I just had a tasty Sicilian pizza here. It had a crispy on the thinner side crust. Server was nice and food came quickly for a group of three. We came at lunch time on a Tuesday while in town for a job. I would definitely come back here. Good place!

This was my first visit to the Gahanna Rusty Bucket, and everything was, as expected, excellent. The bartender who served us was friendly and welcoming and the drinks and apps were very good.

It was just ok to me! Didn't give me that WOW factor. Otherwise food was ok, meatloaf dinner was boring and needed more flavor and seasonings...

Pat and Brooklyn took great care of us tonight. They made us a special dessert for our anniversary and the service was excellent!

Great laid back atmosphere. Soothing music. wings were tasty, but needed more seasoning. The ranch was homemade. I got the regular wings.

Came here to grab something to eat and watch the Sunday NFL game. And the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the fried fish sandwich with fries. Fries were overly salted . The fish was overcooked , which gave it a rubbery texture. I sent the fish back. The second time around I think they just cooked the fish enough to bring it out to me…. It was horrible. I don’t think I will ever go back. It was just simply a waste of time and money. I rather go and get a fish sandwich from McDonald’s…..

First time here & WOW..just WOW! Amazing server, even brought us out a free order of their fried pickles to try since it was our first time there. I got the blackened salmon salad and it was sooooo amazing! We def will return. Great atmosphere too.

My family enjoyed dinner at this location on 11/14. We got there around 6:00 and the hostess, manager and our server were very nice. The manager checked on us several times as we were seated in the enclosed and heated patio.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant it was little cold inside the food was decent the steak was cooked as requested the the topping on the steak didn't have a good presentation. They also lack a variety of options on the steak side so if you are here for steak I would recommend looking elsewhere. The chicken was good and fresh my family was happy with their meals and no one got sick . If I come back probably won't get the steak I am a filet mignon guy. Feedback matters . The service was reasonable

Nice place to grab a meal and a drink or two. While shopping in Columbus we decided to just swing in somewhere in the middle of the action and we chose Rusty Bucket. Waitress took our drink order pretty quick. Drinks were delivered pretty fast also. Placed food order. Food came up in 10 minutes. The cooks or some other staff brought food out. Waitress wasn't seen again for a good while. Meanwhile we needed utensils and napkins. The food was really good. Everyone's order was done well. No complaints on quality. I have been searching for good fish for awhile and this filled my desire. Crisp breading, flaky meat, the tartar sauce was also good. The coleslaw was also tasty. Ordered a mixed drink and a local brew as well. Both were good. Hard to mess up a beer. But I was happy to see they had plenty of local to the area options. All in all. Good food, decent service and a cool atmosphere.

Glasses were dirty, there were floaties in our water. The wait staff was a bit rude. Our food was not made correctly 😒 I like the other locations better than this one. You can tell they don't get a lot of black people who come to that location by the way we were treated. Every time we told the lady the glass was dirty, she rolled her eyes and bought us another dirtier glass with stuff floating in it. I do not recommend this location.

This was an amazing experience all the way around. I am a retired server, and so is my wife. Abbi took all of our party order 9 people without a paper or pad. Some of us had very special requests, and she got everyone correct. I love a good club sandwich and this one was top 3 I have ever had. The turkey was incredible the bacon was done just right. The French fries were very good as well . The manager Jason stopped by the table and checked on us and was very polite and since we didn't have any issues what so ever he kept going. I'm still just blown away by the entire experience. First time here will definitely be coming back soon. I'm not a drinker but they have a large menu of drinks.

Great place awesome service and the manager Eric Evans is spectacular. We will definitely go back just for his service and expertise alone. We are telling all of our friends that that is the place to go. When you go there tell him skills to envy said hello.

I was at the Rusty Bucket with 6 people and overall the experience was very good. I was most impressed by the Buffalo Chicken sandwich one of our members had. Largest piece of chicken I have ever seen 😉. Kicking myself that I didn’t take a picture. I had the double nickel salad which is always stellar and is probably my favorite salad anywhere. My wife and I split a pepperoni pizza which was a bit dry and average on the amount of pepperoni and sauce. I have had the wild mushroom and veggie pizza in the past which were very good. Others had the club sandwich, sliders and quesadillas. Large portions and were enjoyed by those who ordered them. Catch Rusty Bucket at happy hour and appetizers and pizza are half price.

Food was excellent and there was quite a variety to choose from. At our table, we had Baja tacos, a Reuben sandwich and a Cuban sandwich and each item was delicious. It is a sports bar atmosphere but very comfortable.

This is a very nice location. It was good to see how busy they were. My service was great and my server kept checking on me frequently. However I ordered my burger medium rare because I have had trouble ordering it medium which I prefer, but the last couple of times, the burger is too done. So I ordered medium rare and it was way too done for me again. I wanted to order it rare but my server talked me out of it, assuring me that I would be happy. I'm thinking the burgers are smaller and that's why they are too done. I didn't complain because I didnt want a free drink or have my meal comped. But I will be ordering rare in the future and if once again there is no pink, I will send it back.

We just stopped in for drinks & some apps. Nachos were good. I recommend getting their homemade habanero sauce with anything that can use a little kick. Exceptional flavor with a bit of heat. Really good service. Bartender, Brooklyn, was awesome. Attentive, friendly and very engaging. Had a good time

Service was excellent. Salad was awesome. Fries were hot and crispy. This is a first world problem: the buns for the slides were very dry like they were frozen and heated up in a microwave. Everything else was perfect including the chocolate cake with an unexpected sidecar!!

My mom's birthday and she wanted to go here. Walk in. Multiple tables open (more than 3). Said they couldn't seat us for 35 minutes even though there was no one in line. We eat here or get carry out here once a week. Supported this restaurant through the pandemic. Then treated very poorly by the manager right now. Lots of excuses. Sad.

The food was great everytime we ate there. The service was a step above. There was one staff member that stood out and was amazing. We went to the bar on Saturday to watch The Ohio State football game and Jill just blew me away. Not only did she rock it out running the bar and serving food. She was greeting and seating patrons, answering the phone and still never missed a second serving us at the bar. So if you get lucky enough to visit here and meet Jill, then just be ready to tip, tip, tip! What an amazing experience.

I'm told the dine in experience is good. If you're looking for carry-out I encourage you to lower your expectations. My second attempt, equally as inefficient. The service staff seems to do what they can. I suspect it's mediocre management. Hope they can prove me wrong. They say 3rd time is the one

Sicilian pizza is to die for, best pizza I have ever had and I have had a lot of pizza. Service was good. People were friendly. Nice atmosphere. This one is definitely worth checking out.

So much to love about Rusty Bucket. I order the nachos everytime I visit and it's sooo good and portion size is very generous. Sometimes I just go to town on the nachos, others I grab an entree as well. This visit I grabbed the fish and chips, pretty well done though I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw. Wife grabbed the chicken sandwich and kids both ordered pizzas. Everything came well prepared and in good size portions. They offer beer in 3 sizes up to 32oz, love that. Service is typically pretty good, rarely have to stare at an empty glass for long and so much of the menu is great and so much I've yet to try. I've been to this location a few times and it always does good. Definitely worth a visit.

Sat at the bar and had great service! The Blueberry Bella is one of my favorite drinks ever! Great food, great bartender, awesome drinks!

Angela was such a good waitress. I can't stress this enough. She is the reason I'm here to leave this review and she is also a huge reason we enjoyed our dinner so much. She was personable yet fast, got everything right and even helped us decide what to get since it was our first time. Seems like service as a whole at food places has gone down so much and it was such a relief to get her and be so well taken care of.👍👍
