    DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are better hotels in Moscow. Rude and unhelpful staff, my credit card was charged after c-out with no notification from the reception, no receipt, nothing. They refused to help me. Ignore my messages. Said that this was a charged not by Holiday Inn, even in the bank receipt there’s a huge logo of Holiday Inn and written that it was charged by the hotel. No one picks up phone at the reception. Even when I stayed there and had issues to connect to WI-FI - no one helped. Operator Anastasia just hang up on me, reception put me on hold and never replied. I’m shocked. Having a golden elite membership at IHG I thought it will help somehow at least to be heard by the staff of IHG hotels. Anyway, awful experience.

    Terrible time as staff were rude to my wife, did not experience this anywhere else. Staff couldn’t figure out things with our documents on their own while other hotels could with no issue. Gym only opens at 9am on weekends, I didn’t get to use it because we were always out by then. Stay elsewhere

    Ideal place to stay for business or leisure. Very clean rooms and around, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Sokolniki underground station is 3 min walking, food supermarket in front, a couple good restaurants 5-6 min walking.

    This Holiday Inn, went from being the best in Moscow to the becoming the worst, working like Russia style. Since they changed the name a bit, but kept the brand to avoid Sanctions. They also changed the services. They should give it a Russian name instead of keeping the brand. The lack of services , and untrained workers at the reservation desk is unbelievable. I had three bad experiences there in the last 4 moths . 1) I booked a room for one day , than my plan changed, I asked to book for an additional day, called the reservation desk they told me the room was available no problem. So I went to reception desk to book and paid. I found out there are no free rooms, so i had 2 hrs to find another hotel. ( A Palatium Member means nothing in these hotel. 2) I booked and ask for early check-in as i am a Palatium Member. I was assure that this would be noted. I arrived with my family, the room was not ready, told to wait for 2 hrs, so we did, and again the room was not ready . once we got into our room, it was not made as we requested. It took 8 phone calls and 1 hr later with a visit to the front desk to speak to the manager. 3) On Oct 15th 2023, I called in asked to book the Lux Suite. I asked to make sure it free, it took 45 minutes as the person Danil didn't seem to speak English/understand English. At the end i got a booking number and gave my card information. 3.5 hrs later I get a call and was told sorry they over booked and my room was not free. This is a 10 days booking screw up. All I got was sorry. We also pay for the NY party at this hotel. They wanted to offer me two standard rooms. It's like a person wants buy a Mercedes, but was offer two Lada. Managements seem to not care when customer complain to him in person about Danil making these mistakes. A real holiday Inn would fix the issue and made sure the custom was happy , not trying to excuse with I am SORRY.

    I stayed in the hotel as arranged by Somans tours and travels. The hotel room is ok but room heater controller have technical issues. It has a balcony but it's closed due to winter. One thing I specifically want to mention is the restaurant of the hotel. It's difficult to say the restaurant is worth to be in a hotel with star rating. The breakfast spread is very basic. There was no vegetarian items in the menu for dinner and the staff rudely refused to provide even an omelet. Travelers from India can avoid the hotel if you prefer to sleep without an empty stomach

    I would like to thank Oleg, the front office manager, for his professionalism and promptness during registration. Anna, the front office administrator, provided excellent on-site assistance. Despite the fact that some employees did not speak English fluently, they communicated well and understood my needs. The room was spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The advantageous location of the hotel added convenience. As a week-long guest at this hotel, I was disappointed that no one has inquired about the purpose of my stay. It would have been nice to experience a personal touch and warmth from the staff. Proactively understanding guests' reasons for visiting can create memorable experiences.

    That's really great hotel! Highly recommended! Perfect all renovated modern rooms with veeeery comfortable bed(-s). Fantastic rich breakfast! And very professional and friendly staff. Will coming back for sure!

    Excellent hotel in a decent neighborhood. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. Very good breakfast. Bus and tram stations right infront of the hotel entrance. Metro station just across the street.

    Many thanks to deniz stuff, a Turkish employee. He was very interested, he helped me with every problem. The hotel is high quality and beautiful. I'll recommend it to all my friends. I'll come here every time I come.

    Value for money. Excellent covid care, good and quite comfortable beds. But do not expect fresh juice and a variety of choice with breakfast. Otherwise just fine.

    Good renovation but bathroom is dated and most of all: check in required more than 30mn (out of which 20mn in the queue at least on a weekday at 2.30pm)

    Very good location,excellent breakfast!!! But the weak point of this hotel is the staff!!! They overwork,70% of reception staff are trainee. The welcome was catastrophic,no luggage services,no smile at the reception,long time to find the booking. Only thanks to duty manager Alexandra we still in this hotel(she was able to handle all the issues during our long stay) The last funny point was that the hotel without any verification officially indict us for burning room curtains!!!! It was a defect that was there from the beginning,confirmed by the head of house keeping: but due to incompetence or passivity this act of damage was sign by the duty manager and security staff!!!! ( no need big expertise to understand that is a deffect) To sum up: can be a great hotel if we really implement a proper Holiday inn policy with strong general manager being in the field and taking care about his team. Thanks

    Wow. Superb hotel. Period. The staff was absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful. Check in and out was nice, even though the was a group of around 40 Asian tourists in front of me, they kept their cool and got me going. Nice food (although a bit monotonous), great room. Clean and silent. It is a big hotel, but everything works as it is intended. I will certainly return.
