Undercooked dough, burnt toppings, rude service. called in to ask for refund or a new pizza but was very rude and said only can do 15% discount. What's the point if I'm not going to go again? never going ever again.

I ordered delivery for lunch which I don’t normally do. I ordered a club and fries. Well the toast was so burned on half the sandwich I had to separate what I could eat and toss the remaining. Completely disappointing

I ordered lasagna and donair egg rolls. The food was fresh and I'll be ordering again!

I had vegetarian Broccoli hot pepper Pizza today it was ultimate. Too delicious excellent flavour, texture, spice, salt everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to every vegetarian. One of the best pizza in 2 and half years in Canada as I tried many pizza stores. They areI “THE BEST” love their service as well, very kind and helpful. Love them and their service. Will visit them again for same pizza.🥰🥰😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

Recently ordered a Panzerotti and a Meat Lovers pizza from this place. Both were absolutely incredible, the Meat Lovers was among the best i’ve ever had.

Strange canned dog food content in the donair egg rolls, old snd dry. Food came cold. Pizza ok but not worth $60 for 2 pizzas. Overpriced, I probably won't order again.

Had a disappointing experience at Alexander Pizza. The pizza didn't live up to our expectations in terms of taste, and the steep price of $30 for a pizza left us unsatisfied. Unfortunately, even the customer service was subpar. We were really hoping for something better, but it was a letdown all around.

Waited 45 minutes only to call and be told that my pizza was by the front door. It's below freezing so of course it's cold. Wouldn't refund, only offered to remake it, making me wait even longer, or store credit. I'm quite disappointed. Second delayed delivery in a matter of months! Edit: As a result of this review. A refund and credit were offered, but they did ask me to remove this review. Edit: Store called again and asked to remove review. Driver did admit he was wrong. Edit: received two more calls, one very sincere, appreciates my business etc., offering a couple of free meals, the other though stating that IF I removed this review, he'd ofder me free meals, then backtracking when I tried to call him out, saying I misunderstood what he said. Not worth the hassle. Service rating down to one star Edit: Jan 6, still no refund.

Ice cold Donair. Ordered in rush hour but Donair was obviously slapped together 50 minutes ago Edit: the copy and paste answer to my review is comical. Not calling the store for you to send me another cold donair. With all the pizza shops available around me I’ll leave my 1 star review and move on

Love Alexandra's pizza! Before the pandemic, we had their pizza several times. This time we got two large pizzas. They were still delicious as usual, but this time the broccoli disappointed me a little bit. Generally I like the broccoli on Alexandra's pizza, but this time we can barely find the broccoli. I still like their pizza tho, I definitely wanna try different kinds of pizza next time!
