Not the first time here & will repeat coming here for their delicious icecreams and waffles. Cozy environment & staff also very friendly. Recommended waffle would be Nutella waffle & their best icecream flavor are Valrhona Choc & Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake. The new flavor icecream which is Taro icecream also tastes good.

𝐘𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐲 & 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐲 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 The ice cream is creamy. I especially love halzenut flavor because it has many nuts inside 🤤. The mints & chocolate flavor is good too. I should try other flavors next time ^^ Because I don’t like waffle so I don’t offer. If you are a fan of waffle, you definitely must try it !!!

Went here to redeem voucher of a free scoop of ice cream. Many flavour that are unusual from normal ice cream shop. I asked the staff for recommendations as it was hard to choose for a first-time. The girl patiently introduced me some popular flavours and even give me free testing. The ice cream is rich in flavour.

Love the waffle and ice cream here. The waffle is not super dense. It's airy and fluffy. Making it the perfect combo with ice cream. They have a variety of ice cream flavors for you to choose from as well.

Try the waffle, it is not too hard and not too soft, best in between. Ice cream flavour is good and have many flavour that other shop doesn’t offer, not too sweet or taste like artificially. Note: A bit pricy and premium flavour have extra charger which I wish they don’t.

Just another Insipe Scoop branch in Queensbay Mall. Love their ice cream, consistent through branch. They have seasonal and unique ice cream flavor such as black forest, durian, coconut and etc. Their chocolate would be their best seller. They also have few types of ice cream cake to choose from!

Waffle and ice cream is good. Place is clean and comfortable. A bit pricey though. Service is decent. Can sign up for free membership to get 10% discount.

Love their 4pcs mooncake especially Durian and Pistachio Raspberry,Rocher Yuzu Lemon also nice..They have 2types of mooncake,1snow skin like mochi and 1 chocolate coated..it gave us more variety..

Worth to buy!!! I love inside scope ice cream because it tastes different from other ice cream I've ever eaten. 02/11/2022 1700 Extremely bad service from the staff!! Very impolite and no patience at all! First, the cashier staff do not know how to serve customer properly. The way she speak was indeed very rude. Second, I just ask for their assist to clean the table for us, and yet she can stare at customer and said “ wait”. Be ready to face all this if you’re plan to visit this shop.

I'm very happy with the service. I called the shop to place an order for a same day pick up. Yaznie attended to me and was very quick with her response, extremely polite and was very detailed in reconfirming my order. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Your staffs made my day yesterday evening. We were there around 730pm celebrating my husband's birthday. They were friendly and all smiles. While ordering, the string of my mask snapped. So I asked your staff if I could borrow a stapler. He was so kind and gave me a new mask instead. I did not expect that at all. That was the hilight of that evening for me, where your customer service deserve 5 stars. Of coz the ice cream was delicious.

Love the simple and cosy atmosphere. Limited seats and small corner but doesn't effect the ice cream taste! Yummy!

Newly opened. INSIDE SCOOP finally landed in Penang. Ordered the Banana waffle and salted egg York waffle. Awesome. Super friendly staff and service. They have many varieties. All equally tempting. Yummy yummy. Thanks for the super creation. Outlet is bright and vibrant filled with satisfied customers.

Love the ice cream. Been here more than 3 times, were served with different staffs, they are all very helpful, friendly & kind. The cappuccino tasted like Starbucks’ latte.
