Unfortunately,
didn't
have
the
best
time
here.
5
star
for
the
facilities
but
3/4
star
for
the
service.
With
that,
with
the
price
you
are
paying,
it
is
not
worth
the
money.
For
the
service,
you
would
get
the
same
service
from
a
3
or
4
star
hotel
but
only
pay
half
of
the
price.
Don't
get
me
wrong,
the
staff
are
friendly.
However,
I
noticed
a
few
little
things
that
you
didn't
get
here,
but
you
would
usually
get
in
other
Shangri-la
hotels
or
other
5
star
hotel.
For
example,
when
we
stepped
into
the
hotel
lobby
on
our
first
day,
no
one
greeted
us
near
the
entrance
and
showed
us
where
to
check-in.
Also,
every
time
we
entered
the
lobby,
no
one
smiled
and
or
said
hi/good
morning,
for
example.
You
would
expect
these
little
things
from
a
5
star
hotel.
Moreover,
the
management
in
Pinang
Bar
seems
to
be
lacking.
A
staff
member
said
that
we
forgot
to
pay
for
our
dinner
the
night
before,
when
we
actually
did.
We
had
to
show
them
our
bank
transaction
and
receipt.
Lastly,
there
were
two
lifts
-
but
one
of
them
was
broken
for
a
few
days.
For
the
facilities,
the
swimming
pool
area
is
very
clean
and
the
pool
itself
is
massive.
The
gym
is
excellent
as
well,
with
many
machines
and
weights.
