The place has an amazing and great view of the city skyline. Good experience of dining while being revolved around, speed was not that slow nor that fast. Nice ambience and environment. The rooftop bar is a nice place to hangout and have some drinks, very windy and cool. Toilet is located one floor below, need to take stairs to go. Service by the staffs were quite good, they were really attentive and helpful. For the buffet, the foods are so-so, not much variety, doesn’t match the price you pay for it.

The revolving restaurant is a awesome place to have ur romantic & memorable dates. But the buffet price is quite costly. Giving 4 star for over price/ less items on the buffet. Since the buffet is not worth 88rm per head (excluding tax). The restaurant and the bar is worth for instagram

There's barely any choice of food. The food is so miserably tasted. But their dessert is nice and fruits are fresh. I only ate 1 mouth, I don't want to continue eating already. We came at 630pm, there's nobody in the restaurant, we have to shout to find a crew to service us. Until 730pm, there's also merely few tables seated. The food, service and the ambience don't worth the money. Think twice if you are coming here.

My recent visit to the revolving restaurant at the Bayview Hotel in Penang was an overwhelming disappointment. The experience was a series of letdowns, from décor to dining. The décor was a glaring issue. It seemed as though the interior was furnished with whatever was on clearance at a discount shop. The resulting ambiance was cheap and tacky, not helped by the disorienting revolving feature and poorly thought-out lighting. The food was mediocre at best, failing to capture the essence of Penang's rich culinary heritage. Instead, the menu featured uninspired, bland dishes that seemed chosen more for their cost-effectiveness than any culinary merit. To add insult to injury, the pricing was outrageous. They charged 50 RM for a glass of juice, which felt like daylight robbery. The combination of subpar offerings and exorbitant prices made the entire experience feel like a waste, both of time and money. In conclusion, the revolving restaurant at the Bayview Hotel is a dismal affair. It's not just that it failed to meet basic expectations; it's that it seemed to make no real effort to provide a worthwhile dining experience. The novelty of its revolving feature is lost amidst the glaring faults in every other aspect.

Definitely worth for the breathtaking view. The restaurant revolves at 360 degree per hour. Selection of foods are not much but I would recommend the food as it’s quality and authentic taste. Prefect place for dinner date and gatherings 💯

I was there on 13/5/2022. The restaurant may offered great view however, It was a bad experienced for me with 16 pax of family members. The Noyna buffet spread was not impressive and most of dishes do not belong Noyna cuisine. The dishes tasted normal and nothing to shout about. But the price to pay for it was extremely insignificant. The management did not take good control of wearing mask during pick up the foods from display counter although they issued plastic glove and demand people to put on mask. There were group of customers gathered at the food area talking without put on mark and probably gush of droplets were spread all over the display foods. We stop our eating after that immediately and left the restaurant quickly. Never return for sure.

Went to the sky bar. Come enjoy the view at the sky bar by walking in, take pics, and leave. No need to order any drinks. That’s what most people do here. I came here with the intent to stay and order a drink though but because I had a soda water in my hand while making a round to decide on seats the server hounds me with attitude saying no outside drinks while the throngs of tourist from all across the world enjoys the view without any hassle from the server at all. They all leave without ever even looking at the menu lol. Learn from them and come enjoy the view then leave. Also avoid the house wine. Worst wine ever. They will serve you wine that has been opened for far too long to be enjoyed as wine. All the staff has piss poor attitude and service. Not worth spending any money here, but the view is nice.

We had dinner here. They serve buffet for 88 rm per person. The view is amazing, it spins 360 degree around and you can see the whole George town from the top. Food was served authentic Malaysian and they had very good desserts. Service quick and helpful.

From special event, hang out, romantic dinner, party to Sunset soirée w/ spectacular view; here’s a very recommended spot in Penang. Try its creative n pretty drinks and good food at the Bar outdoor or inside revolving area. We always have good time here. Sky Bar has it all! It just reopened after FMCO.

Serve in buffet style and halal; this restaurant is open for dinner only. This restaurant is also suitable for celebrations of a special occasions such as birthdays and anniversary. No plan for buffet dinner? It is an excellent place to have drinks with friends, overlooking the sunset, and a fantastic view of George Town and music by an in-house DJ. Experience George's town view from the rooftop bar. My personal choice is rooftop bar for chilll with friends

Good food, the revolving experience is quite obvious if you are sitting by the window. The view is beautiful ❤️ I will recommend them to offer at least water for people who arrived before 1830. I was there early and they literally didn't give us water, and we had to order extras (which is fine). It is noisy, hardly a "romantic" place (in my opinion), and I'll recommend going here for events and gatherings.

Lovely open air rooftop bar with un-obstucted view over the sea. Nice cocktails and good service. Didn't try the revolving restaurant. Note, the rooftop bar is east-facing, so you cannot see the sun go down, but the sky at sunset can be amazing.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary. A surprise one ofcourse. The food is a good spread. It had a variety of choices. It was a good experience as 2 pax promo was RM 325++ ( i think) which is $100 SGD for 2. For the experience & view, i would say, its worth it. Rather than paying a couple of RM to go to the highest tower of penang for a couple of minutes to "sight see"

Song not uptodate, service ok ok. Chill lepak drinks here if rain means no luck. Repeat? Of course! There’s not much rooftop bar around here. Ambiance is good windy 🌬 rooftop kan hahaha. Price is normal bar but finger food price can’t relate hahaha. Make sure u eat full before come.

