Massage was ok. However they were still using a table that had a broken warmer/heater so ended up having a very cold massage. I was frozen at the end of it. They still charged me the full price so I woudnt recommend booking with them.

Disappointing experience. This was my second time and the last too. When i visited before everything went well but this time i arrived 10 mins late which i also communicated through call. The therapist was not interested in making any efforts and started massaging me with full lights on, although i already requested for dim lights. They wasted almost 10 mins of mine and then only gave me the massage for 30 mins only and left me 5 mins early saying its time now and i booked for an hour long massage. Like what ??? I paid almost 150 dollars for this kind of service? Extremely disappointed.

I had an amazing experience with Alisha recently. It started with a hot stone massage all over my back, shoulders and neck and then we proceeded with some special treatment for my hands and feet. The hot towels and the scrub for the hands and feet were amazing and a great treat. Only issue was, I requested lavender aroma upon being promoted on the website which I was charged for, but there wasn't anything lavender smelling at all. Overall, it was a great treatment that helped relax me and a friend and comfortable atmosphere.

Had my first ever Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and it was amazing, great location, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere and the service is bar none, I would definitely recommend checking it out!

I have been getting monthly massages here for over a year. Clean and inviting atmosphere and terrific staff every time. Emily is a miracle worker!

My review is short and brief: The reception staff was rude, then the masseuse had no client service skills. Opened the door and said “what are you here for?”, no welcome or anything despite this being a first visit. Finally, insurance covered the massage. The receptionist mentions this and says “so you should leave a tip” after pushing the across the counter. Never going to book a massage here ever again.

I’ve tried a few places before discovering Hand and Stone. I’ve been going there for about a year and I’ve never been disappointed! Emily is amazing, she cares and works on whatever problems I have. She gives tips on how to relax at home as well after the session. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful, they never pressure you to book your next appointment and they make sure to ask about insurance as well. I will keep going there.

I had the most wonderful facial today and could not be happier! My skin feels rejuvenated and bright. I recommend Joanne for her knowledge, technique and beautiful personality. The women out front were friendly and efficient. 5 stars for sure!

Skin can be a vulnerable thing to talk about, but she created a safe space to address all my concerns.

Unfortunately this location is not a good choice for a spa. It is right next to Pur & Simple restaurant. During the entire massage I could hear clanging of forks/plates and loud conversation between customers in the restaurant that echoes due to the high ceilings in there. The experience was not relaxing because of that. I will not be returning. :(

I left there feeling absolutely relaxed! If you get a massage ask for the foot treatment at the end…omg it is the best! Thank you Larry for taking the pain away and making me feel so relaxed.
