Out and about today and decided to check out the BW3 at Cherry Bottom. It’s seat yourself here which is great. Was greeted right away by Malinda my waitress. SUPER personality, the whole visit she was definitely all about service and making sure I had a great experience. Also was welcomed by one of the other wait staff, I believe his name was Melvin. Ordered the honey BBQ wings, onion rings and carrots/celery. Everything came out in a timely manner. The Asst Manager/Casey came by to check on me. On to the food, wings were fresh and sauced well. Onion rings were cooked perfectly and definitely in new oil by their color. Loved the celery/carrots with Ranch dressing. Definitely breaks up the meal well. This was definitely a great visit and the staff was outstanding.

Had some of the best service here I've had at any restaurant in a long time. I truly appreciated the conversation and the banter and making us feel very welcome in the restaurant. The food was great and came out very fast. We were there as a group of military personnel and received a military discount which was great and I didn't know about. They took our app info and got us the reward points and the only thing I was upset about was the lack of trivia, but I am chalking that up to the pandemic. Thank you for a great experience and will be back. Kind of butt hurt

Wasn't too thrilled don't think I will return. Had to ask somebody to wait on us after sitting there about 15 minutes, had to go get my own napkins and 🍴 when we receive our food 25 minutes later it wasn't hot.. barely warm to the touch, customer service wasn't that great, like she didn't want to be there🤦🏾‍♀️. That made two of us lol..My 🐥 strips were good tho🤷🏽‍♀️ and I STILL left a tip

We got wings last night and they were tough and chewy. Only 4 were eaten, other 6 thrown away. Ordered chicken tenders and may as well have ordered chicken jerky. They were so hard and dry and overcooked. Only 1 was choked down. Also ordered onion rings, which are normally really good, and they were burnt as hell. There was no onion left inside them, just onion corpses. Everything was terrible. Won't be going back to this location.

The service has greatly improved the past few months, there was a time I stopped coming here due to the poor and slow service. Unfortunately quality control on the kitchen has not improved. The food comes out (if you’re lucky) at room temperature which is just not enjoyable with wings. The bathroom feels like a freezer and the over all noise in the dining room from the speakers to the HVAC system is just not enjoyable to dine in. I like they have lots of dry rub options which have great flavor but when the wings are cold, it’s not work eating.

Workers do not know the daily specials. Website only allows you to pick what the deal of the day is. But employees said I ordered wrong. Ut some how 6 boneless turned to 12 but it was traditional wing buy one get one free but I ordered 10 and got 10. All in all got charged the same price for the both orders when I said it was wrong they said I was wrong. I been waiting two weeks for a refund. Trash establishment. Management is horrible. Next step small claims to get my refund cause the employees and management are terrible.

Good ambience to watch sports , have drinks with office colleagues or friends I always go here for happy hour at office or colleague farewells - so lot of good memories stays at this spot Food I love - cauliflower wings with spicy/Parmesan garlic sauce and Thai curry sauce , chicken wings with mango habanero sauce , Parmesan garlic sauce , Thai curry sauce I also like nachos with queso dip , cheddar cheese curds You got panda wok nearby and few other small shops in the stripe mall section , gas station nearby , easily accessible to Morse road , new Albany , highways too

I have eaten here many times, but for once I thought I would try take-out. Ordered 30 wings in 2 different flavors. The one set of wings had the completely wrong sauce on them, and the other wings had basically zero sauce on them. I ended up eating them anyway because I don't waste food, especially meat, but I had to cover them in sauce I had at home to make them edible. I would give one star for this experience, but I have had good experiences in the past so I'll leave it at 2 stars. $50 worth of food, and $10 of it was correct.

Great service! Fast to get food.

Last experience wasn't a good one. Place was packed, 2 waitresses, not their fault they are understaffed or had call offs or maybe even mismanaged but we weren't waiting and left. Maybe another time, we do generally like the food.

I’d only plan on coming here if you’d like to be walked past 15 times by different employees before being helped. Then they have the audacity to not start your take out order until you’ve already arrived. What’s the point of online ordering if I have to read you my order to get it started once I’ve already arrived?

The food was good but with other taco places this just did not pack the authentic punch to match the atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Will definitely go back and have a drink and a taco. Ambiance was very well put together and meshed well with the service.

