Giving 1 star for the food because there's no 0. We chose to eat here after a 3 hour bus journey and paid £31 for a disgusting lunch. Chicken was lukewarm if that, burger had more mayonnaise than anything else, chips were stone cold and the Pepsi drinks were flat and not even cold. The only reason I didn't complain to the staff was because we had no time to mess about with having to be at a hospital appointment. The only girl serving the food and taking orders barely made eye contact and conversation with customers. Asked to use the disabled toilet then was told I couldn't as it was "filthy" by the attendant. Caught a glimpse as she went in and the toilet was disgusting. Made it upstairs to the toilets where 1 cubicle out of 4 was just about useable. Being disabled, I had no choice. These toilets were also dirty and judging by the bins, they hadn't been emptied at the close of business the previous evening. Found all these issues hard to understand at 11.45am just before lunchtime, where there were plenty of staff in the food preparation area and 2 cleaners on the floor. Surely the cleanliness and temperature of food should be on point at that time which is widely considered as lunchtime in a busy city centre. We will not be back here again and strongly recommend the staff get their acts together before someone reports them to the relevant authorities.

I hesitate to even give it one star, my chip had potato root still attached to it, my popcorn was half filled up, the entire thing was cold, they carelessly flung the chips into the meal box. It was a disaster.

Dreadful experience. Worst KFC I have been too. Team member was arrogant. When I got my food I got measly sized chicken. Told the staff member and they couldn’t care less. Wanted to speak to a manager but I think he was. Lots of people out of the job I’m sure someone else would appreciate the job. Should have spent my money elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did .

Chips were stone cold so was concerned and cut chicken in half and found it was pink. Went straight up to the counter showing them the raw chicken and was told it was just the colour of the sauce. Repeated 3 times that the chicken was undercooked and both members of staff kept saying it was just the sauce. Was hoping they would agree it was undercooked and offer to make me some fresh food but they kept arguing that it was not undercooked. Asked for a refund and staff were furious and very aggressive and banging on the til as they were giving me a refund. Shocking behaviour.

Doesn’t deserve one star but i have to use one to be able to actually give a review. This is my first time in glasgow. thought i’d treat myself to a kfc. when the order came half of it was missing. a good £15 off my order missing. I rang the store for help and i have never spoke to a more arrogant and useless, short tempered team member. The verbal abuse i got was disgraceful! He said he couldn’t help me with my order because i physically couldn’t get to the restaurant which is why i ordered delivery with me being so far away. He continued to be rude when i was simply asking for help n then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again if i come back here and i recommend no one else does either unless you want to deal with such horrible customer service!

I love the downstairs because you really get to be alone and enjoy the music that is played over the radio. Would recommend going downstairs in this kfc to anyone in Glasgow

Ordered £35.00 worth of food, app didn't update itself and was half an hour later than the time, called the restaurant and the cheek that came from the man's mouth was unbelievable. I asked if our order had been prepared and sent on its way yet as the app said the courier was at the restaurant waiting, to which he said more than 5 times that "they don't deal with the drivers". At no point did I ask about the drivers. Stay clear, customer service is abismal and no high standards set whatsoever, only there for the drunks during the weekends partying🤬🤬🤬🤬

Food was good and tasted relatively fresh. Wasn’t busy at all, only us and a couple other customers. Only 1 of the 3 ordering machines was working, but the main problem was the toilets. Pretty disgusting and smelly, looked like they hadnt been touched in days if not weeks. No soap in any of the dispensers, went up and let the girl know and asked if she could please replace the soap, she said something I didn’t quite catch but then asked whats wrong with the soap. I again said there is none in the mens toilets, to which she said she would “let someone know”. Around 10 mins later went down to the toilet, still no soap. My girlfriend said the ladies toilets were disgusting also
