They have a wrong schedule posted on maps. We arrived at 10PM at the restaurant and they didn't want to serve us because they close at 10 instead 11 PM as shown on internet.

We had lunch here. It was delicious food, some Romanian traditional foods, very good prepared. I recommend to have a stop here !

Decent food. Not the best ingredients, but they try to make them tasty and presentable. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly and seems professional. It's on my list when I will be in the area.

Music a tadd too loud for my taste, especially în a otherwise quiet and orderly facility..

Staff is very nice. Rooms are a bit on the small side and the TVs could be updated, but otherwise is a comfortable hotel. The food in the restaurant is also very good

We ate here and although the staff seemed bored and perhaps a bit frustrated, the atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. few vegan options (not labeled properly) but they did accomodate us (there is a vegan burger on the menu that has nonvegan sauce by default, but they will serve vegan garlic sauce or ketchup if you ask for it)

Good food and nice staff. When I'll visit Hațeg again I'll eat something there for sure.

✴️ I think is the only restaurant placed in the central area in Hațeg that offers food on Sundays. ✅ There is a variety of different dishes you can choose tasty food. The serving is prompt, but in my opinion, more personal is needed. ❔ 🤔Although the food is tasty and the ambience is really nice and the music is perfect, the place is too crowded and you have to wait at the entrance a couple of minutes until they prepare the table for you. 👌I recommend this place and I will definitely visit it again when travelling through Hațeg. 🫶

This was one of my favourite places but I had a bad experience this time. -We ordered o prosecco, and the bottle was opened a few days back. No bubbles at all. -Gin Tonic was a cucumber salad. -At the end we found out we couldn't pay with card, we didn't have cash with us. No one told us. The places was one of the best but it starts to lack the quality

Food was delicious and the service was good. Only 1 minus, the decor of the restaurant is crowded will objects that makes the place even smaller than it is.

Food was absolutely delicious. Ribs were full of meat and beautifully cooked. Burger was also fantastic which my partner had. Cheese cake and the grandmother's recipe cake for dessert were beautiful. Service was really friendly and welcoming, especially considering neither me or my partner could speak any more Romanian than to say hello and ask if they spoke English. Would definitely recommend.

The Bistro is located in the center of the city. The food is good, but not spectacular. It depends on the taste, as we ordered something they make only there and we did not like it. The prices are quite high and the portions not that big. I am giving 3 starts for the service. We arrived after lunch and it was not that busy and after 20 minutes of waiting I had to go and ask the waiter to come and take our order. Finally, a few minutes later, his colleague came and said he was not available.

Incredible food for great prices! Make sure to stop by if you visit Hateg and you need a place to eat good food. Also the staff is so nice.

Small portions for the price but most of the food was good, the bread is a bit old though.

Very carefully prepared food and lots to choose from! I got a Brazillian Turkey Breast and it was wildly different from what I've ever had before. The bathroom is also clean and smells refreshing! The personnel is very welcoming and polite.

We went for dinner on a Saturday evening of March 2019 and had a very pleasant experience. We ordered Sour soup, Combo snacks and Romanian "Mici", which summed up to a fair total of 12 euros. Tasty food + chilled atmosphere + good service = would definitely recommend!

Best stake (file mignon) I ever ate. I never thought I will eat such delicious food in a small town like Hateg. I am very impressed. Super cute and cozy place with good music and nice staff.

Great experience. Wide selection, with several local, traditional dishes. The waitress was lovely! She was fluent in english, which seems to be rare around here.

The food was not bad, a bit better than average and the prices a bit high for the small size portion. The waffle was a joke, I wouldn’t serve that to any customer in a restaurant. We’ve been here 2 times for breakfast, as there is hardly any other place open that serves decent food at 8am. The first day the waiter was mostly bored, not at all friendly. The second day the other waiter was more pleasant.

We always eat here after hiking trails. The restaurant is often full because the food is great. American style, but not fast food. It is a must if you come to Hateg to eat here. Strongly recommend.

Tasty food and lovely atmosphere.

Overall 3 stars. We ordered the ribs and wings (the menu says hot wings and steakhouse fries) we just got "normal" wings I could get from Lidl or kaufland and ordinary fries. The ribs were good tho. Nothing special. The price is okay'ish. The service is complete trash tho. The personnel was constantly talking loudly about their private life's and they even preferred to use their smartphones all time than to bring drinks or care about the customers. Payed about 170 LEI for 3 drinks and the food. Wouldn't recommend.

Food is excelent. I try to stop here whenever I’m passing through Hateg.

They also have vegan options. Very good food and friendly stuff. Best Bistro in Hateg and from the surroundings.
