    I have to say that the customer service at this location is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Our first day living in Gahanna we ran up there to get lunch. After we pulled away from window 2 my husband and I looked at eachother and said well now we know ...lol When using the drive thru service they are rude and hateful on the speaker then when you get to the windows everyone looks like they are ready to throat punch you, quit, and leave. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have NEVER seen a smile when they are dealing with me, (the customer) AND internal customer service as well. They are back there behind the counter arguing and using foul language all the while they have on cutoff jeans, a cami (with half the breasts spilling over), slides and no socks. I know they may have been called in but these things are OSHA and ODH worthy concerns. Then today they were once again rude rude rude and when I got home to enjoy my breakfast the bagel was burnt. This made everything between the bagel pieces smell and taste like burnt bread/bagel. Customer service left when COVID arrived. People stopped smiling because no one could see it anyway. And with that went professional respectful communication.

    I am only giving one star for the one food runner outside who truly tried his best. Honestly, don’t bother coming here. Waited 30 minutes from the drive thru for 3 items. Multiple times he came out and they gave him the wrong food and didn’t organize/label any of the bags. Then when he finally felt like he had the order, they had only half of what I ordered present. Not sure what’s happening at this location, but man what a waste of time. Frustrating for both myself and the one worker doing his best.

    Says open 24 hours but they informed be they were getting ready for breakfast and couldn’t take order😂 you could tell they hardly had any business recently and didn’t need to stop taking orders to switch over to breakfast at 4am! More proof of the downfall of society and work ethic

    I couldn't pay at the kiosk but the staff was more than ready to help me out at the register. I can't can't overemphasize how cool everybody was. And with the shamrock McFlurries already available they told me this would be a life-changing experience. They were right. I can't even take points for the kiosk not completing the transaction because getting to interact with the staff is what made everything

    I can count on one hand the amt of times I’ve eaten fast food since the 2020 pandemic and THIS is why. After a recording I’m looking for something open and quick to grab and only fast food is available. I pull up to an empty parking lot with absolutely NO customers inside or in the drive-thru. I asked for fresh fries along with my meal. Instead, I receive stale burgers and fries and was almost told that I couldn’t get my receipt because it wasn’t coming out of the malfunctioning machine. These restaurants are sub par and serving cold food that taste like total TRASH. In addition, customer service has gone out the window...and with rising costs, it’s truly unfortunate that franchises and their owners simply DON’T care.

    I live near this McDonald's, and it used to be great. However, in the last year, it has gone from great to not so good. The last time I ordered, I used their app to place a rather large order. I have a bunch of grandkids. The food we received was cold and incomplete. It was missing items, so I went back to get them. When I went back ,I went inside, and the staff was playing around and throwing frys at each other. I told the person who finely came to help me, that I was missing items, and they called the manager up and she told me that she bagged the order personally. She was very rude and argumentative. I had to explain that I ordered with the app and didn't get the items. After speaking with her, I was getting upset with the whole thing. She finally got the items that they didn't put in the order and almost threw the bag at me. I am going to contact the stores regional manager or the corporate office about this because it's been happening to many times in the last year or so.

    The inside renovation is terrible. There isn’t a person there to help you. Everything is done via kiosk. There are zero drink machines available to get refills, so you have to go to the counter where you hope someone comes from the back and sees you in order to get a refill, or anything extra that you may need. The drive thru service is priority, and way quicker than in store service. Just go through the drive thru and don’t deal with the inside

    Always such friendly staff, especially the woman working the first drive thru window at approximately 2PM today who I see here on a regular basis. She had herself a true Karen holding up the entire line today and handled it much more professionally than I would have in the situation.

