I've never been to Culver's, so this was a pleasant surprise. Relaxing, clean, happy workers, and hreat food! Just what this weary traveler needed 🙂

This culver's is clean both inside and out. Our food was ready in a reasonable time and our fries were hot. A nice touch was when we walked in the door. At least three employees from some random place inside welcomed us to the restaurant. I didn't see them, but I heard them, haha.

For a fast food chain- I prefer Culvers over the other competitors serving burgers. The restaurant is clean and the food has been hot.

Forgot our drink, and wouldn’t honor our coupon. Staff was rude, asked me 3 times what size the drink was supposed to be, then just shut the window. Also, their mango smoothie tastes like orange tic tacs.

Onion rings were amazing the burger was on point customer service was friendly and cheerful and they made my first time visit friend have a good experience. Happy with their food as always and the root beer is great. Definitely place I'd recommend for people coming into town and haven't been there before and just want to try a new fast food joint while still having the options for custard and rather nicely made sandwiches.

This place has good food but is also very atrocious! They forgot my whole order. They left me to starve. I had to watch everyone else munch on their food while I had to make something to eat for myself. Fast food=no food. however, the custard is 10/10 would recommend. #custardforlife! :/

Burgers are always good there this time I got mashpotatos and gravy it was a chicken gravy and tasted cheap with a lot of flour to thicken , not so good

I'm usually on a very tight schedule, I typically go to Culver's for the fast take out (lunch). Food is fresh everytime and have no complaints!

Always a nice selection on their menu. The night I was there, a large bus group had ordered just a head of me, so I expected my food to take a little longer to arrive, but was pleasantly surprised when I was served right after the large group. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared properly, but when I went back to the front to point out the error, the shift manager, she was very apologetic and offered to completely re-do my order - the re-do order mealy beat me back to my table. Well done, Culver's of Grand Island team!

Love the butter burger. The restaurant offer several options for seating a large or small group. The cleanliness really stood out for me. They are doing a good job!

Love their food. It’s sooo good. Prices are a little high but we really like their food! Very nice atmosphere Great staff as well.

I ordered a chicken sandwich that had the buns missing and apparently dipping sauces are a .50 cent charge per dip , yet never did.

I wonder what it's called. I had it as an appetizer. It's like deep-fried cheese, small, and it came in a bag. I extremely love it. Everything else is good too!

I want to compliment the staff. I have never gone to this Culver's and not gotten a smile. Everyone is so polite and sweet. To see teenagers happy, smiling and treating people with respect is so refreshing! They all deserve a huge thank you, pat on the back, and should be so proud of themselves! Thanks so much for hiring such amazing people. Keep up the great work to all of you! I hope my kindness in return makes you feel good too.

Annabelle our server did a great job. Great customer service. She noticed our son is diabetic and asked if we would like a nutrition guide. Thank you for excellent customer service

This is usually really good but the past couple of times my husband and I have gone there the food is good but orders are incomplete. Last night I ordered a salad I noticed on the order it said hold the grilled chicken when my husband pointed this out to drive through person she said don't worry about it because it will automatically come that way. When we got all the way home my Strawberry field salad was the greens 1 tomato and about a cup of pecans no chicken or Strawberries or anything else.

The first time I went the food was good, the next time I went the food was terrible. The burgers were cold! There was a strange piece of something that I think was chicken in my burger. It was disgusting! I don't think I'll be back.

Normally I love this place but today wasn't great. The 3 piece cod meal we ordered had grease all over inside the container and drenched all over the fries. The fries weren't fully cooked and the Pepsi was all over both cups. I'd give the quality of food and customer service a 1.

Fast, friendly service. Not happy they switched from Pepsi products to Come, but at least still have their own root beer!

My wife and I stopped last evening and enjoyed the Mix concrete treat. Mine had strawberries and bananas and my wife had Snickers in hers. They were delicious.

First time hubby ate there and he was impressed with the cheese burger he had, and my melt was delicious. Great food friendly staff.

Food was very good and fresh, had to wait a few min for some of it, but I'd rather wait a few min for fresh food than be pushed through with old warmer food. Had some juicy and crispy chicken tenders. I will come here again.

Stopped on our way home. My step son had never been there, he enjoyed it, and my wife and myself were happy as we always are strong in. Friendly staff makes a trip so much better and this place has that!

One of my favorite burger/chicken places. I like that they have several other options as well like fish and sandwiches. The custard is always amazing and the prices are reasonable for the food. It's always necks and neck with Freddy's depending on the day but usually I go with Culver's.

Stopped in passing through on my way home. The staff seemed to really care about the restaurant and it showed by how clean it was. Even the bathroom was spotless. It’s nice to see some people still take pride in their work.

Always has the best service. I think Nathan should get a raise or some recognition because he was the sweetest worker, everyone else also did/does an amazing job every time we go The food is always 10/10 and always fresh. My favorite burger place in GI

This was one of the best Culver's I've been to. The burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious for fast food. Everything was fresh and hot, and the staff was friendly.
