From
the
moment
we
walked
in
to
order
our
take
away
pizza
until
we
left
the
entire
experience
was
a
nightmare.
Unfortunately
we
encountered
an
extremely
rude
staff
member
by
the
name
of
Angel
who
blatantly
told
me
"keep
your
mouth
shut!".
She
said
this
after
I
questioned
why
we
have
waited
an
hour
for
our
pizza.
There
were
only
3
take
away
orders
and
dine
in
was
closed.
I
could
see
the
restaurant
had
5
staff
members
on
duty.
We
ordered
before
3
other
people
and
we
patiently
waited
for
our
pizza
that
never
got
made
so
we
simply
questioned
why
it
was
taking
so
long.
Staff
member
ANGEL
said
it
was
a
"system
error"
however
another
staff
member
which
I
won't
name
told
us
the
truth
and
said
it
had
not
been
put
through.
I
told
Angel
it
sounds
like
the
error
was
a
human
error
and
she
screamed
at
the
top
of
her
voice
"why
don't
you
just
shut
your
mouth!"
We
were
horrified
with
her
aggressive
behaviour
and
spoke
with
the
night
manager
so
we
could
get
our
money
back.
While
he
was
organising
the
refund
we
could
all
hear
Angel
screaming
and
yelling
in
the
kitchen.
She
was
speaking
in
Malay.
I
told
the
night
manager
we
would
receive
the
pizza
free
back
home
and
he
said
"this
is
Malaysia
we
dont
do
that".
I
was
happy
to
leave
the
store
as
fast
as
possible
because
Angel
was
still
yelling
extremely
loud
to
the
staff
members.
One
staff
member
looked
very
intimidated
by
her
and
apologised
for
her
behaviour.
As
we
left
the
store
Angel
came
out
directing
a
strange
hand
gesture
to
me.
She
used
her
index
and
middle
fingers.
I
suggest
management
look
at
the
CCTV
footage
regarding
this
staff
member.
Her
behaviour
was
extremely
concerning.
I
think
Pizza
Hut
Georgetown
should
reconsider
hiring
such
staff
members
as
Angel
holds
no
customer
service
skills.
In
all
my
years
of
dining
I
have
never
encountered
such
rude
behaviour.
Angel's
conduct
is
unacceptable
and
unprofessional.
I
suggest
Angel
changes
her
name
to
Demon.
She
is
a
living
hell
on
earth!
