There were very few people in here when we ate there, and we know why. Nevertheless doesn’t being there with very few people mean getting a fast service. We waited for almost 45min (!) to get our DRINKS, without straws. Since it wasn’t possible to consume them without, we asked for straws twice for which we had to wait another 10minutes (no joke). Then, when our Meals finally were served, the pasta was cold. Not just ‘not really warm’, but cold as in right from the freezer. We don’t know what happened there that night, but we hope PizzaHut will look into it. We really do.

⛔⛔On Thursday 25-8-2022 at 9:00 I came to the restaurant and the cashier was and I think he is the restaurant supervisor a little darker. Very bad dealing. He told us at the beginning of our entry there is nothing. What do you want we will close the shop? I told him that there is more than an hour and a half left to close, then he agreed and he was angry and said only one order and after the order I told him I want pizza with cheese tips. He said I can't modify your order and I tried with him and got angry And he went inside. And when the request came, he said, “Come out, we will close, and we sat in the heat, eating, and we sat for about an hour, and it did not close. I hope that the management of Pizza Hut in Malaysia will hold him accountable because he distorts the reputation of Pizza Hut all over the world. What I saw in Pizza Hut Malaysia is because of this person⛔⛔

Poor service at night! Train your staff Pizza Hut perangi. You ate giving this reputable chain a bad name! Manager and staff dont want to take orders after 8.30. They try tell you to go elswhere. They might be over workerd and dont wish to work past 8.30. They want to clean up and sit down. Very poor service. We had to leave . They lost business by 8 pizzas from us. Not my problem. This place needs to close down

From the moment we walked in to order our take away pizza until we left the entire experience was a nightmare. Unfortunately we encountered an extremely rude staff member by the name of Angel who blatantly told me "keep your mouth shut!". She said this after I questioned why we have waited an hour for our pizza. There were only 3 take away orders and dine in was closed. I could see the restaurant had 5 staff members on duty. We ordered before 3 other people and we patiently waited for our pizza that never got made so we simply questioned why it was taking so long. Staff member ANGEL said it was a "system error" however another staff member which I won't name told us the truth and said it had not been put through. I told Angel it sounds like the error was a human error and she screamed at the top of her voice "why don't you just shut your mouth!" We were horrified with her aggressive behaviour and spoke with the night manager so we could get our money back. While he was organising the refund we could all hear Angel screaming and yelling in the kitchen. She was speaking in Malay. I told the night manager we would receive the pizza free back home and he said "this is Malaysia we dont do that". I was happy to leave the store as fast as possible because Angel was still yelling extremely loud to the staff members. One staff member looked very intimidated by her and apologised for her behaviour. As we left the store Angel came out directing a strange hand gesture to me. She used her index and middle fingers. I suggest management look at the CCTV footage regarding this staff member. Her behaviour was extremely concerning. I think Pizza Hut Georgetown should reconsider hiring such staff members as Angel holds no customer service skills. In all my years of dining I have never encountered such rude behaviour. Angel's conduct is unacceptable and unprofessional. I suggest Angel changes her name to Demon. She is a living hell on earth!

This is the worst experience ever at pizza hut.... We order the pizza so that we can eat at our break time but we been waiting from 2.30 until 6 and we also been contact them end complaint about this for 2 times and there's no response or improvement! At last we decided to cancel and tell what happened and that person just said okey she will cancel the order without even said sorry! Really DISAPPOINTED with PIZZA HUT! Hope the management will take action and improve this things.... You guys shouldn't get even 1 star from me!

I went for dinner yesterday with my boyfriend and it’s by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We ordered Aglio Olio because it’s vegetarian. The Aglio Olio didn’t even look appetising. Nevertheless, the pasta tastes so dry and rubbery. Damn the toppings were so little and tastes bland. I’ve had better Aglio Oglio pasta and this was horrible. Very much disappointed of the food here! Pizza Hut please do something to improvise your food standards.