    Took my son here to get dinner tonight & the service was terrible. He used his mobile app. He used a code which allowed him to get a free quarter pounder with the purchase of one. He ordered a quarter pounder with a large fry, and as I stated, he was supposed to get another one free. For some reason, the guy on the drive thru speaker wasn't comprehending that we were using the mobile app so we were getting a free burger. He was completely confused & asked us to pull to the first window. We pulled to the window & I had to explain it to a different guy at that window. He explained that they had been having issues with the codes not working all day & that the misunderstanding wasn't our fault. He charged us for the fry & quarter pounder. So when we went to the second window to get the food, they gave us the fry & one quarter pounder. I explained to them ONCE AGAIN that we had a code to get a free quarter pounder with the purchase of one, so we were missing the free one. The people at the window were confused.....AGAIN. So I sat there trying to explain it as thoroughly as I could & even showed them the code & they were STILL confused. So they asked me to pull up & they would bring it out. So we pulled up & after five minutes, a guy came out to ask me to explain it AGAIN. So once again, I showed him the code & explained what was going on. He went back inside and TEN MINUTES LATER he finally brought it out. So I sat there for a total of fifteen minutes. For a sandwich. That was the most frustrating & annoying experience I've ever had at a fast food establishment. For the life of me, I don't understand what was so utterly confusing about my order. If they don't have the ability to comprehend something that simple, they shouldn't be employed there. Ridiculous. 🙄

    Drive thru operator was abrasive and rushing, didn't enter any of my order correctly. Added on $9 worth of stuff. Got to the pay window, he didn't read my order back to me. Got to the pick up window, they started handing me drinks i didn't order. I asked for a refund and they got the manager. The Manager then proceeded to laugh in my face saying "You can't afford a $3 drink?" If I could afford anything more than I asked for I definitely would not be going to McDonald's. Go to any other location.

    Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered pretty straight forward items: a sandwich, a burrito, a coffee. Gave a code for a free sandwich. So the total should have just included a burrito and coffee (like $5). Cashier seemed very argumentative and impatient about my questions regarding what kept being a $9+ total, would have been easily solved with a "okay, let me make sure the order is right. You have......." but instead I got the crossed hands, the overly ridiculous smile, etc when I asked to speak to someone else. They also fail to realize the window isn't sound proof. Manager kinda just made the excuse "we have new people, trying to train them." (The cashier didn't have a headset, she didn't take the order). Well...........multiple things here then. If the cashier didn't mess the order up, why the attitude? I have come from many retail jobs, the excuse of "im sorry, they must've got something wrong here, let me fix it" works PERFECTLY. I wasn't being mean to her, so why the attitude toward me? Then a manager who basically could've just been whomever she decided to drag over there, not even asking questions of what's wrong. It was a small interaction, but it was enough for me to start my day badly. If the cashier was going through something, I get not wanting to be at work. But I've been there and I hate it. However, I always have to still do my job and not make my problem the customer's problem. Even her saying "im so sorry, its been a morning so far" I could totally understand. But blatant attitude is just something else. Its Christmas season soon. If you don't wanna work there, there's plenty of places hiring.

    This place took forever to get my food and it was only a milkshake and a fry. The workers were being so slow. Food was really good tho. It also took so long to get my ranch my friends were already done, eating their food by the time that I got it.

    When you get your order, they hide the kitchen and the napkins. You literally got a bag for the grumpy old lady there is in the back counter to give you catchup and then she’s going to ask you how many package do you want? I have no idea why they spent so much money. We doing this restaurant when the people working in this restaurant at They have no customer service skills. I guess you get what you pay for.!

    I Went through the drive through just to order a diet coke....I waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker...very rudely I was asked if I wanted to use my McDonalds app! I said no and he proceeded to ask me "what he could get me". I told him I just wanted a diet Coke...thats all... .next thing he says Is...are you paying cash?" I said no I'm using my card..."we don't take the card. I said ...you dont take the card? Very rudely was told NO...Why not I asked? No answer...I asked again why they don't take cards? I thought that was the whole idea anymore of making these transactions smooth and convenient! Use your card!! I dont carry cash...I sped off saying a few choice words and as I went back around the front of the building...one of the employees starts running out the door yelling expletives at me!!!! Very very poor management to let that happen! I will not visit the drive through at this location again...these employees need training on customer service....there was a different way for them to handle this in my opinion

    Late! Late! Late! Lobby service is very slow. It literally took them 30min to prepare 10 piece nuggets and 2 mc chicken. And the nuggets weren’t even cooked properly, oil was dripping out of it.

