This
is
the
only
emergency
animal
hospital
the
accepts
exotic
animals,
including
guinea
pigs.
I
called
ahead
to
ensure
they
did
take
guinea
pigs
and
described
what
symptoms
mine
was
exhibiting.
I
was
told
to
bring
him
in
because
it
sounded
urgent.
From
the
moment
I
stepped
into
the
waiting
room
the
staff
took
care
of
my
pet
and
me.
They
were
incredibly
thorough
when
asking
questions
to
help
diagnose
issues.
They
were
also
as
kind
and
gentle
as
possible
when
they
explained
that
he
was
actively
dying.
The
diagnosis
and
options
were
slowly
explained
to
me;
they
were
so
patient
with
me
when
I
asked
questions
or
requested
they
repeat
what
they
had
just
said.
I
was
allowed
to
be
with
my
guinea
pig
when
he
took
his
last
breath.
My
guinea
pig,
Alex,
was
treated
with
so
much
care
and
dignity
before
and
after
death.
It
is
devastating
to
lose
a
member
of
the
family
and
the
staff
there
understands
that
if
you're
bringing
your
pet
to
them
that
they
are
part
of
your
family.
I
wish
I
could
remember
every
one
on
that
staff
that
helped
us
that
night,
but
I
can
only
imagine
that
everyone
that
works
here
is
as
amazing
as
the
staff
that
interacted
with
me.
The
building
is
clean
and
beautiful.
The
staff
amazing.
The
prices
are
what
I
anticipated
and
not
exorbitant.
After
I
returned
home
I
received
a
beautiful
handwritten
card
that
really
means
so
much
to
me.
A
personal
touch
that
sets
this
place
apart.
If
your
animal
is
a
part
of
your
family
and
you
love
them
fiercely,
take
them
to
Animal
Emergency
Hospital.
The
entire
team
will
treat
your
animal
as
if
they
are
their
family
too.
Thank
you
to
the
Animal
Emergency
Hospital
for
their
professionalism
and
their
care.