My family loves the BOGO Tuesday and Thursdays. We get 60 wings with a variety of sauces from Parmesan Garlic through Mango Habanero, my favorite! Don't forget the celery and carrots with blue cheese and ranch. Perfect dressing to cool off the wings. Depending on how busy they are you may have to be patient with the wait staff but they are nice folks just trying to get the job done.

I did not like the food this time , I orde my wings and they were hard and I wasn’t able to eat them literally… and I reordered them again and same thing … so this time I have to say I was very disappointed with my food , and I ended up paying close to $90 … very disappointed 😡

The food was great! My kids and I were very pleased. The waitress we had was super attentive and had a wonderful attitude. We went during the week. So it wasn't busy at all and we were able to just seat ourselves, which was a plus.

I come to bw3 as it is to be my favorite sports place to eat. On 6/23/23 me and my wife go to our favorite chicken wing and sports spot for dinner only to have a woke agenda shoved down our throats. Several big screen TV s not sharing sports at all, they were sharing stories of be transgender....nothing to do with sports. Sadly I will never return to bw3 and will only wish the same fate as bud light and target for Buffalo wild wings (bw3). On top of all this we paid way to much to have our order messed up. Had to remind server that we ordered an appetizer that came out way after our main course and it was still wrong.

Same old same stuff. The new buffalo ranch sauce was the best part. Service was really slow. The bartender was busting her butt taken care of 60% of all the tables and seats in the bar. No manager to be around, probably cooking because either labor cost too high or no help.

Food was disgusting. DoorDashed bird dogs because we thought it was a new restaurant, to find out it was Bdubs. The sandwich’s had hardly any chicken, the fry’s were stale and the tator tots were burnt to the cardboard. Managers are incoherent, and did not want to help. They were rude when I called and asked why the food was like this. Pictures speak for them selves. We had to throw away $40 worth of food.

BW3 keeps the favorites on the menu and always has something interesting added to the menu. Good drinks and food, and tons of tasty to keep up with the games or fight! Add in trivia for the non sports people, and it's a win for going out with friends or with kids. We often catch UFC ppv here.. get food and the fights for the price of the buy at home!!

We showed up without reservations, with a party of twenty. They were very accommodating. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and I thought it was very good. They even rushed things for a few of us that had to leave early. I'd definitely go back when in the area again.

Like, I'd totally give 0 stars if I could. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting. I stopped a server and she said she wasn't our server but she'd let our server over there know. Then a big groupcame in and all got seated and got menus before we ever saw a server. Then when the server I spoke to finally spoke to another server who I only assume was supposed to be ours, her hands got thrown in the air like she was frustrated. That's it we left. It's not even that busy man, completely unprofessional.

If I could give this 0 zeros stars I would. Me and my friend came in expecting to enjoy a nice meal but all we got was a 10 minute wait and a server who was suppose to be ours get frustrated and throw her hands up when We asked another server if she was ours and if we could get some menu’s. A big group who came a couple of minutes after us got seated and served while we still waited. After another 3 minutes we got up and left. This is very unprofessional and I would not be back.

We ordered a take-out dinner last night. My wife ordered a smoked brisket sandwich for me and when she got home I found a smoked brisket burger. She said she confirmed it with the woman who gave her the order, but it sounds like the employee was super confused. Not a good take-out experience.

3rd time in a row that I got wings and was not satisfied. Each time something was wrong ...from barely being flavored as I asked or very skimpy with it to the last w times the chicken wasn't done and was rubbery...I think that's it for me...I tried to remain a customer but the Gahanna location has turned me off. I'm done with them...I will go back to wing stop...

Ordered carry out. They messed up my order and forgot items. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I arrived at home. So, I had to drive back to the restaurant. They gave me the missing item and I left. Once I arrived at home, I found out the garlic parmesan chicken had extra spice added to it. This was not a mild sauce at all. And they didn't give me the ranch sauces I paid for. Whomever expedited needs to be retrained. I'm tired of the "we're understaffed" excuse. Being understaffed shouldn't mean the paying customers have their orders messed up and items they paid for not included.

Had a party of 7. Was sat down quickly. The waitress, Michelle, was courteous and responded to our requests quickly. The food came in a timely manner and was good
