Great chicken fingers VERY fresh nothing like it. The sweet tea is the BEST EVER none like it and I love the Cane's Sauce the Honey Mustard is just as awesome.

You will wait in a ridiculous looking line, but your food will be hot, accurate, and the wait is never as bad as it looks. I appreciate that my tenders are always crispy, fresh and hot. I love the sweet tea, it’s very refreshing and the fries are typically hot and well seasoned. A great spot for a casual meal or something on game day!

I had written a review previously that had only amounted to one star for this location. However, the owner himself reached out to me personally and apologized for the poor experience. He offered me a replacement order and I have taken full advantage of that today. The results were absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, the tenders were plumb and juicy, and the fries with the Texas toast were crisp and fresh. The fact that the owner cared that much about his brand, speaks volumes. I will continue being a long-term customer, despite one poor experience out of many great ones over the years. I have left the before and after pictures below.

Tenders were small but very good. Freshly prepared andbCaunes sauce is one of my favorites. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The coleslaw and fires were average. Texas toast was second yo the tenders.

I've loved Raising Canes for about 10 years now. The warm, buttery Texas toast, dreamy Canes sauce, and to-die-for sweet tea are what bring me back! 😍😋 However, strangely enough, it seems like the size of the chicken fingers have gotten smaller over the years. 🤔 I'm not sure if this is just my own observation but I've heard other people mention this, too. Other than the food, this location in particular is notorious for having a line double-wrapped around the building (pictures for reference). I don't think I've ever been here without there being a long line but although the line is long, you typically don't have to wait too long. My recommendation is not to come here during lunch or dinner times and you should be good. 🤗

Had to try it. Have always heard great things. It was good yes, but not as great as I expected. It’s a chicken finger. Was crunchy and moist. The Texas toast was awesome. The sauce was different, but good.

Thank you for the best customer service that I have ever had. The friendliest most personable interaction ever from a fast food location. Thanks again! Saturday March 25. 2:30 pm

This chicken is half the size it used to be… Im making this review so the corporate people will know that the public notices the smaller chicken pieces and will make them big again like it used to be. Bring back the old portion sizes! It’s not fair that we are paying this much for smaller portion sizes!

My son just got in from Alaska, so we thought we would see if he liked it. He said it was good it's just that the chicken had no flavor without the sauce. I like them anyways

The tenders are super small a little bigger than the canes sauce. Small portion of fries. Used to work for the company would never serve all 3 tenders this small to a guest

Okay, we have some good chicken down South but this is devine. Tenders are always fresh, crispy and juicy inside! Not overly seasoned, sometimes hard to find. Their fries are hit or miss, sometimes those are incredible sometimes they are too thin and doesn’t taste like a potato. Overall great place try them if you are around and don’t forget the cane sauce!

Went to drive through and the have started taking orders outside in Tablets. This made the experience fast and convenient. Always yummy food too.

I didn’t know that they actually stay open late. I happen to have a long day & stopped here for a chicken sandwich and honestly… it was better that a fil chic…. Sorry to say but it was. Super impressed but the overload of sauce which reduced the fried chicken dryness. I would absolutely try this if you haven’t. Be mindful tho; they charge for extra sauces which I don’t agree with but the sauce is good. Just feel it’s a can’t buy a left shoe alone situation. You get the pair. If I buy food I expect to have the sauce with it.

We rarely eat inside-not crazy about the cold, cold seats and uncomfortable chairs and tables. Food is consistently hot and tasty. I would LOVE to see them change their to-go boxes because 1. They are horrible for the environment and 2. the fries sweat and become damp by the time we get home. Chicken is top notch!

Food was fresh, hot, and immediately received my order. I wish there was a local Canes down here in North Carolina. The owner is an amazing person and cares about his employees and perhaps that show through in the service. Make sure you get the sauce! The prices are amazingly low compared to other chicken places.

Used drive thru. Delicious chicken fingers, not salty or dry !! I had called to see how long the drive thru line was, and the young lady on the phone was upbeat and polite. Same good service and good attitude from the young lady taking orders outside ! Will definitely visit again.

Best Raising Cane’s I’ve been to. Really hot and fresh, chicken was great. Why are the fries always so small? Never seem to get a full size one at any location. Always just little bits and pieces.

Burnt gain, 2nd time in a row. We had a to-go order from here with 4 meals back on Dec 16, 2022. When we got home and opened up our food, it was all burnt. The food smelled like an ashtray. A single bite would leave a burnt taste in your mouth. The whole meal went in the trash. We called, and the manager offered to replace the meal the next time we came in (reason for at least 2 stars). Tonight, Jan 3, 2023, was that night. They duplicated the meal for free. However, this too was burnt, only not nearly as bad. The fingers smelled burnt. We were able to eat some of them. When they tasted too burnt to eat, we made a pile of fingers to be thrown away. My wife convinced me not to say anything this time. We threw most of our food away and decided to give up on this location. Even the smell in the parking lot of this place smells like burnt fingers. It will be a long time before I give this place another chance. They need to figure out what's going on with their fryers. Interestingly, the french fries do not smell or taste burnt. Maybe they use separate oil for them.

Don't eat here often but normally have good service, not this time though. Encountered three different employees going through the drive through and none were very nice. Maybe just a bad day for everyone.

This is a good location although the line may intimidate you if it’s long. However, it moves fairly quick. Food was good & service was great 5 stars❕

I mean what can I say? It's raising Cane's. We all go there for the sauce. The drive-thru is fast and the staff was polite. Would definitely recommend

I ordered for pick up on a Saturday, they took a few minutes longer than the eta but not much and they were busy so totally understandable and no big deal. They accidentally gave me a box combo instead of a caniac and didn’t give me a cup for my drink and didn’t realize it until I got home. Everyone makes mistakes so I wasn’t mad but I did write to canes since I paid for something I didn’t get. The manager called me the next day and they gave me a full refund. I was very satisfied with their customer service and always have good experiences with this location

Very tender chicken pieces, I had the burger with an extra strip. Would like to see more sauce options although their own sauce is nice, somewhere between thousand Island dressing and sweet Cajun. Not sure about price, seems pretty steep compared to other fast food restaurants but it was served up fast and it was hot and crispy!

The chicken is consistently among the best you can find on n Columbus. Juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. Service depends on how busy they are, and they are always busy. That is also a reflection of how delicious their chicken is. Fries have never been great, but their toast is enjoyable. You can't stop eating this stuff dipped into their sauce!

I ordered Combo Cane and pay 12.37$ and waitied in line for long time with a baby and get 4 pieces only .. few months ago happened the same you should check your order everytime i love cane but that so disappointed my kids were so hungry and start eating

This location has really friendly staff, fast service, and great food! The only downside is, they start blocking the drive thru at 845, so get there early. Even when there is a long line, it moves pretty fast for how busy they get, so don't be discouraged

First time ever going to a Raising Canes and it was delicious. Probably would have given this place 5 stars but the dinning room was closed and you can only do drive thru. The Drive thru was way back but the.line kept moving and the Texas toast and ice tea was delicious.
