Editing my previous review and taking the 5 stars away after a bad experience today. We went for a late night bite, ordered the usual from the menu we know, while another couple arrived and ordered after us. Upon paying we were charged twice of what the other couple paid although we ordered the same and a new menu (tourists menu apparently) was introduced to us and we paid more than double of what the local couples paid. This is a shame. We were upset and told the guys working there that they shouldn't scam tourists with menus and charge them based on other menus. Never again.

I ordered extra cheese which cost RM6 extra for the burgers and the cheese were not added. Plus he charged RM0.20 extra for the overal payment. I wasted my RM6.20. If this is what I got for trusting this shop, I will never go back to the shop again. Bad experience 👎

The best burger in town. Tried their fried chicken burger and beef burger. The fried chicken and beef burger are so juicy. Can’t remember the individual price. Fried chicken burger special and double beef burger special cost RM18 in total.

This burger stall has been in business circa year 2000 and serves good burgers. Not ur typical Ramly meat patties. Even the burger buns in Penang are way better then the ones you get elsewhere. Buns here are square shaped. Their must try burger, lamb. Do try their kebabs as well. Friendly food operator.

Worst ever burger I have eaten so far. Ordered chicken burger with cheese and this is what I get. A random burger stall will provide with a decent burger I guess.

Their burgers are really good. Big portions, taste worth the price. They sell nasi lemak too beside the shop. Big portions as well. It was about RM 8 it can be considered expensive but as a tourism spot it is actually quite cheap. Owners are friendly and nice to customers. Be prepared for a long queue 😂👍🏾

This is introduced by a local friend of mine. I have tried a few Penang street burgers, and this one is definitely one of the best, after the one opposite Bing Hwa School. Would really love to try their fried chicken burger.

One of the best burgers we had. Tried the double beef, double crispy chicken and shawarma (something like tortilla wrap) lamb. All really tasty and fair price. Fries were also exceptionally good and surprisingly white colored because they are probably changing oil frequently. The taste was like when you make them at home, not like the usual dark yellow ones that smells on bad, old oil. We'll definitely come again👍

With over 20 years of experience, Old Trafford Burger stands as a legend in the Penang Burger scene. I had to wait for over 20 minutes just for my burger. There was a long queue of customers just waiting for a munch. I ordered the chicken burger, and the battered chicken was fried to crispy perfection. It is worth the experience.

Their chicken burger was very good, the stall's name though not so much.

Came here after being told I couldn't sit and eat my wrap at Vegan Falafel Penang without ordering a drink. Should have tried here first, friendly staff, great prices and very tasty Lamb Shawarma. Avoid the rude staff at Falafel Penang and sit and enjoy a burger or Shawarma...... Recommended

One of the best Shawarmas I ever had. I stayed in George Town for 4 nights and everyday I had chicken shawarma. It’s so fresh and delicious. Also heard that they are in business for decades. A must try if you want to enjoy a tasty burger or shawarma.

While Man U might disappoint their fans at times, Old Trafford Burger definitely did not. I became sort of a regular after trying the beef shawarma with melted cheese, after a night out and subsequently coming back every night (for the past 3 nights) as a supper point. The must try would be the crispy chicken burger - Generous size of patty and lots of condiments. Both the chicken and beef shawarma are to die for as well, if you're not looking for something too heavy.

Very nice n excellent made Ramly Burger. This stall has been around for 20+ years and now manned by this very nice Indian Giant. Heard that his beef patties are all home made and very tender and taste differently as well. 1 of my fav to go to Ramly Stalls in Penang, opens till 3+ am as well. Perfect supper for those who are having a 🍺🍻 nearby.

If I could give 27 stars I would. I don’t know what he does to the chicken but it’s bloody amazing! I’m yet to find a chicken burger I love so much (and I’ve travelled and eaten a lot of chicken burgers!). Whenever I’m in penang, I ensure that I stop by here. (Many times). Situated just off love lane, it’s a bit of a classic to finish up a night out here. Old Trafford burger… it’s a bit of an institution here in penang. It’s got to be done :)

Too long a wait for the ramly burger. Had the chicken burger cheese at 9.90 RM, waited for 30 mins. Taste of the burger is proper.

Place for something available to eat at late hours at Lovelane/Chulia Street, at odd hours. Burger is quality is average l and okay to eat. Takes around 20mins+. Attitude of the Owner seems bit odd. Nevertheless it's place for quick bites, nothing so special about it. Penang being food heaven I rate this 2.5.

Burger was not hot at all. Order 2 burger and it done in less than 5 minutes. Very bad. Chicken is pre-fried wayy ahead of time and just warm up on the grill for 1 min. The inside was still cold. Never coming back.

I mean the burger is really good but you have you wait for 30 minutes for 1 burger! And there's no chair neither anything.. so just stand , walk back and forth to wait for that one burger .

Shawarma taste good. Big portion can sharing 2 persons. Heavy supper with melted cheese.

The burgers are simply delicious. Do keep in mind that it gets very busy late in the evening and trying to get your order in is very hectic as everybody just skips in front of you. We ended up waiting around 20min for 2 burgers but they were so delicious it was worth it.

This is the worst burger at Penang. Don't even try it. Nothing good about this. Bread is very dry, vegetables are not fresh, don't even talk about the horrible chicken. The chicken doesn't look fresh, only taste salty, nothing else. We have it a bite to try, and left it. Worst experience ever.

Delicious late night burger. Especially tasty after some drinks in the area. There was only one option left when we ordered, but still worth queuing about 10mins.
