Don’t order .. the worst experience I ever had with pizza if you think pizza would bad .. this one will proof that .. beside my online order was mysteriously wrong, when I called the branch they weren’t helpful.. cheese pizza doesn’t actually have cheese very cheaply made. Pictures and videos there will show you .. basically ruined my son’s birthday giving that I paid a lot for it ... over priced is another fact about this pizza

Pretty good! Better than Domino's I feel. It's a little expensive. But a group of people sharing couple of pizzas with $5 for 2nd medium Pizza is a great deal. The place is well maintained n well kept. The pizza was ready as per the time they quoted over the phone. Definitely once of the best chain Pizza stores.

Atmosphere gets one star because there is none. It's a take out counter with a couple benches and it's loud because the space they have is too small. Everything else is fine.

Pizza Hut getting expensive in general, but it’s so good so I always grab some when there’s a coupon. 50% off pizzas have served us well. The staff members are really nice at quinpool. I really miss sit-down Pizza Hut restaurants!

Food here is great, my only problem lately is they’re not stocking what they need! They have fries, no ketchup. Garlic fingers, NO donair sauce. Know what your clientele wants. The food is so good I want to still be able to keep coming

This location is under newer ownership and the quality of food and customer service has improved exponentially. Fresh with lots of toppings, the crust was tasty and not as greasy as Pizza Hut tends to be. I had made a mistake when ordering online for pickup, so I called and they fixed it for me at no extra cost and were really friendly when I picked it up.

The manager is the worst representative that I have ever met. He is so rude and mean. Disgusting personality.

The ordering process was great, but the pizza was definitely sub-par; the crust wasn’t cooked liked they used to cook it; it used to be crispy. Overall, disappointing and definitely reflecting their decline in quality over the last number of years.