If I could, it would be no star. Firstly, there are many staffs but many were hiding in the kitchen some 5-6. Ending up no waiters serving. One of them saw my wave and yet not respond. Secondly, my orders were not processed properly. Ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon twist and a mushroom soup. They have left out the soup. Then after 20 mins only then the drink was served and one pizza some 5 mins later. At one hour mark my second pizza and the cinnamon twist have not even been prepared.. Appaling!! 😡😡😡 I was told to wait for another 15 mins. Finally, I have not dine in at any Pizza Hut outlet for the past 8 years. For my wife before her delivery in 2 days, wanted to have a mini celebratory dinner which turned into disaster. I am still waiting for my second pizza and cinnamon twist at point of writing. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Firstly service totally out, especially shift manager ... I order "pasta" set ,chicken rice set and pizza set...but "pasta" totally no teste..whole leg chicken not enought cook...I complaint this issue to them..and her return back that chicken, but still not cook...seriusly??chicken totally cannot eat..that food and your service we pay,but this I have from pizza hut pringin mall??I disappointed eat here....this first and last...

Very rude staff. I heard a lady staff yelling to staff and customers. I ask if customer ok when she left the store tonight and she said a staff by name of Angel is the one screaming. I told her to call police because many people outside were scared and could hear the girl staff yelling like crazy lady. I never eat there but only fair to put review for bad staff service. Poor customers were scared when they came out of restaurant. I never hear anyone yell like this staff before.

Worst late not in time at all... have to wait half an hour. Pizza hut at 1st avenue much more better quick

Zero service staff !!! I told them that I did not want the glass cups and I wanted plastic. They told me that there is no. So I said give me glasses for take-out because the drinks are hot! They said no. And the girl told her the table is not clean, can someone clean it? She passed the towel on the edges of the table and went? I could swear the towel didn't touch the table. No one forced you to work. If you do not want to work and provide a service, it is better to stay at home!!!

Hi,good evening,just now we went to eat at pizza hut to celebrate my friend birthday.And we find out that your staff is not friendly at all !!!you know we asked the guy to teach us how to use our phone to order and HE didn't teach us and scolding us.We are not familiar yet to use handphone to order.THE STAFF should teach us first.YOUR STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND SUMBONG!!!I think you noticed also that now a days less people eating ...

I have ordered through the website since 2.30pm and till 6pm I still don't get my order and when I call the management team said will update to me but till the 3nd there's no any single update...we have called them 3 times but at the end they just say the same thing..that they will update us in 10min... really disappointed with kinda service...i hope it be improved and take immediate action on this issue....tq

Luckily I didn’t read the reviews before deciding to eat here. I cannot recall when was my last time dining in at a pizza hut outlet. This outlet have clean floors. When we arrived, there was no table with empty plates. A staff suggested tables for us to sit. We were a bit lost on how to order. Waited around 5-7mins, and a staff came with a receipt and informed us that we need to scan the QR code on the receipt to place our order. When ordering, a staff came to assist on how to check out our orders. Food & drinks are served within 10 mins of placing the order. Pizza is delicious compared to last few years, especially now they have hand tossed crust. Satisfied!

The aircond was not functioning. Waiting time was very long. Was served the 1 side dish and drinks only after 40mins of waiting.

Not enough stuff so the manager cooks at the kitchen but the pizza was super delicious! Crispy crust, complete topping almost to perfection.

You have to scan a code to order. Then you have to give them your email. You then get "served" by poorly trained staff who cannot even say hello. Why anyone would eat here is beyond me. We won't be back.

Better accept the by menu book as prepared, once I went there to celebrate my kid birthday and try to make and order, I can't. Because need to do by online order once sit inside pizza hut restaurant. I only used button phone🤷‍♂️

We were lucky to get in just before they have problem with the system.Others who came after us cannot dine-in any more.Prefer booklet menu than QR Scan method.
