Best experience ever from a hotel. All hotel staff was extremely friendly. On my last day there. My daughter and my grandson who live in Garland Texas was coming to say goodbye to us before we head back to South Texas. I asked the lady upfront how much it would cost to add a breakfast for my daughter and grandson. She said no, don’t worry about it. Mr. Price will just add her as a family member. I was completely floored by her amazing generosity. I truly hope she doesn’t get in trouble for me mentioning this, but it was an incredibly nice touch.

This was my first time staying at one of these properties, and I was really impressed. Everything was very, very clean. Its a pool table in the lobby with other games, a pool with a jacuzzi.The staff was very friendly as well, I can't remember her name but the lady at the front desk who from Alabama was really friendly. The breakfast was fresh, and Walmart, Sam's club, was literally down the street. So I highly recommend staying here.

LOVED this hotel stay! The decorations are fun, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was so friendly! My favorite thing about this stay was the roomy restrooms! The whole vibe of the hotel was fun and relaxing, and I definitely can see myself coming back again!

Best experience ever!! On my husband’s most recent stay he left something in the room when he checked out. I called the front desk and West immediately went to the room to check for me. The room had already been cleaned but the housekeeper, Alma, had the item. Emily, the manager, took care of packing it up for UPS to pick up. It was a group effort from the staff and we appreciate their honesty and integrity! I great big thank you to West, Alma and Emily!!

The staff and location were good. However it didn’t say anywhere on my booking about the $75 extra for having a pet at a pet friendly hotel. I was originally told it was a deposit then later was told it was not refundable and was an add on to the cost of the room. I didn’t like the miscommunication. Also there were hairs on the sheets but we were so tired we stayed anyway and had to sleep on top of the comforter. Just some things that need to be worked on.

Great customer service. Rooms were clean as they could be. I wish the shower was cleaned a little better. Customer service and front desk people were very friendly and the housekeeping people were nice. Great location, comfy bed. Good breakfast . Overrall good stay. I came for just the night.

WE HAD THE EXPERIENCE!! Stayed here several days- all staff was SUPER friendly and helpful!! Rooms were clean, pool area was nice! Beds comfy, hotel was quiet but had relaxing vibes. Pool table downstairs is a cool touch!!

Love how modern this hotel is. The lobby is beautiful. Great continental breakfast. Love the soap & shampoo/ conditioner stations. Best part was my name on the TV welcoming me & graduation was right across the street!! 10/10

Front desk, very nice and helpful. Hotel is bright cheerful and our room was effecient but could use carpet, the floors were cold. We loved the lemon sugar soap, lotion and beach shampoo and conditioner, it smelled so good and actually seemed quality. All shelves in the bathroom seemed to be slanted or broken, nothing sat without rolling off onto the floor. Over all, it was a positive experience and we would book again.

Easy access, was able to find me a room at the last minute when all the neighboring hotels were booked. I was apprehensive about trying this hotel because I didn't recognize the name and it didn't seem "mainstream" so I was worried about "hotel" vs "motel". From the moment I went inside, it was perfectly clear this is a safe, nice, and of equal caliber to Holiday Inn Express and Hyatt Place. The female working the check-in desk in the late night was professional, sympathetic to my desperate need for a room at such a late hour in the night, and was able to get me a room AND a late check out! My room was eloquent, roomy, and warm. The bed was OUTSTANDINGLY comfortable! Thanks for the great night sleep and hospitality!

Wonderful stay. Mark was at the front desk for our stay on 8/19/23. Very helpful, friendly, and made check in a breeze. He answered all of our questions. Great employee and makes a great first impression. Inside the lobby there was a nice pool table, games to play and was well lit and inviting. Almost like a friendly family party type of vibe. Didn't get to check out the pool. Fitness center was nice and had plenty of equipment. Easy to get ice, buckets and water before heading up the elevator to the room. Also liked the handwritten notes on the dry erase board with all the advice and tips for the area. Room was nice, bed was a little firm imo. Comfortable overall. My request for ac to be turned on was fulfilled and it felt amazing walking into a cool room on arrival. Tv was pretty big. Having a welcome (insert your name here) on the screen was a nice little touch. The only gripe was youtube didn't work and i wish the guide showed the live tv preview while searching. Minor gripes. Bathroom was clean, bright and spacious. I really enjoyed the shower and the water pressure. However, the thing i may have enjoyed the most was the body wash, shampoo and hand soap. Goodness, im used to simple bar soap, but this stuff smelled great, vibrant and refreshing. Invigorating and wish they sold it because i would have purchased it on my way out. The location was perfect. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and is by a walmart, target etc in case you forget something. Breakfast was solid and standard hotel fare. I appreciated the sausage links, toast, eggs. Oooh and they had chocolate milk and plenty of different cereals. My only gripes were minor things like the tv stuff, pillows (kinda flat), smallerish game and lobby area, carpet was installed a little wonky in the hallways, a few lumps on our ceiling (room 429), and the color scheme was kinda weird. But those are nitpicky gripes and with me really looking. Overall the room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was friendly throughout the stay, especially Mark. Well done, and we will be back when we decide to do another staycation.

stayed with my bf for a sate night twice and wanted to watch netflix or youtube. Both times we have came we click on it and it kicks us out saying it doesn’t work. Then the blinds were all broken so we couldnt even lift it up to open the blinds and window. We stayed on the 19th this month & we were woken up to a loud fire alarm. And we were so scared we went running down hallway. Then we overheard a cleaning lady tell another man “ oh its something burning in kitchen downstairs it happens often” like what ? We were so scared and noone even came to help or tell us we needed to get out. It went on for 15 min before they turned it off. Not a good stay , would like to try again another time at discount or something

Tru by hilton truly added more to our visit. It’s a very cozy and quiet hotel that has attentive staff comprehensive breakfast and above all clean and hygienic rooms. We spent time @ the pool table area that was a great way to pass quality time and reconnect with family and friends. The gym is 24 hours coffee flowing and the location is close to a very well equipped promenade that has target to Walmart to restaurants. All in all it was a great 6 day experience. No complaints at all and I would definitely recommend for singles and families to give this place a shot. Thanks Tru team for making our experience memorable. Regards

Easily the worst room I’ve ever got. Eveything is falling apart. Tv is broken. Room smells like a man’s cologne. Pupil hair in the shower. Fire alarm went off for no reason. Tiles are falling off the bathroom walls. The entire hotel has hard floors which is a tell tale sign of a motel. This is not a Hilton this is the hiltons “micro hotel” chain and it is the absolute worst. I’d spend $15 and go to the Hyatt

Location is convenient to places you want to go are near by. Service is very fast and friendly. Rooms are always clean upon arrival.
