Ice-cream is delicious. Recommended to ice-cream lover. Suitable for those like snap photos to post on sosial media. If the front of cafe parking lots is full, you can park your car at New World Park, then walk to Urban Artisan Cafe take about 5 minutes to reach this cafe.

Nothing much to say lah, boring with nasi kandar at penang, should try this fantastic and delicious ice cream 🍦 lor.. The presentation and decorations of the ice cream make you wanna eat it.

Unique ice-creams available. For orders with waffle, might need to wait for 15-20 mins after ordering, since there are a lot of orders. Coned ice-creams don't need to wait as it can be served immediately after ordering. No dine in.

Their ice-cream is ICY not creamy, Pricey given the texture and flavor. No dine in even though quite spacious, take your ice-cream out for sunbath so that it turns into a drink and enjoy your ice-cream two ways.

Heard so much abt this ice cream and thought of having a go at the Waffle version but have to wait for 30 mins.. Hence we went for the Cup and Cone version. They are not doing any dine in yet. Perhaps not enough staff. Anyways, ice cream was good.. If you want to get a good taste of each flavor best not take the mix ones. Just a single flavor to get the best of it. Njoy.. 😍😍😍😎😎

Stopped to cool down on a hot day as we hunted for coffee. It seems that freshly churn their ice creams and it's a soft serve so tried it. Cute place with a tall staircase against brick walls. Benches to sit and some retro art that gave it some character. We got the sea salt caramel and it was a quite vibrant greenish turquoise colour. We got it in a cup to reduce the carb 😄. Taste wise was quite one dimensional and way too sweet. Some ice crystals in the ice cream which really detracted from the texture. We ended up abandoning more than half the ice cream, so needless to say, we won't be coming back.

I would highly recommend this to everyone... Everything is good in the ice cream, it’s really tasty and also affordable. One of my favourite desserts is strawberry cream is really good.

Seats for less than 20-pax at a single go. Everybody just buy the ice creams to eat, and zero interaction. This is a ROBOT CAFE for cyborg … not humans. Highly won’t go back again.

The food is nicely presented. It is worth the hype. But, price wise it is quite pricy. Can try once in a while. The seating is quite limited.

Dining environment: Clean. Retro interior decoration. The place has some small round tables and benches to enjoy your food. Customer service: Passive. Food taste: Tried their 'Mixed Berry bubble waffle'. Fresh ingredients combined with some nice ice cream, but lacking the wow factor for me to classify it as “delicious”. Price: Expensive, perhaps more than what I personally would deem acceptable pricing. Definitely can find more affordable options than this store.

Really cute place to grab a coffee. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere very enjoyable. There is a good temperature inside, the plenty of small tables

The ice cream selections are so good and you can pick any mix that you want. However, they always changing their flavour every week, the good side is, you always have a chance to taste something new or something refreshing, the downside is if you have your own favourite flavour, it depends on your luck either they have it or you gonna try something new. In the image attached, is the vanilla and biscoff flavour, personally I indulge every moment I eat it and the taste is something new and refreshing for me. Location wise, it is walking distance from Komtar, I would recommend you walk to the place rather using car or motorcycle as the traffic is quite busy and it’s quite hard for you to find a good parking spot as in the location is near to a food court, locals and tourist also love to go to the food court area, therefore it will be a challenge for you to find a parking spot especially during dinner time or peak hours. I would recommend you to buy the ice cream cone rather than the cup, it is because personally for me, the ice cream in the cone tasted better and you can eat the cone as well to satisfy your cravings towards sweet things.

Taste good ice cream & waffle, not too sweet, limited seat inside the cafe. Quite difficult to find street parking in this area but there hv paid parking space near new world park and within 150m walking distance to this cafe

Bubble waffle, waffle is cold and soft, probably made it hours ago, the amount of strawberry was questionable, I mean you can’t go wrong with Nutella, overall it was too expensive RM28 I think for something so simple, and the cold waffles.

Their ice cream and waffles are way too normal. Given the price, they are below average. Matcha Waffle ice cream: nothing to brag about. The matcha ice cream does not taste like matcha. There is one cafe shop near them (cafe chemistry) that serves better matcha waffle Salted sea and cheese cake mixed Ice cream: sea salt is too salty. Beside that, there is no flavourful taste. Cheese cake is way too ( no cheese cake flavour at all). Only creamy texture. Their service is good. That is a plus. Other than that, I do not think there is any special about that beside taking Instagramable photo

Indeed the signature sea salt ice cream is worth to try. Just the blue sea salt one.. the sea salt caramel in the cup was just so so.

While the ice cream and place are super 'Instagrammable', the actual taste is just okay. The yam one was good but the chocolate soft-serve was mediocre at best. We had to wait for the waffle for a bit so we expected it to be fresh and warm and crunchy, but instead I bit into a room-temperature and deflated waffle. It was pretty disappointing. I usually don't give ratings below 3 for places that are okay. But the service wasn't great. It's not a big deal that our server wasn't smiling at all because we're all wearing masks anyway. But she didn't say a word to us when she took our order and gave us our ice cream. When she wanted to pass through where other people were standing, she just stood there and stared at them until they moved - this is my main reason for the low rating.

Sweet tooth of the day! Love the flavour and vibes. A bit pricey but stil worthy! I try their recommended menu, biscoff bubble waffle & strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Is just tht it is hard to find parking around the shop. But stil, you know lah how penang right?

Ice cream is ice cream. But this ice cream is definitely off the charts. Out of the world. It's creamy and can literally taste it's flavour without feeling dull by its frozen feature. No dine option at the moment but worth it on the go.

The Urban Artisan now focuses on soft serves and ice cream only - no more dine in/food & drink options like before. Nevertheless, the ice cream is pretty tasty. Will try the bubble waffles next time!

Good food and nice staff..portion seems to be different from before cmco..but still okay..can't dine it so no place to eat..if you have sweet tooth this place is for you..

The taste is too artificial and melt quickly... worst when you cannot dine inside. Staff is friendly though, but for the price you pay you obviously have a lot of better choice around.

It’s a hype ice cream cafe & the taste is so good! The staff also nice. Recommend you guys to try the passion fruit ice cream.

Bought the waffle but it’s just so so. The telur smells quite strong so it may be quite overwhelming for those who don’t like it. The blueberry and strawberry aren’t that bad. I think it’s just instagrammable but it is not that soooo good. First time nak try okay la but I won’t buy the second time. Maybe can try their ice cream next time
