Good portion of meat, u can choose from pork, beef, fish or chicken depending on the type of burger chosen, u can add on fries or salad too with free refill drinks from soda to ice lemon tea. Free flow drinks only for an hour. No problem on the sauce. Clean and not noisy. The burgers take few minutes to be prepared.

The burger is delicious They are many unique flavours that i would definitely try them on my next visit. Price is consider quite reasonable If you order set, the drinks are refillable And there are many choices of drinks. If you don't like soft drinks, there is tea as well such as green tea and peach tea. Nice Restaurant is clean and spacious Staffs are friendly.

A non-halal fast food restaurant located at LG floor, directly below the entrance, right in front of the escalator. Price is as expected from a fast food place. It is spacious & clean. They have quite unique choices of burgers and it comes with a variety of side dishes. The burgers I had were okay, the best way I can describe it.. very porky. They only had 2 staffs working when I was there. Overall, worth a try.

Burgers are delicious, fries are good, onion rings good, tacos also good! My only complaint is that they close too early, they should follow mall’s closing hours! People are still walking in at 830pm - 845pm and they only allow take away at that time. Take away won’t be nice cos the tacos and fries will get soggy.

Gone down the drain! We used to order by Grab all the time during the pandemic. Today’s a Saturday afternoon and we were in Paragon. We came into the restaurant and ordered a burger, some fried chicken and tried the taco. The Taco came out with FROZEN cheese. I took it back to the kitchen and they gave it back to me 2 minutes later when the cheese didn’t have ice on it anymore BUT it was STILL COLD. At this point, I told the cashier I did not want the taco and would like to change it for something else. I was told this is not possible, they can only make a new one. The new one came out as per pictured! This is very poor service and don’t make tacos if you don’t know how to do it! I have always enjoyed your burgers but this has been beyond poor!

Last visited August 2022. Panko pork patty filled with chicken loaf and lava cheese RM14.99. Side of skin-on fries with house-made dips RM6.99. Complimentary shareable, free flowing soft or still drinks with any side orders. They made excellent burger combos. Mine came with a hearty, thick and juicy patty in between charcoal sesame buns. I was addicted to the skin-on fries with the salsa dip.

Classic cheese burger with juicy patty. Pork patty cooked perfectly, fat & lean meat ratio are balanced. Fries are cripsy too, best dip with their spicy sauce or honey mustard. They have promo on Tuesday which buy a set and free 1 burger. Super worthy. Service a lil slow, maybe because their burger are freshly cook, but definitely worth the wait!

Indulged in a succulent journey at the burger haven, relishing the juicy pork burger that was an explosion of flavor. However, the experience was marred by lackluster staff energy, leaving a taste of disappointment in the air.

The burger is actually nice here. Flavorful patty and not reliant on much sauce to highlight the flavor of the meat. Dipping sauce given was not bad either. Price is reasonable as well. Only problem is probably not enough staff when I went so most tables weren't cleared yet. Only while eating you see the staff clearing tables. Will come back to try other burgers too.

This would probably sound weird but this is one of the best food I had in my recent trip to Penang! Their tender and juicy pork patties, variety of sauces, and free flow drinks makes it one of my favorite stops to visit when I look for food here.

Shared the carnitas taco, spicy chicken Korean burger and mushroom pork burger between 2 people. I must say that the food quality is amazing for the price. Highly recommend the carnitas and spicy chicken Korean burger. The fries are very good as well.

Been coming here for years and the taste is still the same. The menu has been extended to include tacos, chicken wings, keto options, sandwiches and coffee choices. There is even a photo area to take an upside down photo of a table with burgers. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very patient with some elderly customers. The addition of Fold Taco and Flow Coffee and Toast adds a lot to the choices. The grilled cheese is very filling for what initially looked like a small sized snack.

I ordered the shabu shabu burger. The beef patty was dry af. The mayo sauce was good though. The size of burger is what I prefer, not too big and not too saucy. The beef patty texture was like mince meat, falling apart.

Came here for a late lunch. The kimchi burger was nice. The only thing that needs improvement is the lack of staff. I've waited for the drink for much longer than the burger because the waitress was busy making online orders. But she was really friendly and kept apologizing and served my drink to me right to the table when I'm supposed to pick up at the counter by myself. The situation is understandable tho. The iced orange americano is a new try for me - imagine bitter coffee and sour orange mixed together. 😆

On a work trip to Penang, I noticed this place in Gurney Paragon and saw that their menu seemed interesting. I decided to try their original Flip Burger with pork as the choice of meat and the bacon cheese fries. Suffice to say I was very impressed! The patty in the burger was succulent and not dry at all. All the ingredients used were fresh and gave it that crunch in every bite. The bacon cheese fries were absolutely delicious! There was a nice balance of cheese and sauce in the fries that didn't make it soggy. If you're in Penang and feeling like fast food, this would be one to try!

Flipping awesome burger! It is situated at B1, Gurney Paragon. Towards the direction of Guardian. I ordered a shabu shabu kyarameru burger. Tender juicy pork patty. Caramel sauce. Soft charcoal buns. Free flow of drinks. Thick crunchy golden fries. All for RM23, a hearty meal for lunch!

Burgers are quite nice and there were many varieties. The sweet potato tasted crisp and fresh. For a Friday evening dinner, seems like they only have few eat-in customers. Then again the mall is also relatively quiet. Hopefully Grab order is able to sustain. Overall decent burgers and value

I would rate 0 if there's 0 star selection. We order and waited nearly an hour. We order first but the customer who order after us got their meal. The service was so bad. We asked the service crew and at last the service crew told us that there's some problem with the system. The second time I asked and they give an excuses that chicken need more time too cooked. It was a terrible experience ☺️

Not happy with my Mexican burger ..2nd try not as good as first try ..Order taker has bad attitude.. ignore my request for more guacamole..I paid for extra onions . Didn't see it on the burger..

Flip burger chicken was ok. Big portion. Comes with bacon strips. Price range of burgers is similar to other burger joints in the market. Order via QR scan, and pay first at counter if you choose by cash. Food will only be cooked after payment. Self-collect food when it's ready upon the bell rings.

Burger size is quite thick. The pork patty is juicy. However their japanese wafu salad is just a normal salad with lettuce and tomatoes along with a sour & spicy sauce. Just a bit expensive for the burger which cost rm20++

A clean and decent place. Nice ambience. Today's visit totally expected and feel bad. MCO ~ no dining. Used to be very packed. Anyway the pork burger still as good. Attendant very friendly.

Their burgers are delicious, juicy and filling but I'd like to apologise to the cashier. On two occasions, I met this same cashier manning the counter. She takes orders in a "please hurry up" manner. Was probably bad timing on my part as she was very engaged in a conversation with her colleague and I had interrupted.

Pork burgers are great. They know how to prepare a decent burger that's not overcooked. and dry which is hard to do with pork. There's no other reason to be there as it's a very austere place.
