Stupidly ordered from here as I was starving after work and is the only place that delivers to me at this time (2330) glad I went and read the reviews albeit after I ordered. Called them to cancel and can confirm the lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me 😂 So just want to say thanks for the heads up. Not tried the food but customer service was rubbish. Glad I dodged that one.

Dropped in here for a takeaway of 2 sandwiches. Nobody else in the place & still managed to get the order wrong. Asked for a club sandwich & was given a BLT instead. When I went back into the shop to advise order was wrong, the staff didn't even offer to rectify the mistake & give me what I ordered. BLT was awful - was a partially toasted sandwich made with normal white bread which was soggy throughout as only toasted on one side & tomato had been put straight onto the bread- pretty disgusting to be honest. For £4.95, I would have expected better & more edible. Will not be back & would not recommend.

I ordered breakfast through Deliveroo which was due at 10.15am. I phoned the shop at 10.30 as my order hadn't arrived yet. I was then told there were no drivers and I would need to get a refund. This is appalling- I should have been called and told there were no drivers and shouldn't have been allowed to place an order if this was the case. If I had known, I would have ordered another breakfast instead of waiting an hour. I will not be ordering from here again. Thankfully contacted Deliveroo and refunded my £27

Ordered today was quick delivery spent 30 quid food was disappointing pasta wasn't cooked sent a roll n tuna instead of tuna n cheese toastie the mayo was congealed bacon was unedable and cheese burgers were full of grit and the rolls were hard like days hard totally disgusting would not recommend

I found a piece of plastic lodged into my wrap when In the process of eating it as I nearly chocked and had to pull the plastic out of my mouth! When I phoned about the issue the staff member was really rude and very unhelpful. A food safety and hygiene report has been put in regarding this matter. As it counts as a physical contamination! I do not recommend!!!!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered on Uber eats. I ordered 4 items from this place and when it arrived 3 of them were missing! There was a note in the bag which said “sorry we don’t have pizza and brownie” but there was also another missing as well. The best part about was I was charged full price and when I called the restaurant all the woman on the phone would say is “call back when my boss is here” 😂. Why would they accept the order if they don’t have 75% of the stuff? If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered from here this morning, driver did not do contact free. We'd asked for no black pudding on both breakfasts but it was still on, the mushrooms looked like they had been cremated, square sausage was overcooked, egg and potato scone were rubbery and beans were missing. The items came wrapped in tin foil but were still just warm. On the plus side the rolls were very nice and the French toast wasn't bad. Will not be ordering again.

I had ordered via Uber eats and 2 hours later i phoned them as my food was due an hour before, when i phoned they said “oh sorry we are out of that item, we will give you a refund”, this is appalling as i wasn’t phoned or made aware and I had been waiting hours as well!! Do not waste your money at this place!!!!!

Regular customer when I’ve finished work and there is no where open locally. I have had a few off experiences but after 2am there isn’t always going to be full availability on their menu, but tonight we ordered from the burger menu and Mac and cheese and it was amazing. Can’t fault it. Stick to the basics and you can’t go wrong

This deli is wonderful I've been in twice for takeaway all the staff are very friendly I've had hot rolls and the homemade soup is delicious for this cold weather! The homemade strawberry tarts are the best I've had! I would definitely recommend this shop 😊👌

Amazing food cooked tho and tho and the staff was nice people to talk to there keep the kitchen clean and ready for anyone to come tho

One star is genuinely being kind. Ordered via Deliveroo, who were amazing through the whole thing. Placed an order at 2:20am and still waiting for it to finish ‘cooking’ at 3:30am. Don’t even bother calling them as no-one answers the phone for updates, literally no idea whether they’re still open or not. Won’t be ordering from here again, and will be chasing up a refund. Trust the one star reviews!
