Went there yesterday. Yummy authentic Cantonese fare in Penang. Good food very reasonable price. Two thumbs up😊😊

A chu-char restaurant that has been around for many years. The taste is very traditional and delectable. In particular is the fried beef hor fun... full of wok hei. Most of the menu offerings are good with the exception of a fancy dish — prawns with whole salted egg yolks, too rich and prawns not exactly fresh, could have been prepared beforehand and frozen... Overall, highly recommended as a place to enjoy the old taste of Penang.

Food was good, Service was good, Price were reasonable. I went at 5.30pm to avoid the crowd. Recommended if you are looking for some home-cooked food for dinner. I will definitely come back again.

Awesome find! The signature pork ribs and cereal mantis shrimp were really good. And really cheap! And the owners were really nice and patient. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

Although the presentation was alright, the portion was small and the taste was just average. As seen in the picture, that was a four person portion. The portion was more for 2 people... The price was around RM 20 per person which would be acceptable if it wasn't that all four were hungry again right after.

Our all time favourite. They serve comfort home, like hving meal at home. Once a while, we miss coming back "home" for a meal. My husband's favourite is fish soup and fried rice. We are fans of cantonese taste hence we ordered different dishes everytime but never miss the fish soup

Hong tu mian just normal. Noodle itself was almost tasteless. Broth also no interesting. 2 stars Char horfun also nothing special compare to few famous char horfun stall nearby. Taste wise here below average. 2 stars

Consider one of the chinese Traditional shop in Penang. Food wise not bad, but old shop don't expect it tip top in terms of condition...

The yam basket was nice but a bit dry. Pork rib was yummy too but when we made another trip and ordered the pork rib rice set for 1 person portion, the taste was rather different and not as yummy.

Had a fine dinner experience here. Their homemade BBQ sauce pork rice is amazing. Sweet and tender pork meat paired with sunny side up and stir fried vegie, I love it. Good service, humble and friendly lady owner. Big portion and affordable price rate. Highly recommended.
