I have to say.... I am incredibly disappointed by this clinic. I understand that dermatologists are in high demand in this area and there are not many options around here. However, this clinic needs to seriously reconsider the number of patients they are accepting. I called in May 2021 BEGGING for a follow-up appointment for my dog. The allergy serum (which we paid almost $1,000 for including all the testing etc) was not working after 6+ months of trying it. My dog couldn't keep weight on and had a full-blown monster skin infection. They offered to see my dog in September 2021 and wanted to put him on more antibiotics, anti-fungals, and steroids despite me stating that he got worse while on these medications over a 4 week span. Finally, my general vet and I figured out the problem without help from the dermatologist (he had an antibiotic resistant infection and a serious food allergy). I don't understand how you can treat an animal over pictures and continuously prescribe medications without seeing them. It seems that others have had good experiences, but if you have a complicated case needing multiple follow-ups, just know that your pet might not get the care they need. I've attached photos showing how sick my dog was, which I sent to the clinic, and that still was not enough to get my dog seen. The other photo is him doing much better after my general vet and I figured out the problem with no help from the dermatologist. Expect to spend a lot of money at your initial visit with little continuity of care. I am still in shock that a veterinarian saw these pictures of my dog and told me he would have to wait 4 months to be seen again.

I can’t rave enough about Dr. Crow and the amazing staff at this clinic. Our sweet Cavalier Belle came to us at 8 weeks old and couldn’t hear. We went to 4 vets and neurologist none of which could figure out why she couldn’t hear, because all of her tests showed she should be able too. Dr. Crow listened to what signs we had noticed over the last 1.5 years of having her and was pretty certain it was glue ear ‘PSOM’. He diagnosed and performed the procedure all at the same appt and ta-dah a few days later little Belle had started to regain her lost hearing!! He never cut our appt short or rushed us. He answered all of my questions and answered everything with great detail. We highly recommend this office!!! Thank you all so much

We have a dog with severe skin allergies and they do a great job treating her. She used to be miserable and now she's living her best life.

I called needing an appointment. My poor puppy is in danger of becoming resistant to antibiotics with so many skin issues. Was told I needed a referral to get an earlier appointment than Dec. Got two vet referrals. Was then told I needed the vets to call and consult with the Dr. and that "maybe" we could get in earlier... what a hassle. Not given clear instructions the first phone call. Now I have to further bother my original two vets for additional time, a phone consult, and use of their resources for "maybe" an earlier appointment when they provided a referral and could share two very thick files on my puppy. THEN I was lectured by a young assistant as to how "this is standard practice" and was questioning who I talked to originally as if I was an idiot and mis understood. WOW!! Not how I want to be treated under stress and with such a sick puppy! Nope I did not misunderstand and yes I was given the wrong information two days ago and wasted various peoples time and energy... including my own!

Animal Dermatology Clinic was great in the way they cared for my cat. The doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. I would definitely return to this vet.

2 years in, thousands of dollars and no positive results. they couldn't figure out what the cause of the problem is, just prescribed meds. I don't think they have any financial interest in finding the problem and fixing it.

I love Dr. Crow and the team! Always friendly and helpful. They have made a huge difference in Rollo's overall health. Chronic ear infections, vestibular nerve issues and snoring prior to seeing Dr. Crow. We found out that Rollo has allergies (non-food) and he is responding wonderfully to treatment. Rollo feels so much better.

I never imagined how frustrating pet allergies could be but this clinic has made the process so easy. We’ve had to try multiple different medications and aren’t at the end of the journey I’m sure, but a simple phone call always gets me answers and a next step. All of the staff has been so friendly and helpful, and when you’re dealing with such a long-term issue that makes all the difference.

A few years into treatment and only now starting to see sifns of improvement in the coat. Itching and scratching still a roller coaster. Frustrating. - Thanks for taking time to consider our situation and making a follow up appointment. We have hope of beating these issues again.

Dr. Crow and his team have been amazing through my kitty’s entire journey. The initial consult was great and Dr. Crow was very patient with explaining his recommendations and the treatment options. After interacting with my cat, he determined that he wouldn’t need sedation for the allergen testing, which I was very grateful for. When I moved away, I called several times with changes or issues and they maintained their standard of care despite the less than ideal circumstances. Definitely would recommend the lovely folks at ADRC Grapevine!

Dr Gimmler saved my sweet Lab. Her life is so much more relaxed and content without the irritating itch and chronic ear infections she was experiencing before immunotherapy. Thank You Dr Gimmler!

The Dr. and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Finally a place that was concerned about my dogs skin issues, instead of dismissing them. My visit was quite expensive, but they did a lot of diagnostics on my dog and sent me home with everything I will need to take care of my dog better. Overall I was happy with the visit and I would visit them in the future if needed.

Dr. Crow recently saw both of my babies (Kora and Zooey) for their allergies. The care I received was excellent! Everyone treated my dogs like their own and they were super efficient! Dr. Crow was absolutely WONDERFUL!!

👍👍 We had to euthanize our pet dog of 16 years. The staff has been well trained to deal with the emotions of this challenging moment. Theyl had been our dog's vet for only about nine months, but I found them to be very thorough and professional. The only downside is because they are good, they are so...

😠 This poor excuse for a "Veterinarian specialist" clinic is an absolute disgrace! They could 'care' less about your pet. But they sure do 'care' when they want their cash register to ding.
