    So it saddens me that I have to report negatively because texas roadhouse is my all time favorite but unfortunately the same standards don't hold up to the reputation. I put 3 stars because 2 of our 3 meals were great but the third one was a disaster. My daughter ordered no mushrooms on her road kill meal they took it back and 1 min later they brought it back they scrapped off the mushrooms threw a new piece of cheese on top and threw it in the microwave so then her fries became mushy and nasty. Not the kind of service you would expect from a place who charges what they do. Our waitress came to our table to take our order and then didn't come back after that. I would understand if they were super busy but it wasn't as busy as a Friday night and even then I've had better service. We watched as our waitress and 2 others sat at the bar chatting with a gentleman and eating. Not very professional. I spoke with a manager about it he was nice but the quality and customer service standards need to be reevaluated. It's sad to say we may not go back.

    We were so disappointed of our experience today. We have been very happy in previous visits. It started with the wait. We're were told we would get a text when our table was ready withing 5-15 minutes. We waited and after the time elapsed we asked if we missed our call. We had not yet. After 15 more minutes of waiting we went to check again. The customer in front of us was inquiring the same and was told he was texted twice and would now have a 30 minute longer wait. We asked and they told us our table was ready and a text had been sent. We waited another 5 minutes to be brought to our table. Our waiter arrived a few minutes later for a drink order, not appearing to want to be there. We had to ask twice for their complimentary bread and then finally got our chance to order food. We recieved our table ready text after we got our order. We were pretty disappointed with the Mac and Cheese for our youngest child (which was boxed Mac, not something you would expect from a higher end chain, especially for the price). The Mac was not creamy, but very dry and overcooked almost curdled looking. We heard complaints from neighboring tables about their negative experience. Also at one point we stacked neatly our used plates and cutlery. Our waiter came to collect the used dishes without a word to us about needing anything or any word at all. Our dishes were mediocre at best. The prime rib was overly and fiberously fatty as the fats were not properly rendered to give those fats their glory. My husband was not able to finish his dinner as those strand of fat could be compared to the consistency of eating hair. Our waiter disappeared for quite a while and we were already beyond ready to leave. So very disappointed and will not be returning. Gross food and shotty service. Such a shame.

    I enjoyed my experience here. The food was delicious! I had Dallas filet with house salad and loaded baked potato. Service was excellent!

    My other half had "Fried Catfish dinner" he said was very good. I had dinner special of "6oz sirloin and potatoes" very good!

    Everything was on point today! Great meal, Great Drinks 🍸, Solid service. The Chicken in the Chicken Caesar Salad was amazing, the salad was....a little on the browning and needed to be fresher side. But all in all. Texas Roadhouse, never disappoints. Come in for the Blended Jamaican Cowboy with a 1800 shooter and enjoy the evening. Start it with some Fried pickles and Rattlesnake Bites. Delicious 😋

    Wasn't feeling well, ended up taking my food home. Still enjoyed being there, the fun atmosphere was wonderful, the food was great, heat exhaustion from work sort of curbed my appetite that evening. Nonetheless the service was wonderful, the folks around us seemed to be enjoying themselves too. The best part of the night was watching families interact with one another. That made the experience worth while. It brought my spirits up watching good food and good conversation bring good folks together.

    They accommodated us because I'm in a wheelchair,very nice about that. Server was wonderful and everyone else that brought us things. The only complaint I have and it's really not a big deal, is they didn't clear dirty dishes as we finished using them. But other then that, everything was fantastic!!

    Food was pretty good. Service was terrible. Must have been shift change or something, because we were treated very poorly by our Waitress. As soon as we sat down the server was rushing us to place an order… before we even opened and looked at the menu! We had been driving all day long to Grand Island and had finally settled down for a meal. Never been to Texas Roadhouse before. Never got a refill on my drink, had to ask towards the end of the meal. Never came back to the table so we could ask for a box. Really off putting experience.

    Very busy and the tables they put together for the 8 of us was difficult to maneuver. The waitress could have been more attentive but overall the food was great, it was served hot and fresh!! Would go back again!

    We are traveling and stopped in for dinner. The steaks we ordered were great! My one negative comment would be that overall customer service was lacking. No one greeted us, and no one said thank you, not even our server. Our server and the food deliverer were very short and abrupt, like we were an annoyance. When we left, a group of hostesses and a manager were gathered up front and no one acknowledged us. Thank you Is so easy to say.

    Always a wonderful experience. Only gripe I have ever had was them not being able to seat more than 10 people together. Otherwise the food is always amazing and the service is world class. I'll choose the roadhouse over anything else.

    We had not been here in over 2 years. We did miss the dancing staff! We still had a fun friendly dining experience! The food was delicious. Our order was somewhat complicated, and the kitchen staff nailed it!! Also want to give a shout out to our server, Hailey! She was terrific! We will be back in the near future!!

