Ordered Dry Wantan Mee for RM14+, loving the BBQ chicken flavour. And of course, nothing could go wrong with their signature ice chocolate drink, RM9.9. Service was fast, food served just within +/- 10 minutes.

very rude and impudent staff. i ordered a self pickup booking from grab which was supposed to be ready at 1.37pm. the food was only ready at 1.47pm but no staff cared to wrap my food that was ready. i asked some staff about my order but no one wanted to entertain and gave the excuse they were all busy. even though there were some staff who were able to do so because wrapping my food only took 10 seconds. Engage the manager but I was scolded for saying I really had to wait because they didn't care about the time set by the grab to take the order. i tried to explain but the manager kept talking rudely by saying he didn’t care about my problem or my waiting. "You want to take the order please take it, if you don't want I don't care". this word came from the manager named SUJIT !! this is a picture I took (since he want to be famous and trying to justify that he is not at fault by taking my picture) when he threatened to report me because I didn’t agree to wait longer than I should or entertain his busyness. not the first time it happened. the worst restaurant service I've ever been to. To the management, please educate your staff to talk politely to customers and please improve the services la...see other reviews about how late they do the serving even there are not many customers inside the premise.

One of the reknowned and famous Old Town White Coffee joints. The steamed Ginger Chicken Rice was fragrant, tasty and deliciously made. The spongy noodle was NOT so flavorful or tasty... the noodle is NOT infused with the soup flavor. Great and delicious chocolate drinks. Good place to have lunch or dinner with family, friends, colleagues and relatives.

Kena scam already. Nasi lemak with ayam goreng hangit, not crispy chicken😏 Salty sambal bilis. Unreasonable price compare with the food. Last time we ate here was ok, but day by day become worst. Jika terus begini oldtown pun boleh bungkus. We ask cultery from the malay girl (boyish appearance) staff but her respond was rude. Jika tidak sihat atau stress better do not go to work. Thank you.

tell the oldtown, thankyou for cancel my order. and left me starving in my lunch time at work. i really apreciate it and hope the others not have same problem by not buying from oldtown. Why you cancel my order? why cant you just cancel it? Shame on you, its your fault. its your sistem error, and you cancel my order just like that. even didnt give any compensation by giving voucher or else. im very disappointed. i order and already pay it for 10 am. and going to work skipping my breakfast. hope will eat some nice treat at lunch time, but you ruin my day. i hope i didnt passed out during worktime.

nothing much to comment. I am still expecting the higher standard of food serving. I can only see the foreign workers are working around. The food is so so. I was thinking the food mustq be impressive. disspointed.

Good service by the staff, we missed out 1 meal during ordering and we only found out after 15 mins and reorder another one. The staff has helped us the slot in the order so that we can eat together.

Environment ok. Food taste is normal but the price is consider expensive. The promotion menu is not suitable for alone customer. Either you go in pair or you don't pay a visit. However white coffee taste is still decent.

Very bad service. The foreign worker speaks rudely, and acts as if he owns the restaurant. The supervisor is present, but she has surprisingly ignored her employees' bad behaviour. Upon serving the food and drinks, the items are simply placed on the side of our table. That is, if we wanted to eat, we would take ourselves and place them in front of us. Will not return, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

They need to improve their service time and efficiency especially during lunch time on weekends. We had to wait around 35-40 minutes for our food and drinks to arrive. Our observation as there might be lack of manpower and we hope that the management can add manpower in this outlet. Other than this, the food are okay and parking space quite limited.

Useless place better in Maju Utama Bukit Mertajam...bad service with unprofessional staff blaming customer for plug not functioning..very bad maintanence..rude response to customer...

Located at the corner lot of the bayan baru shop lots. The food here are quite nice and good. The white coffee is good. The staffs and service here are quite standard. Sometimes it can be stuffy and warm inside especially when its full house and sometimes they close the upper floor area, which is more nicer to sit and more airy and less stuffy.

I came here 5pm evening on Friday(9/12/22). Looks like foreigners(Bangladesh) are handling everything including cooking. Where's the local cook? Very poor handling food by the foreign workers.. Worst franchise. Avoid at all cost.

Second time eating in Old Town after a nice experience in Old Town Ipoh. Food and the white coffee is nice, but the waitress/manager seems annoyed. Also the air con is not very functioning inside.

Oldtown White Coffee has always been my go-to place/food. This branch in Bayan Baru is spacious, the food is good and the customer service is great. However the aircond haven’t been fixed for quite sometime now. There are 5 airconds but all not functioning. It is so hot in there,not only me sweating but the staffs faces are sweating too. If only the owner can repair the airconds, the place would be even more better. Please be considerate to your customer and staffs, and do the needful

Quality of food presentation is loww. Their food preparations looks bad now..not standard. The taste of food is standard and tasty as always. Kids food was way better last time...they changed their kids menu but I believe their franchise selected it..They need to change it! No more milo ice cream. I ordered kaya butter toast, it was not up to my expectation. It look like I made it myself at home.

What makes the best of this outlet is because of the short hair Malay lady (she's probably the manager) Customer Service is very good. Food wise is okay but when we were treated like old friend, the warmth welcome makes the ambience more amazing. She should get promoted to better post.

This is my second time going there. The first time when we order nasi lemak, they literally gave us like 1 teaspoon sambal and said they will charge us if we wanted more.. This time I ordered curry mee and it was so horrible.. There was no coconut milk added to the curry and it tasted so bad. I’ve eaten old town’s curry mee and it used to be so delicious. The wan tan me was also very bad.

Just another branch of old town. A bit slow for serving time, around 30 minutes while restaurant is not even fully seated. Air con not fully function, a bit warm. Food is not bad, price a bit at high side. Old town white coffee is what they are famous for.