Rm110 person? NOT WORTH IT! The selection of food is just a hawker stall type! Service is okay for me. the food section need to be improvise. The drink selection is limited as well only plain water is served. Overall i just enjoyed the view.

I went there and enjoy the view. Its spectacular to see the beautiful penang island, however for the food it is definitely a dissapointment. Honestly you guys need to improvise on this issue as i can see numbers of reviews saying the same too. Its surely overpriced for the serving foods provided. In conclusion i can get that kind of foods even in roadside stall. I was expecting a more common "hotel serving" food. Might be my second and last visit if this is how the food variety is. Last but not least please take a serious action on your customer opinions.

Would not recommend coming here. This place has definitely seen its best days many years ago. I could have posted pics of the view from the rooftop terrace (which admittedly is fine), but the entire place has that feeling of being poorly maintained and lacking good taste. So the picture of the carpeted stairs and the signage actual represents the vibe of this place better. The staff is polite and attentive. I’d advise against having a meal or ordering cocktails here. Stick to bottled or canned drinks, at least you will know what to expect.

Great experience, the staff were polite and the view was great. Food was mainly Asian food, nonya cuisine if I was correct. They also have an outdoor bar which you could access to. Food was okay and it was definitely a nice place to dine in for family, friends and couples.

The 360 Revolving Restaurant and Rooftop bar in the heart of Georgetown offers remarkable views of Penang (Island and Mainland). The drinks are overpriced and otherwise unremarkable, but because there's no cover charge, guests are ultimately paying for the magical view, which, for a 1-time experience, is worth it.

My family and I went for dinner today. The buffet spread is good and the taste is so delicious. Great ambience and price is reasonable. Highly recommended for family gatherings, friends gatherings or company gatherings. Go check it out and you will know what i mean.

Atmosphere is mediocre, but charging RM88++ per pax for ordinary malaysian food does not value at all. Overpriced beverage. Bad experience, definitely wont recommend

Such a lovely restaurant with some beautiful views. The food was top notch delicious and the service was on point and very friendly.

Great views of Penang from the bar area. Restaurant starts rotating at 7pm and gives you a 360 view with a full rotation in an hour. Food was authentic local cuisine - enjoyed it very much! Service was attentive and excellent. Would go back again.

It was indeed a wonderful experience for my family. The price is reasonable despite it was 1st day of Chinese New Year. Service was excellent just like 5 stars treatment where the staff will counter check on our satisfaction. The scenery was beautiful as we witness the Penang town sunset while enjoying our meal. The hotel have many varieties of local food better than 1 of the 5 stars hotel in Batu Ferringgi where they charged more expensive with very minimum choices. If you are looking a romantic place to bring your loved one, I would recommend this place. No doubt they are not 5 stars hotel, but they are better than those 5 stars. This year is my 2nd year dining here and we will be coming back next year with my siblings family. I will rate the food and service 5 stars.

I celebrated my husband's birthday here. The decoration was very nice and we were given slice cake and the staff sang birthday song. We really enjoyed. There very varieties of food and really delicious. Staffs very were good and very good service. Environment was very nice, very peaceful and romantic place too.. Thank you for a very good service and decorations.

Buffet dinner there was great experience. Can see Georgetown night view from different direction. They served Penang local dishes. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The environment was great but the cleanliness should be more concern by the restaurant. I experienced diarrhea after the dinner. And a week later, my friends also suffered same conditions after had buffet at the restaurant. So, I don't think this was coincidence.

Nice environment, good service

Nice place and had dinner there 2 nights ago. The food is nice. The server ( forget the name) and the Manager, Mr Azlan very friendly. Highlights to them that I was given wrong info of the Closing time at nite. Stay at Bayview Hotel and 3 days ago had business meeting and did ask the Front Office Staff on the operation time of Threesixty and been told open at 4 till 8pm. Last call at 7.30pm. Possible the staff wrongly inform me on Room Service but the Management of 360 should double check if right info was given to Hotel guest. 👌.

Wow! What an incredible experience! One of the best things I’ve done in Georgetown, Penang! Stunning views over the city, Butterworth, the sea and to the mountains. The revolving restaurant means that all the view is shared evenly throughout the dinner. The buffet selection was excellent. Such a huge variety and every dish was delicious! Take a moment to enjoy a cocktail or beer on the 360 degree bar! I wish to thank the great staff for their attention and service. I highly recommend the Three Sixty Revolving Restaurant! 10 out of 10.

Food is Malaysian fare, not upscale but good quality and taste. Beef rendang was inedibly tough - overcooked. You're paying for the view, which is,... ok. Outdoor Bar is good.

Ambience is nice, skyline and decorations with lights, it's amazing 🤩😍.weather complimented all of it , pleasant winds. we sat in open for Alacarte, weather was mesmerizing. And best part is the 🎵 music, it really sets the time..photos and all are really Instagramable.only sad part is maintanance of washrooms..it was the worst

Limited option of foods. Certain drinks, like juice need separate charges. The only thing nice is the 360 view. There are many other good buffets in Penang. Overall, I do not think this is worth it.

I already visited this place twice .One for my sister birthday and the reason one I booked for my brother and sister in law 10th anniversary.Its all worth and they really enjoyed the romantic dining.I booked couples package,my brother and his better half had a good time with fantastic view. In terms of food there is a lot of variety and the environment is so classy .One should definitely try it.Once in a while we always can treat our self to the best and this place highly recommended for that.
