Ordered a large amount of food, they forgot some parts of it. The quality of food was awful. Bowls only half full, some wraps without sauce on them. Schwarma wrap with next to no toppings on it. Very disappointed... Ordered Mezza in the past was not a good experience so we figured we would order from different location this time and unfortunately the experience wasn't much better. We will not be ordering from Mezza again.

We use to love eating at Mezza but it has unfortunately gone way down hill. You hardly get any meat in the bowls or wraps and what you do get is tiny chunks or hard pieces or fat. I find they have just really cut back and the majority of what you get is rice. It is to bad because it use to be great.

I eat at Mezza quite a bit. This was the first time eating at this location. The girl taking my order was rude. I was given a fatoush salad instead of a Greek. The girl argued with me even though the receipt clearly showed a Greek salad. The falafel were mushy.

Again, one more bad day with Mezza. Shawarma served with ice cold garlic suace and pickles. When I asked about it, the lady responded "that's our way". In that case good bye Mezza.

I want to start out by saying that I typically love Mezza as they have provided me with safe gluten free and tasty meals in the past. The chicken shawarma bowl has always been my go-to, which is why I decided to order it for a workplace celebration. However, i was really let down by the quantity and quality of my bowl this time. The serving was noticeably small, the toppings skimpy and the lettuce was subpar - wilty and starting to brown on the edges for much of it. Everyone is obviously looking for value for their money and I definitely did not see it in this instance, which is a shame because I will probably opt to go elsewhere in the future.

Not at all satisfied by the quantity they provide. We ordered large shawarma plate and they didn’t even ask us what toppings we need for the platter and is not worth the made money!

My first visit here. I asked for a pita wrap with NO tomatoes and NO pickles. Got both. There was little if any sauce. The sandwich was soggy and tasteless overall. Very disappointing.

Just put your prices on your website. Gotta jump through hoops just to find out out how much a bowl is… your foods always dry, and you’re over priced
