If you are lucky enough to get fresh food then its actually good (thats if you get the right order) Time and time again drive through orders are wrong or items missing. Last two orders have been done in branch, both with mistakes, and met with attitude when the mistakes are pointed out.

Would never review a fast food place cos it is what it is but the wee guy with the specks was so rude. They had nothing and he acted as if we were the reason why no fizzy juice on tap no hot drinks no corn. Instead of getting my order of juice I wanted, he put his head in his hands and started to moan to another member of staff cos it was another thing we wanted they didn't have. Honestly charged £1.80 for a cup of warm 7up from a bottle that was sitting on the counter.

Food not great - dry, very small portions & over priced.....promised myself years ago never to go back but stupidly I did &, once again, wasted my money. Female member of staff was an absolute disgrace - there was an error on her part but instead of apologising, she started shouting. Will definitely not be back & especially to Darnley!!

Bad, won't be back. The food was great, but the service was appalling. The staff were run off their feet dealing with drive through and delivery orders, so the customers in the restaurant were absolutely neglected. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting to talk to someone about a very small omission in my order and ended up having to wave my arms to get attention. The bins are full, there are no napkins and if you want cutlery, you're a dreamer. Nobody was nasty or mean, they were just obviously prioritising different aspects of service and appeared to be short staffed and under trained. I think they'd do better if they didn't offer dine in because it really felt like they didn't care about those of us sat eating right in front of them.

Absolutely sick of getting the wrong order at the drive through and then when you open it it's dried up and just off cold. You need to up your game if you want to stay in business. Chips were disgusting, dry and cold, fillet burger was a little less cold but dry and tough. Wings were hot and good. Oh and the cappuccino machine is never working. This place used to be reliably good but has been shocking last few times. Cannot wait for Popeyes to open so I can get decent takeaway hot food. Overall appalling and won't be back.

This Brunch is absolutes waste of place and let me tell you about the staff, it sounds the staff never had a proper training to serve customers, have no manners neither respects it is like “My way or the highway “in this place with its staff. I’m even started telling you about taking the orders. They have no patience with customer and they don’t even listen properly to the order over the drive through. The order always has to have something missing, unfortunately there isn’t another branch of KFS to go to but this branch as local. Tonight I went for a quick drive through and again ended up getting off the car and asking for missing bits yet when I got home I realised the most important thing was missing which is the drippings and just before that I had to get off and ask for the beans side order. While was waiting saw another customer was having the same problem, what does that tell you. who is the owner of this branch cuz needs to see what is happing with his/her business. Owner you need to wake up and do something !!!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Turned up to buy my son a kfc as he’s in hospital and I wanted to treat him. First night they closed 20 early and wouldn’t let me in. Next night there wasn’t anyone at the drive through speaker done when I drove round to the window there was no one serving even though they were all standing about pretending not to see or hear me.tapped the window and they looked over then continued to ignore me again. I went to park and we in and asked why they did that to be told they had a problem in the kitchen and the kitchen had to shut down this was 9 o’clock at night My. Very last kfc at Darnley went to the one in Linwood instead where they couldn’t have more helpfull. Shocking Darnley

Not been for years and me and the misses went when we got some vouchers. Sorry food was all cold and the portion sizes are really small now ,she didnt eat hers and we just went to macdonalds . Im not surprised mcds are busy and kfc is dead , time yo get ur act together or just shut down

I ordered large fillet meal x 2. Firstly there was no breast meat in any of the two meals I ordered and was given a lame excuse by one of the employees, I explained to her that my order was for breast chicken only 4 peaces in each order ,she explained that this is the only chicken available , (3 drum sticks , 1 wing ) and these portions were the same price and I wasn't charged extra.! Bad explained and wasn't happy with food ,employees, and the whole experience, the cost was over £ 25 and if anyone from KFC wish to check my claims just contact me directly. Order number 2038 .and to anyone looking for good food ! Avoid KFC Darnley.

Food was hot and fresh, place was clean looks new inside. Staff were friendly, all in a great experience.

have ordered here for quite a while and I never get a complete order, there always seems to be something missing. when I try and call about this they don't bother answering and uber eats say that they are unable to do anything about it. if I could this place 0 stars I would :(

Visited Glasgow Darnley KFC this afternoon with my son. Ordered 2 box meals with fries and soft drink and 1 ice cream. Was not impressed. No Co2 in fizzy drinks machine as the dispensed drinks from the drinks machine were flat. Staff then filled 2 cups from 2 ltr plastic bottles. The ordered ice cream was non existent, told by uninterested employee that ice cream machine was out of order. They then proceeded to get order wrong and charged me for the ice cream. Chicken was under lights too long, texture dry and hard to eat. The chips were soft and mushy too. Place was deserted as well..... We won't be back

Turned up tonight with my son to get food and a wee freebie he had built up on his app by buying numerous meals, first bad experience was when I went over to the counter to ask how my son went about getting his free item however as I stood for about 5 minutes while a heavy set woman and another woman with a foreign accent stood and spoke to someone in what looked like an office at the end of the counter made eye contact but never once ask if they could help me or tell me they wouldn't be long, so at that point I walked back to my son at the table and we both tried to work out what we needed to know, then we both approached the counter to be approached by a young girl with blonde hair and glasses who was very polite and clean who tried to help with our request, eventually we put our order in, while waiting for our order this young boy starts walking round to the front counter from the back fryers, on his way round he rubbed his nose all the way up the sleeve of his top, then touches his nose with his fingers then lifts his cap and runs his fingers through his head and hair, then starts to put an order together and puts it in a bag so I said to the young blonde girl if that is my order I am not accepting it and she asked why so I told her then she told the heavy set woman who started to rant about the reason she didn't serve me was because she was busy however this was in a rude manner until I interrupted her and told her that it was nothing to do with her not speaking to me or serving me and told her about what I just witnessed the boy doing so she said I never saw him do that and guess what? No apology in any way shape or form, so got my newly made order which I hope was made by someone hygienically proud and left, sorry for the long story folks but to cut it short then avoid kfc nitshill road at all cost, as far as hygiene goes I would be surprised if most of the staff in that place could spell it never mind follow hygiene. ?(Avoid Avoid Avoid)
