    As a group of staff and 20 children we missed our connection to Largs by seconds. As the next train was not for almost an hour we descend upon Burger King. The staff were so helpful in particular Jennifer. Once children were served they all received paper and crayons to keep them occupied whilst we waited. Thanks from ARK Out of School Care

    One thing I noticed during my recent visit to Burger King was the absence of a dustbin, which unfortunately led to some litter scattered around the seating area. Adding a dustbin would have been a simple and effective solution to avoid this issue. Having a designated place to dispose of trash is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and preventing litter. It would have provided customers with a convenient and easily accessible option to discard their waste, ensuring a tidy and pleasant dining environment for everyone. Moreover, a strategically placed dustbin would have encouraged customers to properly dispose of their trash, reducing the likelihood of litter ending up on the tables or the floor. It would have been a practical addition that aligns with Burger King's commitment to customer satisfaction and a clean dining experience. While the absence of a dustbin was a minor inconvenience, it is worth noting that the staff did their best to promptly clean up any litter that accumulated. Their efforts were commendable, but having a dustbin in place would have prevented the need for constant maintenance. In conclusion, the addition of a dustbin at Burger King would have been a wise choice to avoid litter and maintain a cleaner environment. I hope that in the future, Burger King considers implementing this simple solution to enhance the dining experience and further demonstrate their dedication to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

    Was in on Saturday morning and was served by the lovely Michelle who was accomadating. Made a horrible journey a lot more pleasant. Will definitely be going to this burger king again.

    Thank you so much to Jennifer and the team today. I had a little accident with my tray, which resulted in all my food scattered across the floor. They were very quick to check if I was ok, and re-made my order. Super friendly, and all smiles with a bit of banter thrown in even after the ridiculous amount of mess I had made. 🤣 Food was spot on also. Super tasty. Thank you again guys!

    this burger king has pigeons who work there they do a good by eating the left over food that is scattered around the concourse they don't wear name badges so you're just have to wait until they come to you're table to eat the scraps.

    New burger king just before Gordon street Glasgow,city center. Absolutely spotless,group of five of us at teatime on a wet Sunday. Served promptly,got the order absolutely spot on. Cheerful, pleasant staff. Perfect in everything.

    Absolutely disgusting. Food was wrong for a start. The ordering machines need sorting! Got made to feel an idiot when I took mine and my partners food back. The food was freezing, out 'hot' drinks were cold and my burger was burnt and extremely dry. We took a bite and had to throw the rest away. Sort yourselves out!

    Busy, so slow orders. Wrong burger and completely flat pepsi. Cheese bites hot, but other food lukewarm. Several people missed trains as the food took a long time. Go only if desperate

    First time at Burger King for Me, got mixed up with the on screen ordering, the lady assistant helped me in a friendly manner, I didn’t catch her name, nothing was too much trouble as my Granddaughter and I chose our food. She then said she would bring our orders over to us, how nice to be served in this age of self service. I really enjoyed my chicken Sandwich meal, as did my Granddaughter. On leaving to catch our train, I hadnt realised I’d left my very special scarf ,a present chosen by my 8 yr granddaughter. A long, lambs wool, designer scarf, made in Scotland .I was in Preston when I discovered, shock, horror!!! On ringing Burgerking, a gentleman informed me , the lady Assistant had taken it to Central Station lost property .I’d already planned to return to Glasgow today, and collected my scarf, I was overjoyed. Unfortunately Burger King was closed, I was unable to thank the Lady for Her Kindness and Honesty

    Rude staff, was feeling extremely I’ll so I went in and asked for a cup of water if it wasn’t too much hassle. The staff were extremely rude and took about 10 minutes well I was nearly about to collapse. And only after this time did they come out with water but wouldn’t give me it until I put change into the charity box, a nice idea but I was in no state to deal with that

    Staff are all so kind and warm! Especially Michele who helped me watch my belongings when I had to leave for a while for my cancelled train. :) It's really warm-hearted to meet them here.

    Food was quick, lovely and hot. Screens were really easy to navigate. Michele was a wonderful server so cheerful and really helpful, brought my chips over so I could sit with my friend. Weve come from Manchester and to have such a welcoming person Michele really sets the bar for Glasgow :)

    Fantastic service today from Michele. What a difference to come to a fast food place and be served by someone friendly and happy! Food was perfect and seating area nice and clean and tidy. I don't imagine it's easy working in such a fast paced location but definitely the best Burger King I've visited.

    On Thursday 30/12/21 at 19.15 I ordered a burger and it was ready in less than 5' and COLD🥶 like if it had been made 30' before that. Anyway, bad bad service.

    It's burger king. What else are you expecting? So, yeah, the service isn't 5 star. My server allowed me to navigate the menu, and select the most ridiculously expensive and mediocre burger. Just what I was looking for! Can confirm, it was edible. So I ate it.