    Wrong order twice didn't want to go back a 3rd. Is it to put a hamburger Patty? I wanna piece of bread? How do you forget to put the hamburger on the bread? Then. You get a sandwich. Which is not what you wanted to big. Mac ended up with a quarter pounder.

    People working today were absolutely pathetic. Complaining and screaming about the lobby being open but not even greeting customers who came to the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes at the register and nobody even said hi. Sooo pathetic. For as expensive as this stuff has gotten you ne3d to learn how to provide appropriate service.

    This is the best McDonalds in the city. They are efficient and quick. Orders are accurate. The team is overall pleasant and nice. I'm not sure what this group does differently than other McDonalds, but it makes a difference.

    they claim to be opened 24 hours a day but around 1 am after a night at the bars, my friends wanted some fries and stuff and they said they were only taking doordash or uber eats and not taking any customers who go through the drive thru....they should change the hours if that's the case. Girl was super rude too and wouldn't answer any questions on when this changed or why.

    Every time I come here the lines never work smoothly they will let 5 cars order in 1 lane before they ask the next lane for there order I was 2nd in my lane and they completely emptied the other lane before they asked for my order I had people leave my lane get into the next and got served before me then I pulled up and one persons checking there phone. So if you’re on your lunch break trying to get fast food good luck.

    Placed an online order for drive thru and was given the wrong order. We didn’t realize until we got home, but called the store right away. They said they couldn’t issue a refund for the food without a receipt, but we didn’t even get one inside the bag with the wrong food. They knew the order I was calling about and read off each food item that we originally wanted. They wouldn’t take an order number from my mobile app, so the only option would be to drive all the way back and hope they honored us without the receipt they didn’t give us. What’s worse is there were only 2 other cars in line so it clearly wasn’t busy. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the next Mcdonalds if you want accurate food and decent service.

    Came here for a quick pick-up dinner and was so incredibly disappointed. We ordered a “kids 6 piece nugget, chocolate milk and apple slices”. The young lady taking our order was confused I am guessing but never asked for clarification on if we wanted a kids happy meal or just a six piece. When we noticed the review of the order was wrong, she told us that we made the mistake and only said six piece. Ok… I guess we could have said happy meal to be clearer, our bad. She then rang us up for two chocolate milks, two apple juices, when in reality we only asked for two happy meals. We paid extra for those not realizing and we’re never given them. She rang one chocolate milk up under an adult order and then charged us extra for a soda. We asked for sauces and were given none. One adult meal was a spicy chicken but they were given a deluxe chicken smothered in mayo (which we said no mayo). A large fry was ordered and I definitely got a large cup… with only a small handful of fries. One happy meal had a paper fry holder overflowing with fries, the other had the kids red cardboard and only had maybe 8 fries in it. We also had to wait 5 minutes for the erroneous chicken sandwich. Get it together McDonalds! This day an age, money definitely doesn’t grow on trees and this was a complete waste. 3+ years ago if someone complained to me about this I would have said “what do you expect with fast food” but this day and age, nah. You need to do better and actually care about your customers. Dropping $40 on fast food is bad enough, completely jacking up every meal on the order is ridiculous.

    The Employees are just down right horrible. When I was ordering in the drive thru they cut me off for about 3 minutes and when I went to the window to get my food NO SURPRISE they got the order wrong but the thing is that they had the audacity to insult and be rude to me. Talk about a lack of customer service do not come here unless if you want to be insulted and treated poorly 😠

    They are so rude, they always mess up but are always rude about it. The one day they added a extra fry we didn’t ask for which was fine but we were trying to correct it, the manager came and said that he wasn’t going to give us a refund with a rude attitude and smirk, but he ended up giving us a refund when he realized they were in the wrong.. never going back
