Eagles nest was ok, but they lack that spark which differentiates the best from the majority. For instance their rooms were dusty and I didn't even have hot water in my room and had no TV remote haha

A little bit far from town but totally enjoyed the night there. Its classy and the rooms are worth every penny you spend there

Its a place with great potential, actually iy could and can become one of the best lodges in Zimbabwe if a lot of things are taken serious. I would like to complement the cleanliness in rooms and linen, 100% clean and comfortable environment. However the monkey business comes with senior staff save for the interns. The general hospitality standards are ignored with some staff especially at the front desk talking to you whilst on WhatsApp or completely ignoring you. I was served by an intern who actually was trying her best to assist but had limited experience on what was supposed to be done. 2ndly the language, they assume everyone who comes there is Shona speaking. The menu is limited and lacks creativity, i ordered rice they brought sadza with burnt Tbone and soup worse than my 10year old daughter's cooking. The supervisor or manager, the lady is a good person and runs around but is let down by her staff. The Tv had showers🙄 yep, this day and age. Good thing we had hot water. Great compliments also to the kitchen staff. The place has a great potential to grow and become a 5 star place. I give them 4 stars but i liked the place generally

Good spacious place for conferences. I also liked their TBONE steak

Couldn't handle a large booking in terms of room allocation, meals were good, poor wifi, TVs not working, I loved the Nyanga room its superb, thank you for the warm water, improve on your Conference room toilets

The place is decent although there is some work on the product, service is good

Peaceful and restful place with helpful and willing staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

The staff is so lovely. The rooms are neatly kept although some could use a few touch ups. Overally, the place is very nice and clean. Highly recommended if ever you need a place to stay in Gweru.
