Very nice place. The food was quite good. I had the beef tagliatelle and the burrata with tomato starter. The starter was fresh and lovely. Mains was good too. And service was also quite good. All in all, happy with the whole package.

Great pizza and pasta with great selection of Italian wines. I tried Carmenere, Costa Vera - Central Valley, Chile Red Wine. It matched beautifully with pasta in tomato paste.

Used to work here as a cocktail waitress. Been here as a customer many times since. Loveliest Italian restaurant in Glasgow, for sure. Given the food and the ambience, it's surprisingly affordable. Have tried pretty much everything on the menu. Their sauces are unmatched. Italian food recommended over all the other things in their menu.

Absolutely delicious food for all 5 of our 16th birthday party! Lovely, attentive service, no rushing or bothering us during our meal. They presented my daughter's birthday cake whilst singing to her. It was a magical visit! We cannot wait to return!

First visit. Not the most attractive exterior but once inside, you will immediately forget that.Inside is a welcoming, comfortable, old trattoria style feel with nice intimate booths perfect for friendly conversation while dining. No blaring loud music here. In the bar area there is acoustic live music at weekends. The staff are very efficient, friendly and attentive. The real jewel is the food. Typically italian, as it should be. Excellent presentation and quality and tastes as good as it looks. We enjoyed various starters don't miss Potato and Chorizo hotpot which was very tasty. We then had Pizza Salami, chicken escalope Milanese and pasta arrabiata with garlic bread. All delicious Portions are generous, so no dessert. Just coffee to finish off an excellent dining experience. Special two course menu for £12.95 is available on weekdays 12- 4pm.

Booked the private room for a smallish wedding 40+ guests. Nuncio, Anna, and every single one of the staff made it so easy for us. They could not do enough. Real old style Italian hospitality. The food as usual was excellent. Always 5 stars. I would recommend this Mediterraneo in a heartbeat for everything from a simple romantic meal to a small conference in the private area. Thank you everyone for making a special occasion very special. ❤️

Dropped in for a quick drink in the bar area. The keyboard was set up and ready to go! Drinks were good and service was friendly and swift. Can't wait to try more of the champers!

Phenomenal, went if for my sisters 16th and every member of staff made her feel welcome. Food was to die for. Took in our own cake and they sliced it put some sauce and cream on the side. Could not fault it at all

Very Italian,even staff,good menu,average wine list;one caviat not sure veal was but battered pork fillet,not thin enough. It's busy best book, especially Saturdays.Prosecco Queens, about, it's the cackling I can't stand; I would ban all such naff behaviour!

Attended today with my daughter and my 90 year old father , my dad suddenly felt unwell heading into restaurant as his sugar levels dropped , I can’t honestly thank the waiters enough for their help , they came over right away with a snack for him , which help tremendously,,, and also the food as usual was fantastic, I would highly recommend this brilliant restaurant 😘

Food below par today.Been goin here for years Will not return . Felt as if they were using up kitchen supplies.Pate was very large portion but was not fresh .Husbands minestrone had no pasta in it , more like tomatoes soup.Linguini had no flavour, no sauce with smallest mussels I ve ever eaten. Minestrone soup tasteless. Also feel small draught cokes at £3 per small glass (full of ice) a bit too pricey.

Went on Saturday. Cannot fault the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating so for service it was lovely. Glasgow was busy and we were a walk in. No details for Covid taken nor social distancing measures in place. Most staff were masks though. We got our starter before any drinks. The food was not good. We ordered chef's specials.. beef and porcini mushrooms tagliatelle and beef stroganoff. Beef in it was succulent enough in both but there was no flavour to tagliatelle at all and struggled to find a mushroom and pasta was overcooked. Seemed like the dish was reheated. The stroganoff was strong with mustard and nothing else. I just don't think the chef is very good I'm afraid. I didn't have the heart to send back because I think thats how both dishes were meant to taste which isn't good. One bland and one just mustard. Also waiting staff busy. Ordered an espresso martini at the end and was sickly sweet but they changed it no problem and we were all nice about it. The pizzas looked nicer though so maybe be okay for that. I'm being generous with the 3 star but that's because of service not food.

Absolutely amazing. Had family visiting from Canada and as we entered were greeted by 3 Italians. " We have a round table in the window for you which is the royal box." Great chat and banter. Very authentic, brilliant service, food was outstanding and so reasonably priced. Had a great meal. Definitely returning.

Me and my partner went in for a quick lunch as we had to catch a bus after, customer service was quick and extremely friendly and inviting, our drinks and food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, I highly recommend this place would come again on a day out, we payed 31 pound for two pints of cola, pizza and a lasagna prices very fair in my opinion

The staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing or constantly hovering. The service was reasonably quick but not lacking in attention to detail. The food was good - full of flavour and texture,it certainly wasn't bland. I was pleased with the prices and I was happy to leave a tip on top of the service charge, as it was a Sunday afternoon it was always going to be a little quiet but all in all a pleasant place to eat and drink.

Food was disgusting . I ordered the chef special which was pasta with beef , it came out a watery mess. It was like they had used a tub of bisto gravy for the sauce. My husband got pasta with sausage , however the dish had so much salt it was hard to eat . Service was ok , but slow on bringing drinks .

Amazing food and service. I wanted a Margherita and it wasn't on the menu - the staff was super friendly to custom make one for me! I absolutely loved their veggie pizza and had a great time here. Would definitely recommend when in Glasgow!

Food was good but I can't help but feel this place used to be a lot classier. It's fairly pricey and rather dull looking inside.

Although I didn't like that much of Glasgow, I have great memories of Mediterraneo Ristorante. What a great food and excellent team. In fact, we came back every day to eat and have a nice chat with their nice employees. Definatly we'll be back to Glasgow just to eat over there again. I strongly recommend thei beef strogonoff and coconut cheesecake. Absolutely perfect.

Went here for food on the 24th July after lockdown and the food was tasty. Staff are really helpful and friendly too. Ordered from here on Uber Eats too during lockdown and they have some greats deals too during the week.

Lovely place for a great night, food brilliant, staff very atentative, great to challenge the bar staff to make cocktails. The prices more than reasonable, all round you will have a great night out. Highly recommended

Wonderful service - they were very accommodating to our large party. The carbonara wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was alright. Everyone else seemed very happy with their meal. The half chicken looked and tasted amazing!

I booked a table to celebrate my 6oth birthday. There where 13 of us very loud ladies. We had a ball. The food was fantastic. The entertainment was super and the staff couldn't do enough for us. 10 of the people hadn't been before but all said they would be back. A great day/evening was had by all. Incredible service, beautiful food. Staff and management are very helpful and cheerful. Couldn't ask for anything better. Could be a little more costly for some, but it's definitely worth the prices you pay for the quality and portion sizes of the meals. Love this place always. Fresh and well prepared food!!

Amazing service - I was totally pleased with our servers and I dare you to rebut! The food was good, had haggis hash brown and chicken goujon with peppercorn sauce on the 13.95 menu. Would recommend both; however, please note the beef gravy in the starter is super rich! Everything else was just right! Covid measures in place are sound and we were made to feel welcome. 10/10 would come again!

Beautiful food. Service was outstanding. We went with 2 small (and very loud) kids, and all the staff that passed made a fuss over them. More so the girl that served us. She was lovely and offered to baby sit if we came back 😂. Will definitely go back!