    It's not my favorite sit-down restaurant. The beef was only fair quality, coming from someone who raises beef. The rolls are always great, but the butter seems to not be as good as I remember it being. Not real butter. I understand that with food prices being so high that a restaurant would need to make adjustments, but, unfortunately, I won't be back until I hear the quality goes up. We ate the salad, rolls, and potatoes. Both were good. Steak was tough.

    I'm there every week. I have never had a bad meal yet. Service is great. Always check the back of the menu for their early dine special Monday -Thursday. Save some money!

    Was great food cooked to my liking. Used the pre app to reserve a spot so I did not have to wait to get a seat. Staff was friendly and always checked on us. I loved the NY strip. Cool photos of things in GI.

    The Food, Service and atmosphere was exceptional. But the Service l received from my online order and the response from the Manager was Horrible. If you spend your hard earned money, you expect to get what you ordered. Not be told we're understaffed and we're out of strawberries for the cheesecake. Why not make that known while ordering, So as a paying customer, I have the option to either proceed with my $70 + order. Or choose another item. Thanks.

    It wasn’t busy: no wait like the other TR restaurants who usually have on a Friday night. I ate all the rolls and still was waiting on our non alcoholic drinks. The same appetizer showed up to our table multiple times even after informing the employees, we did not order an app. The app was then pushed onto the table next to us. It was quite humorous to the other table considering they watched the app come to our table multiple times. It was like the app needed a home! “ I’ll be a good app, I swear!” My salad didn’t come out and I had to ask for it after the entree arrived. Something about it was sent to the to go area. My entree was over cooked and looked like it had been rode hard and put up wet. 😬 I tell ya, it’s seen some things. I would not eat it. The manager did remove it from the bill. I tasted the ribs and the ribs were good and something to consider reordering another time. We ran out of drink and had to ask for more drink. The person I had with me had throat surgery years ago so it is imperative to have a beverage available during the meal. When it was time to pay: we waited, and waited, and waited. At one point we thought to swap out wait numbers with the witch doctor but we couldn’t pull the look off as well as Beetlejuice. The server finally came back with the credit card and told us he was in the bathroom. That alarmed us a bit, our service was bad, however, the server seemed…. Not okay. We attributed our poor service to the server possibly having a bad day. But if he was in the bathroom that long……… In the words of Piglet,”oh d-d-dear.”

    Thank you for forgetting my silverware. I love eating hamburger steak with sautéed onions and mushrooms with my fingers. Thats really my favorite way to eat the green beans...you need to give that tip I left to the cooks, you sure don't deserve it at the pickup window.

    We frequent the Texas Roadhouse often, and usually have great and speedy service. Last night we were sadly disappointed. It took us 3 hours to get our food as we watched tables fill up, get their food and leave. Our order was promptly taken, drinks bought out and even received our appetizers and salads, then the wait. The server came time and again, apologizing and saying it would be right out, yet nothing. He then told us there was a back up in the kitchen but they were getting caught up, note people around us were getting their food. Finally, after over 2 hours he came and apologized saying he had put the order in wrong and the management had moved our food to front of the line. After 30 more minutes we received our food. Yes, the food tasted good except my husband got a baked potato instead of a sweet but he didn't want to complain and wait any more. No manager ever came to our table and we were only given a 30% discount after our server said he would see what he could do and then he came and gave an odd excuse as to why that was all he could do. The frustration is the many lies we were told, as we patiently and graciously gave our server the benefit of the doubt, and why did no one in management come to acknowledge what happened or even ask us if everything was OK? We will think twice about whether we want to try eating there again.

    Zero crowd control. Our experience with Erik would have been pretty perfect. However maddie/Maddy decided she would rather socialize at the same volume as her highly intoxicated patrons that she obviously knows from outside work if she's going to share that volume with them. I could barely hear my girlfriend speak. Restaurant seems partly in shambles. I wonder what the fine folks down in Texas would think about their franchise in this condition.

    As usual the food was excellent! They were extremely busy but they handled it well. Make your reservations ahead of time through the app. Get texts when they are ready for you. Inside dining is open.

    I was in a sh*t mood, and then our server showed up with a smile and jokes! Michael was definitely on his A game (out of 460 location my husband and I are from Texas and have been to over 25) the table was cleaned and out of the way our drinks were full and everything was hot when it arrived. Steak was overcooked but flavored well.

    Love eating here. Best to do call ahead seating, but if you don't mind sitting and visiting with your party while waiting, just drop in, it's still a fun atmosphere!

    Great food. Good service, although I don't think our server smiled once. She got the job done though. The line dancing is always entertaining. And the cinnamon butter is just the best.

    Wonderful food and service. Salmon was a bit dry but was seasoned perfectly. Steak was cooked and seasoned spot on. First batch of rolls were dry but the next two were their signature quality. Try a margarita with your meal, you won't be disappointed! Look forward to going again.
