what I want and looks great! I recently tried the Enthusiast facial for the first time and left with my skin feeling so dewy and hydrated. Abbi has also helped me find a custom skincare routine that helped clear my acne. She was very knowledgeable in many brands and price ranges.

Abbi did an amazing job on my brow tint/lamination and lash lift/tint! She explained the process to me so well and was very willing to answer all of my questions about maintenance. I LOVE how they turned out!

With Valerie I was very comfortable and relaxed . She made sure I was satisfied with my result and which I was !! It was very calming and relaxing, it was a nice vibe , she takes her time with her work overall a great experience can’t wait to go to her again :)

Ronni is the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and tailors each facial to your skin’s needs. She uses top quality products, and I especially love that she includes dermaplaning with each service! I’ve never been one to regularly get facials, but booked an appt with Ronni earlier this year just to treat myself and have been back every month since! My skin has never looked better. Strangers have even commented that my skin is glowing, which has neverrrr happened before. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Valerie’s facials are literally the best I’ve ever had. Not only am I completely relaxed, but my skin always has a glow after. I’m also “eyebrow impaired” and mine always look a mess, but Valerie got them together and they look fabulous now!

Ronni is excellent at what she does and she makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience! She is talented and pays attention to detail.
