1 star as can not go lower. Dirty, waited for my food almost 30inutes, pales of food waiting and staff so slow taking their time. No one to lead this team. Worst McDonald I ever been

AVOID!!! Ordered a meal at one of their touchscreens but no receipt, despite payment being taken from my account, so I had to ask for help. When I got my meal, there no salt on the fries, again asked for assistance only to be told theres a shortage! (Never heard of a salt shortage before) could the Manager not send someone out to get some from a nearby branch or even buy a packet of salt from a local store, not exactly rocket science is it? My God the fries tasted like cardboard without salt. Then I made the mistake of visiting the toilet, which was truly filthy. Overall a deeply unpleasant experience, I won't be back.

Definitely not “fast food” anymore. Half of the order screens were not working so the queue was the entire length of the restaurant. None of the staff seemed to care. I ordered one drink and waited 15 minutes to get it. Painfully slow service.

Love this restaurant, great hard working staff and tasty food. Very impressed with everything here.

Can get busy at lunchtime. Need pin numbers to use the bathroom which is on the bottom of your receipt, but a member of staff will usually tell you it if you throw your receipt away. It has been done for a good reason. It's to stop drug users from just walking the bathrooms to get a fix but the staff remove them quickly if they do manage to slip in. It mainly occurs in the men's bathroom so parents should be on aware of letting your children go to the bathroom alone. I just asked to be let in to the disabled bathroom with my son as he is disabled anyway but just for more comfort and space. Food was great but the milkshake machine is usually broken more than it works.

I have never been in a more unhygienic "resteraunt" in my life. Food up the walls, sauce on the roof of the resteraunt. Never in my life have I been to a more disgusting establishment. This franchise needs closed before it damages the4 McDonald brand. Clatty shop 100%

I visited there. They said only open for delivery. Delivery fee is £3.99. Only 10mins far from here by walk. Was terrible assessment. But nuggets and cheese ball are awesome. Apple pie also great. Therefore I could give 3 stars.

Your regular cheap McDonald's meal stop. Some of the self service kiosks were missing card machine. Public toilets are available and clean. Staffs are friendly. Ambiance is nice and funky (like any other McDonald's). Overall okay 👍

Twice I ordered this month from them via just-eat I've noticed a lot of fruit flies when I opened the bags in my salad, second time 2 days ago chicken nuggets and fries Disgusting, am done with McDonald's. Be careful.

Ordered a meal including a drink, burger and chips. It was dropped off as just the drink. Called macdonalds and the smoothbrained woman on the phone didn't do anything. The interior of the macdonalds looks so awful. My friends felt unwell after eating here once. AVOID THIS PLACE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Visited the store after a day out with friends. While ordering my food I was met with a hoard of homophobic abuse from "customers" were sitting in the premises but not buying anything. I complained to security but nothing was done and they continues to sit there and make comments towards other customers.

Good food. Fries are cooked well. Staff are nice but sometimes I feel like the floor needs a wee mop or sweep

This was the best McDonald's which i have ever eaten (!) Just imagine that, all negatives came together and made a biiiigg positive (?).. If you pass from here. Don't make a mistake and just select another options, even street foods...

Fine place to grab a quick bite. Service was okay. Food's taste is something you usually get from any McD. Some let downs of this restaurant - ketchup stations were not refilled and toilets were not deeply cleaned. If you are hungry and want to grab some cheap, decent food do bookmark this spot.

Fast service, available at your table. It's McDonalds food so you expect it to be the same everywhere and this branch doesn't disappoint. Piping hot and tastes how it should.

Got a delivery for my grandson he wanted a happy when it came he opened opened it there was hardly any chips and the happy meal was ent in a paper bag he just handed me it also my mum and my grandson was in last week sitting in the restaurant and it was aboustly filthy won't be going back again absolute disgusting surely there must be managers

Waited 15 min for 2 Cheeseburgers with fries. The burgers were cold when I got them. After 5 more min my fries also were cold. Got new food after in total 30 min . Fastfood??? The Restaurant/ toilets were dirty. Staff unfriedly

Classic McDonald's experience. Quick service, consistent food quality. Biggest issue was the self service machines seemed to never print receipts. I went for breakfast 3 times and the food was the same quality each time.

Called the restaurant after an hour and a half and the girl said it had left but my app said driver at restaurant eventually arrived . Cold and trashed. Absolutely disgusting. Phoned the restaurant to complain and girl was nippy unhelpful. Really really disappointed.

Tensed atmosphere, screen board not functioning and ling waiting time. However, the burger was really tasty.

I have ordered from this store a cpuple of different times and never once recieved the right order, when calling upnthey tell me thats nothing to do with them even known thay ktema are missing or the product is incorrectly made. They take no responsiblity on there products. I only order from here when other stores dont have what am looking for, even then I dont get what I order

Great friendly staff well kept clean wise, always geta table if ye just want a brew, cheaper, roomier and better staff than nero's down the road.
