Close to Island Hospital only 600m Walk.

Everything is new and shiny. Great restaurant next door. Toilet upstairs is tricky to get out of. There was a problem with my booking and I got downgraded - refund offered which is good. Stairs are positively terrifying unless you are half mountain goat. Location was out of whack on Google maps - edit submitted. Will return here if I'm in Georgetown again.

+kind owner auntie putting up with our request (even got extra blanket) +clean +near market and hawkers and hospital +has a lot of bus pass through +good value of money -stay here for two three days, first room was so cramped we have to step on bed to go to toilet. Change room and got a lot better one but is a shared bathroom.

KF Guesthouse is situated just out of George Town, a UNESCO Heritage area which is a short cycle from the property. It is also a 2 minute walk to the Thai and Burmese Buddhist Temples from the Guesthouse. The staff were so lovely, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay for me. When a loud child stayed in the room next door, the staff made sure the room was vacant the following night for me. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, and the restaurant next door serves delicious, affordable food. Recommend to all!

Their rooms amd toilets are very clean. With washing machine and water dispenser (much appreciated). Good value for money. Centraly located at Pulau Tikus, George Town and about 10 mins walk to Gurney drive & Paragon Mall. Friendly and helpful staffs. I had a very good experience. 👍😁👍

Room were very new, bright and clean. Staff were so nice as well. Great value for money

nice owners but rundown. found a much better place with my own bathroom, shower and window for almost the same price

Place not bad, near lot of food area just self timing.

The laundry is good.I only come here for laundry.
