Unbelievably horrible service. My mom came there at 11 pm on Mar, 6 straight from the airport. She was trying to pay by card (google pay). There was a problem with their card machine. So the payment didnt go through. I called the bank and they said there are no problems from their side. Apart from the google pay, she had cash in US dollars, but since it was night, she couldn't exchange it. The hotel didn't accept dollars neither as deposit nor as payment. There were no option to rebook with online payment. Besides, the staff at the reception were total bystanders. They turned a blind eye to the problem and let my mom stay in the lobby till 3 am. Only because of a random stranger who was willing to help and exchange own money the problem was resolved late in the morning. It seems like it's not a hotel, but it's a students' dormitory. Never ever again. If you are international traveler, do not choose this hotel if you don't want to spend your night in the lobby.

Staff name Tatina was not helpful. I have 2 big luggages and asked for keeping it. She just say “luggage’s room is full” “Nothing I can do”. She strongly deny to keep it and not give any help. So, I finally asked to see the room. Apparently, It has lot of space (see pics). They let me keep the luggages with angry emotion and said to me “Go!” when I was in luggage’s room. Very disappointing, first time hotel not accept the luggages.
