It's a place to eat more average Japanese cuisine, but their food quality is dropping drastically. Things aren't fresh, which is the worst problem in Japanese cuisine. Though their prices are competitive but I'll rather pay more to get better quality food. It's a place that i used to visit often especially during work hours, but now i seldom go anymore.

It's good and the foods are delicious. A little on the pricey side but so is every sushi place. Service is nice. No complains.

Salmon teriyaki that does not look or taste like it. Generally quality lvl drop from my last experience eating at a sushi king. Unlikely to visit again.

Order udon noodle via grab 11/7/2023 afternoon. But there’s no soup. Only udon noodle. Call them at the same day but no one pick up.

First time dine in here and not gonna lie it was not a pleasant experienced as the staffs quite rushing for closing (it was 9pm at that time). But the foods still tastes good when serving, kudos to that.

Menu smaller size now. I ordered the chicken katsu curry with rice and the chicken came drizzled with sweet and spicy sauce. The sauce is nice but the whole point of ordering the dish is to enjoy the chicken, rice, and the Japanese curry and not the chicken with the sauce drizzled on it. That sauce can be over powering so management need to look into it to improvise the taste. Ordered a fried soft shell crab with ebi prawn and the basket that it came with was rather big and everything else that came with it were rather small. Using a smaller plate would at least not make it look so small. The fried gyoza that was ordered cos Rm6+ and got only 3 pieces. Expected, maybe 4-5 for fried gyoza, honestly. The sushi on the sushi belt feels like there's lack of quality control over it. The salmon sushi can definitely feel overpriced. Two small cube of it on Rm6.96 plate, it feels more like a Rm5.80 price range. There's also sushi plate with only one piece of sushi? The service is not bad actually. Quite fast. Only problem is when we tried to call for the bill, the iPad came off with an error icon, then it refreshed to a new menu and all our info were gone. Later only the server came and gave us our bill after he counted the sushi plate. It'll be great if there's a pop up telling the customer that "server have been notified and they will be here shortly" so that customer won't have to keep on trying to call for bill and kept on getting the error icon.

Ventilation was not so good. Can smell the kitchen. Very warm. Certain food items need much improvement.

Thank you for the good environment and services. Been here for the first time, there is something I'd like to complain about is the food serving quality, 1) The salmon sashimi is not in fresh or in good condition, it's like a fish meat that has been defrosted for some long time. 2) We can clearly see the hair in the rice. 3) Tase and portion size are smaller and not as good as any other sushi king restaurant

Food is standard. Parking is overpriced in E-gate compound. Park outside if you can. Sushi King currently using apps for their member to collect point and whatnots, downloadable from apps store. However, here the mobile signal is very fluctuating. Feel like there are Faraday cage zones in Sushi King. Once, the manager hv to give me access to his access point so I can use my ID and collect point. Most of time our group will need to restart the app or restart the phone entirely. Hope they can provide free wifi for customers soon. Overall, staff is very good and helpful. Mostly very pleasant. Ambiance is good. Cleanliness of the tables need to be paid attention to though. Also wish some menus can be put back in the list like softshell crabs and salmon skins.

Nice and not pack at all. But if you plan to pay with card or e wallet, the line in that area are quite bad, so do prepare with cash.

😠 I reached at around 2:30pm and still need to queue till 3:00 pm. Disappointed with the food because the deep fried fish roe and fish are hard rather than crispy. The gravy is also so so only.

👍 Queue seemed quite long when we arrived around 2.30 pm but we only waited about 20 minutes. I think they should have more signage to tell customers what to do so the process can be easier. There was only one waiter upstairs in the seating area so it was quite difficult to get his attention. Food is...
