Pretty nice for stopping on a road trip to get something to eat, go to the bathroom, and/or just hang out. The place is very clean and modern inside. My sister and I got bagels from the cafe and we came to an agreement that they’re one of the best bagels we’ve ever had in all honesty. Even outside, there’s a little playground for kids to jump and play around. Love it!!

This was probably the nicest rest area I’ve seen. Very easy to get to. The building looks brand new with some information posted up about the history of the area. There’s also a small shop opened during business hours for your snacking and coffee needs. The bathrooms are super clean. Outside there is a place for kids to play and a fenced dog run for your pup to play. Ample parking. There’s also 3 charging stations for your EVs. If you have a Tesla, you’ll need to have a CCS adapter, your tesla or the J1722 will not be compatible with these chargers.

Great place for a break during your visit near Niagara area. Very beautiful new building plenty of chairs and tables to rest, huge lobby area, even few benches to sleep on, there's a cafe/store inside the building. Check for opening times. Lots of information about events, historical area and even some guides for further info on daily events in that area. The rest rooms are very clean and very well maintained. 3 EV chargers, kids play areas, dog paths. I felt very safe and welcoming. Separate parking lots for Cars and Trucks/Buses

This is a great stop! Clean and lots of amenities. A fenced dog area that my little guy appreciated. A small but cute playground and a covered shelter for motorcycles. There were plug ins available for electric cars. A cafe inside along with made in NY products for sale. Several kiosks that were entertaining question and answer as well as some that showed videos of NY areas to visit. The bathrooms were very clean and there was a vending room that I didn't visit. Also a walk of fame outside the entrance with plaques for famous New Yorkers.

Clean, neat, organized. Has room to sit down in a lounge and eat, wifi as well. There's a small place to grab food and also souvenirs. It was beautiful. There's a bouletin board with News and events going on. There's even the I❤NY sign outside too. Great place to go as you're passing through!

We take along our own food when we travel, and we appreciated being able to sit inside at one of the many tables and eat our meal out of the cold and rain. The inviting atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made for a nice stop. There's even a piano people can play. When we were there, there was a lecture taking place, which included singing--our son sang along while we ate dinner. This is such a nice stop that we went on our way home and on our way back.

A great place to relax for a quick break on a long drive. Immaculate restrooms. Displays of New York history and even an interactive quiz on NY. Ship shaped playground for kids outside. Beautiful wooden interior with tables and chairs to relax for a bite to eat. Has a Taste NY store with limited hot sandwiches made to order, an espresso bar, and other goods made in NY a state.

One of the nicest welcome centers I've seen so far. They have a small store that sell locally owned, grown and home made items, including food (snacks), souvenirs, and drinks. Bathrooms, plenty of sitting area inside and out, ATM and vending machines. Playground for the children and even a pet area for your fur babies, it's really nice.

This welcome center is worth stopping for just for the restaurant and shop with food and items made in New York. There is limited information on the area, but if you ask the people working in the restaurant, they have additional information behind the counter, along with maps. The restaurant staff is a wealth of information. The large map on the wall is full of great information. There is a small number of brochures and no information desk. There is a nice area to sit and eat or relax. Restrooms are clean. Overall, worth the stop.

The most welcoming and accommodating people, the entire staff is so nice. We had such a nice experience here. There are clean restrooms, and a nice canteen to eat and rest. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent facility with everything modern in the rest room as that is the reason I stopped here on my way to Canada. There is also fast WiFi. I’m sure this welcome center has more to offer during regular business hours but I was still impressed when I walked in. This place looks brand new!
