DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Absolute joke. Genuinely couldn’t be more shocked and disgusted by this place and the guy running it. I ordered £23 of food for it not to show up, I called the restaurant to ask where the delivery driver was as it had taken over two hours to arrive and showed as being delivered and it hadn’t showed up. The owner of the restaurant answered and was extremely rude and told me I have to take it up with the delivery driver as it’s not his problem or business. I spoke to the delivery driver on the phone for him to tell me that his daughter dropped it off to my house, blatantly lying and the owner of the place told me that he won’t do anything about it as it’s not his problem. So I took a visit to the shop that evening and I honestly have no words, this place is beyond a joke it’s absolutely appalling. The man again was very rude and told us it’s not his problem, we spoke with the delivery driver and both the owner and driver tried to pretend that they had several drivers and that it wasn’t him who failed to deliver our food. We argued to try get a refund or to have our food and ended up being kicked out of the shop. I couldn’t stress it enough to not order from this joke of a place.

Worst chinese I've ever had. Usual place was too busy so went here for a quick meal. Sickening disgusting food. Will never go near this place even for a fried rice terrible. O stars

If I could score this less I would. After waiting for an hour and a half, phoned up and was told 'the food has been delivered'. They said he drove past again and double checked, and was sure they had delivered the food to a boy. Total scam, then they just shouted at us on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I don’t give negative reviews normally but after a debate about my postcode, got told on the phone I had an attitude because I told the guy to look on Google maps and if he couldn’t find me just cancel my order. I’m a terrible person. Wouldn’t give these guys your money or trust them with your dinner.

Paid £12:30 for chicken fried rice, chips and gravy and it was cheaper on the website when i questioned them when I went in the (BIG) man got all defensive and told me I should’ve ordered online them with an attitude. Avoid at all costs if you want a friendly service food was also minging.

The prawns I ordered just tasted like flour, they had no dipping sauce as advertised. I asked for the satay chicken to be seperate from the sauce, which is was not. The salt and chilli chips, had no salt and chilli on them. Getting a Chinese is meant to be a treat for us, we actually felt gutted the whole time we were eating. 32 quid down, most of it went into the bin.

This is the worst place if anyone is going to order. My order came for £26 I ask if I was getting prawn crakes he said “we don’t do free crackers”, I said it’s horrible I was told “your order is cancel go and order somewhere else “. Restaurant with a stinking attitude. I normally order from supper wok food is nice and have a friendly manner too.

!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Unprofessional Uncooked Puts vinegar on your salt and chilli order without asking for it then is rude over the phone when I complain and denied adding vinegar hahaha theyre absolutely soaked in it

Got a chicken curry from here about 40 minutes ago got it home and it was poisoned with salt couldnt eat it straight in the bin total waste of £7.50 wont be back

Ordered chicken satay on skewers which was meant to be breasr. Was full of fat. When I called to complain I was told I would need to pay delivery driver to pick meal up as he wasn't sending driver. Very rude and denied chicken was fatty. And then told I was barred as said meal was disgusting

Put in order which they then cancelled on me ,when I call to asking why it was cancelled man told me (if it's cancelled it cancelled reorder or go somewhere else...I had used to plenty time not had a problem) Don't know who was in shop but cheeky man I will not used it again

Ordered from here several times through Uber eats for a year now. Food is always really nice and fresh, arrives piping hot and the portion sizes are very good!

Best chicken chowmein, Michael is such a pleasant man, always happy to help and very welcoming. Definitely doesn’t deserve the low reviews. Highly recommend!

Ordered food at 18:55, didn’t get food till 21:15 even though food order wasn’t very big. Had phoned about it and was told food was on its way with the driver, once food was delivered it was horrible and soggy, tasted like it was re-heated. Would definitely stay away from this place and not even bother ordering as it’s not worth the hassle. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

Absolutely disappointed with the reception we received on the phone all because we asked questions regarding the menu the call handler was really unprofessional stated that he was refusing us service then called us back to be abusive on the phone I will be calling back to speak to a manager

I don't know if it been taken over by new owners but the member off staff who we spoke to last night was very unprofessional he was going charge me £3.60 for one spring roll on just eat it says u get 2 and same on the menu the guy refused to serve me then had the cheek to call back and was very rude over the phone said he was going call the police total joke never order again from them

1 star is been nice, £28 for cold chips, no prawn crackers, bbq Korean chicken fried rice, avoid, seen more grease than a 70s fringe, food was horrible, don't no how there stil open, joke!!!!!

We always get food from this place and I’ve honestly never had salt and chilli chicken like it! The portion sizes are good and deliver is never too long of a wait🤩

Very late, poor service as I got screamed at for trying to figure out what was going on. Told it was far too far away to get here. Very confused as maps say different. Only thing I wont complain is good quality food and hot.

So I call this place for a steak and chips and ask for no blood or pink then they call me to say the chef cannot cook it and cancelled my order then?? Think this kitchen needs a new chef my order was nearly £20 so my advice is don't eat out of hear as its poor service and who nows if there food is up to standed 😡😡😡😡
