Apparently there was some sort of misunderstanding between the guy working the window and the person packing the orders. He handed us our drink and bag and shut the window. It’s normal for people to not say thank you or anything at all to you anymore so we left… unfortunately without checking the bag. Get home, no chicken, only mashed potatoes. So I call and spoke to Rhonda. She said either they’d mail me some coupons (which you know never happens) or I could come back and they’d “give” me 4 more pieces of chicken and two biscuits. I say I’m from out of town and we don’t need more food. (Potatoes would be cold by then & I’m feeding 3.5 not 6 people.) She said, we typically only give people something for free when there’s a mistake. I said, I’m not driving back when gas is $5 a gallon, I’d like a refund then. She replied “well I’m going to need those mashed potatoes back then!!!” Really RHONDA? That’s really not as clever as you think. I said that’s fine, I’ll bring them back. I get there and she’s nice as pie digging to make sure I returned the mashed potatoes and drink we got..then asked me how much it was and said well you should have gotten a receipt. I said no we didn’t. She says well you should have as if I was lying. SMH. I said just return my money. So she rounded up the 73 cents.. wow Rhonda THANKS! 27 cents how generous as this was all my fault.. 😂 Sure hope nobody gets my returned taters.. 🤢 I’m not in HR, but I think Rhonda should stick to the fryer.. perhaps not dealing with customers. Some are just not cut out for it. This is management? The teenager that greeted me had more poise and professionalism. Hopefully Rhonda takes a hike soon, but we’ll get our chicky elsewhere from here on out. Warm Regards! 🍗

You quit selling popcorn chicken and ruined the mac n cheese bowl. Used to be a bite of chicken for almost every bite of macaroni. Now its 1 chicken strip cut into about 5 pieces for all the macaroni. Huge let down. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

The drive through is hell. No one in their right mind would have designed it this way!

I visited the grand Island restaurant at 9/9/23 and the cashier is very rude to the customers and I didn’t get what I ordered,if I can suggest if the person doesn’t want to take orders from the customer put them at the back please.

Service is not what it was. No longer is the focus on the consumer. Now it seems the inconvenience is pushed to the customer rather than themselves. Policy is no excuse for laughing at a customer's inconvenience.

Ordered Mac &&cheese bowl. Would of be better off just ordering a side of Mac and cheese. Literally barely covered the bottom of the bowl with Mac and cheese. Disappointing

I did not receive what I ordered not one thing but three things. I usually have great service and good food but not today. Very disappointed.

The drive through is kind of tricky. This location made space for a drive through after being open for inside service for many years. To drive through, to order there or pick up your online order, turn off Webb Road and drive to the back to enter the drive through lane on your right. Great chicken pot pies, my favorite. My husband likes the popcorn chicken.

The only reason I didn't give this all 5 stars is because it was drive thru, and for drive thru it was damn clean. The crew working on 5/7/23 was spot on with my order. Top notch work people.

The Webb location has a horrible drive-thru setup. And if you park and go inside, you're taking your life in your own hands. But, still good food at decent prices and a friendly staff. And this question, why don't you accept Discover Card?????????

Used drive thru for supper and its the worst looking original chicken i have ever gotten there. It even had marks from the tray they sat on.

No more cars left parked out on Webb Rd while waiting! A new drive through was created. I love KFC when cooking is not in the picture!

I know everyone is short on help, but it took forever to get our order right. We ordered online and didn't receive a confirmation.

Always super friendly staff and great food couldn't ask for more they're doing their best during hard times.

Took a bit to order due to lack of employees but that's everywhere. Once we ordered food it came out fast and fresh. I think the few employees need a raise even if it was a temp raise until the staff shortage is figured out!

Haven't been since pre covid so I wished the buffet was open, but I get there's more rules with things like that now. Still the food we did order was awesome, staff was friendly and welcoming.

In a time when it seems like every fast food place is trying to outdo each other for the worst possible service, this trip was great. The person taking my order gave me a chance to finish talking instead of interrupting me and trying to rush me through the order, they told me there was going to be a wait because of the large order I had placed instead of waiting until after I had paid it the window in case I was short on time, and unlike my last trip to the one in hastings, they managed to put together chicken sandwiches without mayonnaise on them which doesn't seem like it should be so hard but.. When I got my food, the order was correct, the food was fresh and delicious..all in all, if you're going to go out for KFC, make the extra drive up to Grand Island because these guys are great!

Food great, short handed but great, drive through very slow but understandable.

We got the $30 fill up 2-18-21 and it was excellent. Not only is the food delicious but the service is exceptional! I refuse to go to Poppy’s due to their poor service and it seems they never have chicken and we have to wait 15-20 minutes to get just a family size meal. I appreciate the quick friendly service. The employees are always very friendly and I enjoy the smiling faces and conversation when I pay for my food. KFC is the only place where we’re not just a car paying for our meal but actual people. No other drive thru has that customer service interaction like you guys do. The lady who was at the window was very friendly she asked me how my day was and carried on a short conversation which made me feel like more then just a number paying for my food. You guys are doing an excellent job keep it up!!

Always quick service inside or drive-thru. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is nice.
