First time eating at a Cane's. Employees remind me of the high quality you see at Chic filet. Manager very personable, professional and appreciated us giving their chain a chance. But it gets better--the food was great!! Thanks for the great experience and you guys are the best ambassadors for your company.

With a line all the way around the building we had our food 10 minutes later. Super fast and friendly!

The positive things of this restaurant are 1. The food is tasty 2. I like the chicken fingers and the chiken hamburgers 3. The restaurant looks clean and there are many tables for couples, familys or if you go alone. The negative things are 1. There isn't customer service at the table 2. The customers have to do lines for pay their orders and sometimes wait for so long time 3. The car thru is one of the slower that I have ever seen. I like the food, but I think that they have to improve their customer service inside, after the check out while we wait for our order and until we leave. Also they have to work in their car thru service because it is really slow.

This is the place to go if you want fast & fresh food. Best time to go is between 10am - 2pm! Ask for a Cody sandwich, trust me.

went on sept.1st around 8:30 pm and wow the woman at the drive thru window was rude. she was having a long conversation with a coworker and forgot we got food until she saw us sitting there waiting. food was good but she should probably work on her customer service.

Beautiful restaurant, very clean. I barely got sat down and the food was delivered fresh to the table and the food was perfect. Cashier/front end gentleman was very friendly , the young guy deserves a raise for his work.

I did a pick up order and it took me a little longer than I expected to pick it up. When I arrived, they offered to remake all of it without me having to ask. Very friendly staff and amazing service.

Raising Cane's is hands down my favorite fast food spot! Their chicken fingers are always perfectly crispy and juicy, and the secret Cane's Sauce is simply addictive. The menu is simple yet delicious, and the friendly staff ensures a great dining experience every time. Love the focus on quality and consistency. Highly recommended!

Ran/ managed very well! Everyone is always friendly, food is always great, and that’s hard to come across in this town for fast food. Now if only they can get one on the south side of town. 😀 Especially with the state fair being in town now!

With the recent inflationary pressure, I think your meal prices have increased. I don't like that, but I understand. But, you still have the best chicken fingers in town!

Imma be honest, i am addicted to canes, i used to be against it, but whatever they put in the sauce, it just makes me want it every day, Good food, good staff, will go tomorrow!

Usually pretty good. Chicken could be cooked a little crisper in my opinion. Turn the oil up. Thus night they were struggling. Took 20 minutes in the drive through. There was 4 employees just standing at the drive through, so was not an employee shortage. You cook one thing... chicken... should not take that long to frie up 12 pieces of chicken.

The skin of the chicken was fairly soft, but chicken was fresh. The fries were good and well salted, not to mention, the bread tasted amazing. Probably one of the best stores I've been to in terms of atmosphere. Clean, beautiful, and not boring to look at. The service was great as well. Friendly and helpful service.

The food was amazing chicken juicy moist tender crunchy delicious. The time of day we went was 8:00 at night and there were a lot of Rowdy college kids or high school kids just getting done with their summer Sports camps. So it was really loud and Rowdy and quite a bit of cursing. The employees didn't come out and say anything to them and in fact they were adding to the Noise by screaming out customers names for their orders in a very obnoxious way.

Good tasting chicken fingers! The Texas toast is great for bread lovers. The dipping sauce has an original taste to it. Kind of noisy when were there.

Always feel like the fries are a little undercooked. Maybe too many in the basket? Other than this the food is delicious and service is outstanding.

Very salt fries. Took my grandma about 3 times to say what she wanted and still didn’t understand that.

Great place normally anytime. Recently it's been hit & miss for me with quality/quantity during evenings. Compared to what I've experienced in the past. Still recommend though. Great food. Polite staff. Quick service. Glad they're in G.I.

It was busy when we went employees were amazing and food was hot and fast. Always amazing food here we even got the anniversary Cain stuffed animal will definitely be back when we are in the area

We drove 6 hrs from Hot Spring SD. Because we wanted raising coins. The map showed they were open till 11:30 on Saturday, there web site showed 10:30 when we got there. We made it by 10:15 and the doors were locked and they said they were closed even the drive thru.

First time visit at this location. We ordered our dinner from inside the restaurant to take home. The employees were so nice and patient (we took a little time to decide what to order as one of us had never been to Raising Cane's at all). The wait for our order was comfortable and within reason on the amount of time. The food was great and fresh! We look forward to our next visit! Thank you to everyone who took care of us, answered questions and made the visit a most pleasant one!

Fries and toast were cold and tasteless, coleslaw was nasty. The ONLY thing hot and fresh were the 4 SMALL tenders...at a huge price of $9.06. If I had been able to dine in, I would have taken it all back up instead of tossing it in the dumpster at the gas station..1 block away. (Ate the chicken) Since Covid, establishments have seemingly settled for sub-mediocraty. I'm pretty sure I won't be back.

My son loves the food, the gal who took our money was super friendly! But the gal who gave us our food didn't say one word just gave us our food and quickly shut the window. So disappointing service from her but the rest was pretty great!

When I received my food tonight I was expecting it to be in the to go box but almost all of the fries were spilled in the bag like they were thrown in there

Chicken Fingers we're Great , Last 2 Time's we had Under Cooked Greasy Fries why they can not Cook there Fries Long Enough to get them Done moved here from Lincoln and had no problem with there Fries I was in Restaurant Business for 45 Year's & I know when Fries are Undercooked Hope they solve this problem Soon

It wasn't busy at all. The service was great & so was the food. It was nice & clean They were always sweeping the floor when they weren't busy.
