A caveat before I get into the review: I ordered my food at the end of the day, so that might explain a few things. In short: My experience wasn't great; in fact, it was pretty awful. Everyone from the cashier to the cook seemed confused by my order: chicken pad thai. I don't know whether it was rang in wrong, but they didn't start preparing my food until I handed them my receipt after a little back and forth with the cook. When I finally got my food, it was not good. It was way too heavy on the sauce (almost soupy) and was very bland. I know it's a food court and I shouldn't get my hopes up, but this was something else.

Edit: unfortunately learned that it was in fact, not gluten free sauces when I got the same order from a different location:( it didn't taste as good as the one I got here but this one had gluten in it so 😭 They had good gluten-free options and the staff actually knew enough to know what was gluten free and what wasn't (which believe it or not I have not experienced that any other restaurant). I got to have noodles and it was delicious.

It’s so disappointing! The pad thai I ordered has barely any noodles! It was all beansprouts!!😢😢 and they changed the noodles too!! What?!! Also the ladies at the counter seem like they are not even on planet Earth…

Over hyped, over priced and nothing special. $15 general Thai chicken place that tastes like it has minute rice. Worse $15 spent on food in a long time Dried up meat that doesn't even look like chicken.

The food was very disappointing. Tasted burnt, and the chicken tasted old like cardboard. Not recommended

The care and quality of this place has really gone downhill. Used to be my go to place for lunch. All plates were well balanced and tasty and satisfying. Today I ordered a simple veggie pad Thai with mild sauce. When delivered, the noodles were like mulch, greasy and had little to no sauce at all. It was bland and tasteless, which is hard to do with Thai food. This is not the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location. Will not be ordering from this location again.

The food was good and they provide good quantity too! Definitely worth the money.

Realize bad experience as a customer. Staff literally ignored. Specially cook is misbehaved. And aggressive. They don’t care about the customer service.
