OMG! I absolutely love this Papa John's! I had ordered $40 worth of food from Dominos around 9pm and had to cancel my order due to their ignorant manager, so I decided to try Papa John's around 10pm cause I was craving pizza and my wife was too. But I can't tell you how much of a boss decision that was! The guy who took my order was sweet and kind to my wife, he even checked to see if certain desserts had eggs cause my wife is allergic. Then, we get our food and it was HOT, fresh and cooked perfectly! Pizza, wings, and brownies! All absolutely beautiful! This place deserves more than 5 stars! Keep up the killer job! WAAAY BETTER THAN DOMINO'S!!!

The pizza was made the way we like and ordered it. The garlic knots are absolutely amazing way better then Domino's. Love the bread sticks. The service was fast and it was delivered fast. Thank you.

Was surprised by the LG.and different selections offered,not just pizza! Food was good.

Greg needs to learn to run a business. He messed up my order not once but 2 times and wanted to do nothing to fix it. I demanded he did and threw a 5 dollar bill at me while me and my 3 kids waited in a hot car for 30 minutes with the ac running and burning our gas. Not happy needs to find a new job. Good job greg.

Food's always amazing I love Papa John's. Service is only three because they lost my food order but a five-star on how they fix the problem. They ended up fixing my order within 10 minutes and giving me my old Pizza in return so I ended up leaving with double of what I ordered.

Papa Johns is near the bottom to the barrel for pizza in GI next to Little Caesars, I’ve heard stories from many other people that the GM is an egomaniac struggling to keep staff hired which in turn the quality of food then is horrible. Please get a new GM and/or fix the quality!

Ordered delivery. Told them I had a coupon. Asked them if they needed the promo code. They said no it's fine. Delivery driver showed up charging me full price. Spoke no English. Not professional at all.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with!! Rude employees and even more rude of a manager! Have never ever been told they will only resend our order if the pizza wasn't eaten!! Lol of course we had to eat it to know it was awful and cold!! We were missing items for a pizza so I had to call again to get at least that remade and the delivery driver has a terrible condescending attitude when he had to redeliver!! Will never ever order from here again!

I ordered the large Philly cheesesteak pizza, garlic knots and the jalapeño popper rolls. Usually papa John's is my favorite and I was very excited bc it's been a few years since I've been able to purchase a pizza from here. I didn't like this pizza at all. I ate the stuffed crust dipped in my marinara sauce, which was cold for sum reason. The jalapeño poppers weren't bad. I'll stick to the pizzas I love next time. The service was excellent hence the 3 star rating. Every question I asked was answered with knowledge and confidence. Plus we received our order in a timely manner. Thank u very much.

Good pizza at a great price. Quick delivery and friendly employees. Always has some kind of special going on so ask if you call or check online.

Had the build your own Papadias. We ordered 2 types and shared. Very good and was fresh and hot.

Was given a 50% off next order because of their very bad screw up. Call to use it and am told I can not use it with any of the specials they have going on everything had to regular price. What kind of deal is that. I would wind up paying the same using the promos. So how are you compensating me for your mess up. Bogus never ordering from there again

Large stuffed crust pizza is outstanding. If you haven't tried it you need to. Best pizza in town hands down.

I placed an order 45 minutes before they closed and they decided to cancel it after making us wait 30 minutes. When I called and asked why they had they said they needed confirmation and tried to call us. When I said that we hadn't received any calls and wanted to check if they had the right number. They did so either they are incompetent and don't know how to use the phone or they lied to me and thought I wouldn't call. Terrible customer service.

One of the best quality franchise pizza you can get. Tad expensive without a deal. Sometimes you have to wait a fair bit even if you preoder a carryout.

This used to be my favorite place! Until tonight, when our customer service was awful!! I had known for a week that Id be ordering supper on New Years Eve. I placed our order at 7:20am for pickup at 6:30pm. We were told after showing up on time that our pizza would be another 25 minutes. We live out of town and so we had to drive from 30 minutes away. One of the employees was snarky and rude when I questioned why our order wasn’t ready because we had ordered it with plenty notice. I had even called at 4pm to verify pickup time. I do not complain often because Ive worked in the restaurant business. However I knew better than to treat customers with the blatant rudeness and the disrespectful way we were treated tonight.
